Machine Gun Kelly has debuted a new track titled "Wanna Ball". Produced by Toronto's Pro Logic, it was uploaded to the rapper's SoundCloud page just hours before he's scheduled to kick off his "No Class" tour on Wednesday, September 3.

The new record features MGK discussing various real-life issues and the struggle he overcame as he started his music career. "But I was just local, didn't have a rap name/ I was just hopeful/ Paid for my first studio session with quarters, we ain't even have enough money to cut vocals," he raps at one point.

David Cassidy Strikes a Plea Deal in DWI Case

David Cassidy struck a plea deal in his DWI case in upstate New York. The 64-year-old actor returned to court on Wednesday, September 3 to enter a guilty plea to a misdemeanor drunk driving charge.

David was ordered to complete 50 hours of community service and to install ignition interlock device on his cars. According to D.A., the former teen idol already completed an alcohol treatment program and in November judge would have to decide whether or not David would need more programs.

Health Department is launching a review over a clinic which treated Joan Rivers before her condition went critical last week. According to TMZ, officials at health department confirm that they are "reviewing the matter," but they are not conducting official investigation. The review apparently may take weeks up to months.

Rivers underwent a procedure to repair her vocal cords at Yorkville Endoscopy on Thursday, August 28. The 81-year-old comedian, however, stopped breathing during the procedure and was rushed to Mount Sinai hospital. Sources told the site that health department had contacted the clinic twice since last Thursday.

Kendrick Lamar has been accused of featuring illegal sample on one of his tracks. TMZ has reported that jazz musicians Eric Reed and Willie Jones III are suing the rapper, claiming he stole their 2010 song called "The Thorn" for his "Rigamortis".

In their lawsuit, Reed and Jones say Lamar took their music and simply added his own lyrics for the hit from his 2011 album "Section .80". The duo insists that " 'The Thorn' isn't merely part of 'Rigamortis' ... IT IS 'Rigamortis'."

Disney and DJ Deadmau5 are now in legal battle over his mouse ears logo. The Walt Disney Co. filed documents to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on Tuesday, September 2 to block the performer's attempt to gain trademark over his logo.

As reported by Variety, in the documents, Disney claims that Deadmau5's logo is "is nearly identical in appearance, connotation and overall commercial impression to Disney's Mouse Ears Marks." According to the company, the similarities will cause confusion as "both parties marks are comprised of a round head with prominent round mouse ears in silhouette." Disney also argues that their mouse has been used starting from 1928.

The Rock Confirms He's Playing Villain Black Adam in 'Shazam!'

The deal between Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Warner Bros. apparently went through. The former wrestler confirmed that he had scored a role in the DC Comics adaptation, "Shazam!", although he won't be the superhero.

The Rock tweeted on Wednesday, September 3 a comic image of villain Black Adam attacking Shazam. " 'Kneel at his feet or get crushed by his boot.' My honor to become.. #BlackAdam #TheAntiHero #DCComics," he captioned it, adding later, "BLACK ADAM. A complex psychology, motivated by bad ass dominance with a devilish charm.
