AceShowbiz - Macaulay Culkin is now working on a plea bargain in his drug possession case that the case schedulled him to appear in Oklahoma County District Court on February 3, 2005 has been delayed until April 6, 2005.
To confirm, the 24 years old actor has been arrested during a traffic stop on September 17 in north-east Oklahoma City due to the 17.3 grams of marijuana and 16 milligrams of Xanax founded in his vehicle during his pulled over for driving 70 in a 60-mph zone.
Culkin, who was freed on $4,000 bail shortly after his arrest, will posibly land in a drug-treatment program and face a small fine, even if he enters a no-contest plea, Oklahoma County District Attorney Wes Lane has said.
