Gregg Allman and 'Midnight Rider' Producers Slapped With Second Lawsuit

A second lawsuit is filed against Gregg Allman and "Midnight Rider" producers. Hairstylist Joyce Gilliard, who fractured her arm in an on-set train crash that killed camera assistant Sarah Jones, follows the footsteps of Jones' parents in naming individuals responsible for the tragic accident in Georgia.

Randall Miller and his assistants are called out in both lawsuits for failing to get permission to film on a railroad bridge and hiding it from the crew. Gilliard also names CSX Transportation, which owns the railroad tracks where the fatal accident occurred, and Rayonier Performance Fibers, which owns the land surrounding the crash site, as defendants.

George Nolfi to Direct Bruce Lee Biopic 'Birth of the Dragon'

Bruce Lee biopic "Birth of the Dragon" gets a director. According to a scoop from Variety, "The Adjustment Bureau" helmer George Nolfi is booked to sit behind the lens for the film written by Christopher Wilkinson and Stephen Rivele. Filming is expected to begin next spring.

The film is inspired by the true story of Bruce Lee's duel with Wong Jack Man, China's most famous kung fu master at a time when San Francisco's Chinatown was controlled by Hong Kong Triads. The story will be told from the perspective of Lee's student Steve Macklin who ultimately teams up with the two martial arts experts to battle a vicious band of gangsters.

"Looks like someone is already trying to start a rumor that I 'hooked up' with Michelle Rodriguez at 'An Evening with Women,' " the "Into the Forest" actress, who is bisexual, wrote. "I have never even said 'hello' to Michelle Rodriguez. I think its convenient someone chose to make up the story now and not that night."

B.o.B Debuts 'All I Want' Music Video

B.o.B has premiered the official music video for one of his "Underground Luxury" standouts called "All I Want". Arriving via MTV on Friday, May 30, the cool visuals was shot by director Dennis Liu.

In it, the rapper is seen rapping his lines while standing in front of a wall of cash. He also performs the song on a street as many people pass him by. Other scenes show bills covering the faces of people who lip sync to the song.

Starz Debuts 'Power' Premiere Episode Online

"Power" isn't debuting on Starz until June 7, but people can now watch a full first episode the new series online. A week shy of the official television premiere, the series opener has been made available for free online via multiple platforms, including the show's official website, Twitter, Facebook and MySpace page, as well as its YouTube channel.

The series premiere will also be available for sampling through the free STARZ PLAY app for all users in the United States. Prior to the early debut of the full first episode, the network also took to Twitter to share the first five minutes of the show.

'Friday the 13th' Reboot Pushed Back to November 2015

"Friday the 13th" reboot is getting delayed. Directed by "V/H/S" helmer David Bruckner, "Friday the 13th (2015)" is moved by Paramount from the initial schedule on March 13, 2015 to the new date on November 13 the same year.

The vacant date left by the new Jason Voorhees tale is now occupied by comedy horror "Scouts vs. Zombies". Christopher Landon serves as a director, while Tye Sheridan and Patrick Schwarzenegger are among the cast.

Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas Welcome Baby Boy

Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas have become parents for the first time. The couple's first child together, a baby boy, arrived on May 29. "Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas welcomed a baby boy yesterday, May 29. This is their first child. Both mom and baby are doing great," their representative told PEOPLE.

Goodwin and Dallas met on the set of "Once Upon a Time" where they play Snow White and Prince Charming. They got engaged in October 2013 and announced that they were expecting their first child in November. Dallas married his heavily pregnant girlfriend in April. "They were surrounded by their nearest and dearest friends and kept it very intimate and simple," a source told E! News of their wedding.

"I was nervous, you know," Collins said before the performance. "I've been doing this all my life, but how good can it be? How good can it be tonight? All of these kids came up to me yesterday and were very pleasant and nice and polite and made me feel like part of the band."

Another person has voiced his disagreement with Gwyneth Paltrow's recent comment in which she compared cyber-bullying to being in a war. A member of United States Army Special Forces, also known as the Green Beret, named Bryan Sikes wrote his opinion on Paltrow's statement on Clash Daily on May 30.

"To Miss Paltrow," he wrote, "I'd first like to start out by saying how terrible I feel for you and all your friends that on a daily basis have to endure mean words written by people you don't know. I can only imagine the difficulty of waking up in a 12,000 square foot Hollywood home and having your assistant retrieve your iPhone, only to see that the battery is low and someone on twitter (the social media concept that you and all of your friends contribute to on an hourly basis to feed your ego and narcissistic ways), has written a mean word or 2 about you."

According to executive producer Marlene King, Alison's father will try to take her away from Rosewood, leaving her torn between staying there or starting a new chapter somewhere else. "Do I really want to stay here? Should I make a clean break? That's all part of her journey," King told TVLine.

Adam McKay, Ruben Fleischer, and Rawson Marshall Thurber Up to Direct 'Ant-Man'

A list of contenders eyed by Marvel to direct "Ant-Man" is revealed. The Hollywood Reporter learns that Adam McKay (two "Anchorman" movies), Ruben Fleischer ("Gangster Squad"), and Rawson Marshall Thurber ("We're the Millers") are considered to replace Edgar Wright who left the project due to creative differences.

According to The Wrap, Thurber is the frontrunner to take on the job. However, Ain't It Cool News reports it's McKay who is in negotiations to fill the vacant spot. Also reportedly included in the mix is Jonathan Levine ("Warm Bodies"), but a source denies his involvement in the upcoming superhero movie.

"The Simpsons" has introduced a new character via popular mobile game "The Simpsons Tapped Out" instead of the TV show. The said character is Chester Dupree, who is described as the unemployed brother of Bernice Hibbert, the wife of Springfield's most prominent and competent doctor Julius Hibbert.

Fans of the FOX animated series may have heard the name before since he was briefly mentioned in a 2012 episode titled "Gone Abie Gone", when Mr. and Mrs. Hibbert talked about healty eating. The character, however, wasn't featured on-screen at the time.
