Jada Pinkett Smith broke her silence regarding the fuss over pictures of 13-year-old Willow Smith in bed with a 20-year-old shirtless Moises Arias. The mother of two defended her daughter and, in return, fired back at the critics.

"Here's the deal: there was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation," she said when asked about the matter by a TMZ paparazzo at LAX. "You guys are projecting your trash onto it, and you're acting like covert pedophiles, and that's not cool."

Rihanna sported a ladylike ensemble when attending the Christian Dior Cruise 2015 fashion show on Wednesday, May 7 in New York City. The "Stay" singer looked pretty in a demure pink dress from Christian Dior's Autumn/Winter 14 collection at the event which took place at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

RiRi completed her elegant looks with a pair of pearl earrings, matching bracelets and necklace. She also had a hand bag and wore a pair of Dior pumps. She styled her hair in high ponytail and applied red lipstick. The 26-year-old singer sat in front row alongside her best friend Melissa Forde at the event.

"Scandal" has no casting announcement whatsoever to make. Following report that the show's recasting the role of Harrison after Columbus Short's exit, series creator Shonda Rhimes has taken to Twitter to set things straight.

"I've never heard of Eric West. Harrison is not being recast EVER. How about reporters CHECK THEIR SOURCES before running with a story?" she tweeted on Wednesday, May 7. She added, "Um, @Deadline? Handle yourself," pointing out the site which first reported the supposed recasting.

Cher Confirms Collaboration With Wu-Tang Clan

Cher's contribution to Wu-Tang Clan's special album "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" has been confirmed by her representative. As reported by Rolling Stone, the representative said that the 67-year-old singer and the rap group collaborated for two songs, but she worked on the recordings separately. "She recorded her parts separately, so I don't believe there was direct interaction," the representative stated.

Wu-Tang Clan's members have been working on the 31-song set for six years. The album, which will be available in one physical copy, will be sold to the highest bidder after being toured into various festivals, galleries and museums. In April, RZA said that a fan offered $5 million for the special album.

Janelle Monae and Skrillex are booked for Superjam at Bonnaroo Music Festival. The two artists will take part in the star-studded jam session that will also include Big Gigantic, Robby Krieger of The Doors and Damian Marley among others.

The summer music festival will feature three major jams. The second one will be headlined by Derek Trucks with special guests Andrew Bird, Chaka Khan, Taj Mahal, Ben Folds, Susan Tedeschi's drummer Adam Deitch, guitarist Eric Krasno, Los Lobos' frontman David Hidalgo and drummer James Gadson.

Four Bodies Found at Former Tennis Star James Blake's Home After Fire Drama

A Florida home which belongs to former tennis player James Blake (II) recently caught fire, killing four people who were in the house. Two adults were found in a bedroom while two teenagers were found in their respective bedroom. Two of the deceased had upper body trauma.

Authorities received a report of loud explosion at the house on Wednesday, May 7 at 5:45 A.M. "We have also confirmed that the fire was started intentionally by an unknown accelerant," said Hillsborough County Sheriff Col. Donna Lusczynski. Officials found small commercial-type fireworks in the Tampa home.

HGTV Not Moving Forward With 'Flip It Forward' Amid Hosts' Anti-Gay Stance

It appears that David and Jason Benham's anti-gay stance has cost them a TV gig. HGTV has decided to cancel "Flip It Forward", a real estate series to be hosted by the twin brothers, after Right Wing Watch reported that the Benhams were anti-gay activists.

"HGTV has decided not to move forward with the Benham Brothers' series," the network simply tweeted on Wednesday, May 7 without further detailing the reason. On Tuesday, the basic cable channel stated that they were "currently in the process of reviewing all information about the Benhams."

A new age-restricted trailer for Seth McFarlane's western comedy "A Million Ways to Die in the West" has arrived for viewing pleasure. It is packed with risky scenes showing some gory death scenes like ice block to the head and a photo shoot gone wrong.

Other not-safe-for-work footage comes from Sarah Silverman's scene with Giovanni Ribisi's dorky character, but a more explicit humor is shown when Farlane's Albert faces off an infamous outlaw played by Liam Neeson for a one-on-one gunfight.

The crime drama series scores the renewal after lengthy and intense negotiations with series creator and executive producer Dick Wolf. He was reportedly asked to take a pay cut in order for the show to return. It's unclear how they solved the issue.

Canadian Author Farley Mowat Dies at 92

Farley Mowat, a Canadian author who probably is mostly known for his 1963's book "Never Cry Wolf", has passed away. He died on Tuesday, May 6 at his home in Port Hope, Ontario only one day prior to celebrating his 93rd birthday. An announcement confirming the death on his website read, "To allow for Farley's family and friends to mourn, book sales will be suspended until further notice."

An archivist who worked with Mowat, Rick Stapleton, told The Star that he was shocked upon learning of the death. "He was in good spirits when I talked to him last week. He said he had a clean bill of health and was heading down to his summer home in Cape Breton for the summer," he told the news outlet.

A new fully-animated "The Flintstones" movie is in the works at Warner Bros. Will Ferrell and Adam McKay are executive producing through their Gary Sanchez Productions banner.

Chris Henchy, who wrote Ferrell-starring vehicle "The Campaign", is appointed by the studio to write the script based on the iconic TV series. Titled "Flintstones (2015)", the project is still in very early development stages, therefore not much is known how they will tackle the story.

After ordering "Gotham", "Red Band Society" and "Empire" to series, FOX makes room for these upcoming shows by canceling the underperforming ones. Those which don't survive the chopping block are freshmen series "Rake", "Surviving Jack", "Dads" and "Enlisted".

"Rake", which marked Greg Kinnear's first regular TV role, had been struggling since its launch, debuting to only a 1.7 rating among adults 18-49 despite an "American Idol" lead-in. "Surviving Jack", led by "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" alum Christopher Meloni, got the same chance to debut after "American Idol", but failed to attract viewers with just a 1.3 rating in the key adult demo and 5.1 million viewers.
