Vandalism Charges in Justin Bieber's Egg Attack Case to Be Filed Monday

Vandalism charges against Justin Bieber following his alleged egg attack to his neighbor's house in January apparently are ready to be submitted. According to TMZ, the D.A. will file the charges on Monday, June 16. However, it is unclear whether the Canadian pop star will be charged with misdemeanor or felony.

In early January, Bieber's neighbor in Calabasas reported that the 20-year-old star threw some eggs at his house which caused $20,000 in damage. A few days later, authorities raided the super star's mansion to investigate the issue. They took some videos from security cameras around the house during the raid and arrested the singer's friend Lil Za for cocaine possession.

Big Sean was among the names who made guest appearances onstage at the show. He joined Drizzy for the live performance of their collaboration, "All Me". After finishing the song, Drake thanked Sean for everything he'd done for him and revealed that he'd do anything to return the favor.

'X-Men: Apocalypse' Is Set in 1983

After director Bryan Singer said that X-Men: Apocalypse" would take place in the 1980s, screenwriter and producer Simon Kinberg has spilled the precise setting of the movie. In a Q&A session with Jeff Goldsmith, he said that "the next movie takes place in 1983" or 10 years after "X-Men: Days of Future Past".

Kinberg previously also shared other details of the movie, confirming that the upcoming film would be "more of 'First Class' sequel" and would involve some of the original cast. He additionally said that "Apocalypse" would "present a new leader (other than Magneto and Professor X), the darkest leader in the movie franchise."

Mick Jagger was spotted with a young woman on a hotel balcony in Zurich earlier this month. New reports say the woman is a New York ballerina named Melanie Hamrick who is 43 years younger than him. He allegedly met Melanie for the first time at the backstage of Rolling Stones' concert in Tokyo on March 6, around two weeks before L'Wren Scott committed suicide.

In a photo obtained by Daily Mail, the 71-year-old rocker was kissed on the head by Melanie at the balcony of £2,250-a-night suite in Dolder Grand Hotel, Zurich.

The Kardashians also shared some photos on social media. Kris Jenner shared a collage photo of the dads in the family, which include Kanye West, Scott Disick, Bruce Jenner and Robert Kardashian. "I love these guys so much!!! Happy Fathers Day !!!! #Family #Love #MissyouRobert," she wrote. Her daughter Kendall Jenner, meanwhile, uploaded a cute photo of her as a child and her father Bruce. "Happy Father's Day to the most wonderful man I know. love you daddy!" the caption read.

Film School Student Accuses 'Men in Black 3' Writers of Stealing His Homework

A student has filed a lawsuit against the writers of 2012's action/comedy film "Men in Black 3". The student of Los Angeles Film School named Constantino Basile is claiming that the writers have used his stolen homework assignments to finish the movie's screenplay.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Basile says that he submitted his scripts titled "The World of Jupiter" and "Crisis on Jupiter" as assignments back in 2011. He believes that his teacher then sold his homework to Hollywood film writers.

Another look at behind the scenes of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" has been obtained in the form of an on-set video. A courtesy of Cinema Blend, the short footage gives a look at filming of a scene involving Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Chris Evans as Captain America, and Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark.

In the first take, Tony is not seen while Thor and Cap walk together before the god of thunder raises his hammer and calls down lighting. In a later take, the three superheroes are present and Thor once again shows off his power before he walks away, leaving Cap and Tony talking to each other. A group of uniformed extras, who possibly play young recuits, are also seen running nearby on the set.

Fashion photographer Terry Richardson denies sexually harassing models. In an article pusblished on New York Magazine's latest issue, hitting the newsstands on June 16, the photographer slams reports of him sexually exploiting models during his photoshoots.

"It was never just me and a girl ever. It was always assistants, or other people around, or girls brought friends over to hang out," he is quoted as saying. "It was very daytime, no drugs, no alcohol. It was a happening, there was energy, it was fun, it was exciting, making these strong images, and that's what it was. People collaborating and exploring sexuality and taking pictures."

J. Cole has dropped the music video for "Lights Please", a standout of his "The Warm Up" mixtape. Premiered during an MTV special airing on Sunday, June 15 to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the record, the clip was actually shot in August 2008 by director by BB Gun.

Cole initially planned to release the "Lights Please" video as part of a trilogy that included "Lost Ones" and "Simba". The visuals, however, was shelved because Cole thought it wasn't as great as his other videos at that time.

Marisa actually had a career ambition to become a professional opera singer. She is a soprano who can sing in seven different languages including Italian, German, French, Czech, Chinese, Thai and English.

"Girls" showrunners did not get a greenlight to do the controversial "money shot" scene without putting on a fight. To The Hollywood Reporter, Lena Dunham's co-showrunner Jenni Konner reveals that they had a fight with HBO over the said scene.

"The biggest fight we've ever gotten in with HBO was about a cum shot, a money shot. They thought it was really gratuitous," Konner recalls. "They begged us not to do it. We said, 'OK, fine.' "

According to TMZ, the actor's wife was arrested on June 2 in Encinitas, CA. after she allegedly struck a wooden fence and broke a high pressure water line. Svetlana reportedly fled from the scene and was caught two miles from the scene. She was charged with DUI and hit-and-run following the incident.

Svetlana, however, insisted that she only had a glass of wine prior to the incident. According to the site, Svetlana also claimed that she passed the sobriety test. The case has been sent to the D.A.'s office.

Legendary Radio Host Casey Kasem Dies at 82

Casey Kasem passed away Sunday, June 15 in a hospital in Gig Harbor, Washington after years of declining health. The former "American Top 40" host died from Lewy Body Disease, a form of dementia with symptoms similar to Parkinson's disease. He was 82.

"Early this Father's Day morning, our dad Casey Kasem passed away surrounded by family and friends," read a statement signed by his three adult children. "Even though we know he is in a better place and no longer suffering, we are heartbroken."
