Five years ago Will Smith bought a property in city's Society Hill in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and planned to develop it as a hotel. Yet, because of the decline in hotel bussiness there, Smith decides not to continue it. Rather he prefer to sell his property with a suitable compensation for he doesn't want to get bankrupt of it.
