Hough had been dating "American Idol" host Seacrest for two years before breaking up in March 2013. Since earlier this year, the "Safe Haven" star has been with hockey player Brooks Laich, claiming that their relationship has been open and honest from day one.

"[Opening up about bulimia] was hard for me to speak about. It still is hard, and thinking about it I try not to well up," said the "Don't Cha" singer, "It is such a horrible paralyzing disease and it was such a dark time for me."

Academy Sues Oscar Winner's Heirs for Selling the Statuette

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has filed a lawsuit over the auction of an Oscar trophy which went to an anonymous buyer for $79,200 a week ago. The trophy was awarded to Joseph Wright, who passed away in 1985, for his color art direction in 1942's movie "My Gal Sal". In the suit, filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, July 1, the Academy names Wright's heirs, Briarbrook Auctions and the buyer as defendants.

The Academy does not allow Oscar winners and their heirs to sell the trophy. To prevent the sale, starting from 1951, Oscar winners sign an agreement in which they state that they or their heirs will not sell the statuette without offering it first to the Academy for $10.

"Hannibal" showrunner Bryan Fuller and Michael Green ("The River", "Heroes") are on board "American Gods", which has received a script-to-series commitment from the cable channel. The two will serve as showrunners and executive producers alongside Gaiman should Starz move forward with the project.

A crew member of A&E's crime drama series "Longmire" named Gary Tuck, 48, died early morning on Saturday, June 28, in a car accident. Gary's truck rolled over on a highway in an area known as Stanley, N. M. when he was on his way home from the drama's set around 4:30 A.M.

Gary was a member of Teamsters Local 492. The Union spokesman Moises Ortega said that the organization had been investigating Gary's death. The A&E worker was suspected of falling asleep when he was driving the truck, probably because of his too-long working hours. Moises claimed, "If we find anyone was in violation we will report it to the federal Department of Transportation."

"G.I. Joe 3" gets a new writer, Variety learns. Jonathan Lemkin ("The Devil's Advocate", "Shooter") is hired to write the screenplay drafted by Evan Daugherty ("Divergent", "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles"). Jon M. Chu was initially expected to return at the helm, but he currently is not attached to the pic which is due sometime in 2016.

While it's unclear if Channing Tatum will be brought back for the third film, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Adrianne Palicki are expected to reprise their roles. Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura said the next installment would focus on The Rock's character, "It's interesting, it's sort of an open possibility right now who could be in it outside of Dwayne [Johnson], he has to be in it."

"There was an incident in Times Square," a spokesperson for ABC News, Heather Riley, said in a statement. "An individual lunged at one of our employees and was heroically tackled by a police officer. We understand the man was taken in for psychiatric evaluation. It was a scary situation but thanks to the fast actions of NYPD the situation was quickly under control. Michael was never in any danger."

The new teaser trailer of "Horrible Bosses 2" sees the familiar faces returning to the sequel. Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis are now trying to step up the game by launching their own business but a slick investor ruins their plan.

"It turns out we're pretty horrible at being bosses and running a business," said Day. "We're hiring people for the wrong reasons, and not firing people for the wrong reasons. And then we have our business stolen." Outplayed and desperate, and with no legal recourse, the three would-be entrepreneurs hatch a misguided plan to kidnap the investor's adult son and ransom him to regain control of their company.

Maroon 5's music video in support of their latest single "Maps" has been made available for viewing pleasure. It shows Adam Levine rushing to the hospital after his girlfriend got into an accident. He remembers she left in fury the night before the accident when he cozied up to another woman.

"It's complicated," the frontman explained the dramatic theme. "It's also kind of not giving up on things too. People go through a lot of things and get stepped on and step on others and we all make mistakes ... It's kind of more about not giving up on something, even though maybe you should."

Jessie J Announces Collaboration With Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj

Jessie J is going to release a star-studded single near the end of July. The British singer hits the studio with R&B star Ariana Grande and female rapper Nicki Minaj for a song called "Bang Bang" which is slated for debut on July 29.

The powerhouse collaboration is scheduled to appear among new materials in Jessie's next studio installment. It will also be added to the deluxe edition of Ariana's sophomore set "My Everything" which is due August 25 in North America.

Justin Bieber threw a star-studded bash at his new residence in Beverly Hills late Monday night, June 30, but his neighbors didn't share his mood for party. Cops were called to his rented condo due to noise complaint from the people living next door.

Bieber, 20, posted pictures from the get-together on his Twitter. His famous guests included boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr., rapper Tyga, singer/actor Tyrese Gibson, and football player Johnny Manziel. They were asked to turn down the music, which they complied.

Robin Williams Is Back at Rehab to Maintain Sobriety

Robin Williams has gone back into rehab. He checks into the Hazelden Addiction Treatment Center in Minnesota. The words get out after he posed for a picture with a fan at a Dairy Queen near the treatment facility over the weekend.

The "Night at the Museum" actor, 62, enters a program to maintain his sobriety. "This is not about him falling off the wagon," a source said to FOX411 of his latest rehab visit. "It's like an educational and spiritual facility... It's all very healthy."
