'Big Bang Theory' Star Simon Helberg and Wife Welcome Second Child

Simon Helberg, star of "The Big Bang Theory", recently revealed that he and his wife Jocelyn Towne had welcomed their second child on April 23. The couple had kept it a secret for about two months before their representative confirmed it to Us Weekly on June 24.

The representative revealed the name of the baby boy is Wilder Towne Helberg. Simon and Jocelyn actually spilled the happy news in a Reddit Q&A on June 12, but did not reveal the baby's name at that time. The couple wrote that they "made 2 babies and 2 films in the last 2 years."

The long-awaited first teaser trailer for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1" has arrived online. The clip, which is a Capitol TV propaganda advertisement, shows Josh Hutcherson's Peeta Mellark dressing in white while standing still next to Donald Sutherland's President Snow.

The first part of the third installment of "The Hunger Games" movies will find Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta and a nation moved by her courage.

Demi Lovato: My Grandfather Came Out as Gay in the 1960s

Demi Lovato revealed that his grandfather was gay. The "Neon Lights" singer, who is a supporter of LGBT community, shared the news when she attended Logo TV's Trailblazers in New York City on Monday, June 23. "I've never spoken about this before, but my grandfather was a trailblazer himself," she said before presenting an award to "Orange Is the New Black", as quoted by E! News.

"He was brave enough to come out in the 1960s, and I feel that a lot of my spirit has come from him. He passed away a few years later and I only wish he could have been able to see all the progress that has been made," Lovato added. "It's such an honor to be welcomed and embraced by the LGBT community, so thank you very much."

'Survivor' Contestant Caleb Bankston Dies After Train Derailed

Former contestant on "Survivor: Blood vs. Water", Caleb Bankston, has passed away at the age of 26. As reported by PEOPLE, Bankston died on Tuesday, June 24 in a railway accident. Bankston, who worked at the Alabama Warrior Railway in Birmingham, placed ninth in the competition. Watco Companies L.L.C. told the AP that one worker died in a train derailment, but did not disclose the identity.

Calling Bankston "an amazing man and friend," fellow contestant Aras Baskauskas added, "One of the sweetest and most sincere humans I've ever come across. I am gutted by his loss. My thoughts and prayers are with his family."

'WarGames' Remake Finds New Director and Writer

MGM is currently remaking 1980s favorite "WarGames". The studio, which recently remade "Robocop", "Carrie" and "Red Dawn", has hired Dean Israelite ("Project Almanac") to helm the upcoming film, replacing Seth Gordon. Set to pen the script is Arash Amel who previously wrote Nicole Kidman's "Grace of Monaco".

For now, not much has been revealed about the movie. A new report from The Wrap suggests that "The Fault in Our Stars" actor Ansel Elgort and "Mud" star Tye Sheridan are shortlisted to play the lead role.

The first full trailer for war drama "Fury" has been unleashed for viewing pleasure. It follows Brad Pitt's Wardaddy, a battle-hardened army sergeant during World War II. He commands a Sherman tank called "Fury" and its five-man crew.

In April 1945, as the Allies make their final push in the European Theatre, he leads his crew on a deadly mission to sneak behind enemy lines. He takes a rookie soldier, Logan Lerman's Norman Ellison, who is too afraid to kill their enemies. "History is violent," Wardaddy tells the young soldier.

'The Magnificent Seven' Star Eli Wallach Dies at 98

Character actor Eli Wallach, who probably is mostly remembered for his roles in "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" and "The Magnificent Seven", has passed away. His daughter Katherine confirms the sad news to the New York Times, saying that Wallach died on Tuesday, June 24 at the age of 98. More info regarding his death is not immediately available.

Wallach was born on December 7, 1915 in Brooklyn. He studied acting after graduating from the University of Texas and landed his first Broadway role in 1945. He steadily gained success onstage and later appeared on TV.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the son of Ethel and Robert F. Kennedy, might have cheated on his actress fiancee Cheryl Hines with a socialite, according to a report from a U.K. media on Tuesday, June 24. Sources told Mail Online that Kennedy started a relationship with a Connecticut socialite named Chelsea Chapman Kirwan, the wife of plastic surgeon Laurence Kirwan, before they separated in July 2012.

Chelsea and Kennedy reportedly first met in a gym in Armonk, New York. "He was well aware that his wife and Bobby had a friendship before their split and that they have had ongoing telephone calls," a source close to the doctor told the paper. Joan Lunden, former "Good Morning America" anchor, revealed on "GMA" on June 24 that she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Robin Roberts (II), the current host who interviewed Joan, and "GMA" news anchor Amy Robach had also battled against the same illness.

Joan also wrote on her blog about her breast cancer diagnosis on Tuesday. She revealed that at first, the annual mammogram she received two weeks ago was negative. The doctor then suggested an ultrasound to Joan, which later revealed that she had a tumor in her right breast. She later found out that the tumor was actually a cancer after a core biopsy was done.

As promised, a new full-length trailer for "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" has been debuted after all four character posters were unveiled. It opens with the first encounter of Megan Fox's April O'Neil and the title characters, before unleashing more action scenes.

It appears that the villainous Shredder kidnaps some of the turtles and Master Splinter gets injured during the attack. The rat sensei tells Raphael to stop Shredder, who along with his evil Foot Clan has an iron grip on everything from the police to the politician in New York City, and his diabolical plan, but first Raphael must save his brothers.

Justin Bieber got into a car accident in front of Masto's Steak House, a restaurant where he recently had dinner with Selena Gomez, in Beverly Hills on June 24 around 2 P.M. According to TMZ, a paparazzo was chasing Justin's black Cadillac Escalade when a BMW accidentally crashed into his car.

An eyewitness said that the BMW miscalculated the speed of the Escalade and smashed into its right passenger door. A source revealed that there was no victim in this accident, saying, "Justin was only a passenger, not the driver, and he was not hurt. He is doing just fine." After the fender bender, Justin was seen getting out from the SUV and hopped another car which then sped away.

CBS Splits Fall 2014 Premiere Dates Into September and October Waves

CBS has announced the premiere dates for its new and returning shows in the coming fall season. Ditching the traditional strategy where fall shows usually debut during the same late September premiere week, this time the network will roll out its shows in several waves stretched out from mid-September to late October.

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel expressed his joy of the selection, saying on Tuesday, June 24, "George Lucas has revolutionized the art of storytelling over the last four decades and we are honored to be the recipient of this incredible legacy investment that will allow everyone to learn about and experience narrative arts." Shane Black to Write and Direct 'Predator' Reboot

Shane Black is entrusted to relaunch the '80s classic "Predator" for 20th Century Fox. The "Iron Man 3" director is assigned to write the treatment and is attached to direct the reboot for a possible franchise.

According to THR, Black will hand over the scripting duty to Fred Dekker whom he wrote "Monster Squad" with. Black, who is known as the screenwriter of "Lethal Weapon", will oversee the writing. Original film producer John Davis is back to produce the reboot. Fox exec Matt Reilly is overseeing the reboot along with Davis Entertainment's Ira Napoliello.
