"That '70s Show" alum Danny Masterson has double reasons to celebrate Valentine's Day. His first child with wife Bijou Phillips, a baby girl, was born on February 14.

Masterson shared the announcement to baby's arrival on Instagram on Wednesday. "Hello friends. Beyond thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter Fianna Francis Masterson!" the 37-year-old actor captioned a photo of him sleeping with the baby girl. "Mom and baby are doing amazing. You can all refer to me as dj dadpants from now on."

In a video captured by an audience, Spears was busy waving to the crowd when her vocal track began before she lifted the microphone to her mouth. Soon after, she realized that she missed a few words and tried to catch up.

A representative of Charlie Sheen confirmed that the actor's fiancee is still legally married to someone else. Adult film actress Brett Rossi ended things up with her estranged husband Jonathan Ross two years ago and Sheen knows the situation perfectly.

Sheen's rep Jeff Ballard told People, "She's been separated from this guy for two years. It's just a matter of the paperwork winding its way through the court system." Ballard added, "Charlie and Scottie have no secrets," referring to Rossi's nickname. "Charlie is well aware of Scottie's situation."

3 Doors Down's Bassist Todd Harrell Arrested for DUI

Todd Harrell, the bassist for 3 Doors Down, has been charged with DUI. According to the Associated Press, Harrell was arrested on Tuesday, February 18 in Mississippi after the police found the musician "slumped over the steering wheel" at an an intersection in D'Iberville, Mississippi. The police previously received a report about an impaired driver.

"On arrival our officers made contact with the driver and there were signs of his being impaired," D'Iberville police Chief Wayne Payne explained. Harrell was arrested and charged with a second-offense DUI. The musician apparently was under influence of substance other than alcohol.

Nickelodeon is turning to YouTube for an idea for a new project. The network has tapped Benny and Rafi Fine, better known as The Fine Brothers, and Nick Cannon to adapt popular YouTube franchise "React" into a TV show.

To be called "ReactToThat", the half-hour show is based on the video series started by the comedy duo in 2010 with "Kids React". It later spawned "Teens React", "Elders React" and "YouTubers React".

Fox has found its Fantastic Four. Multiple reports suggest the studio is in final negotiations to have Kate Mara star as Sue Storm a.k.a. Invisible Girl, Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm a.k.a. The Thing, Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm a.k.a. Human Torch, and Miles Teller as Reed Richards a.k.a. Mr. Fantastic.

The film will follow the foursome who gained superpowers after exposure to cosmic rays during a scientific mission to outer space. The script is handled by "X-Men: Days of Future Past" scribe Simon Kinberg. Josh Trank who previously directed Jordan in "Chronicle" is on board the project as a helmer.

Michael Patrick King shares his thoughts on the possible "Sex and the City" threequel. The director who helmed the first and second big-screen installments agrees with Sarah Jessica Parker that there is one chapter left to explore for the third movie if it's ever in the works.

"Sarah Jessica and I both know what that final chapter is," he tells Entertainment Weekly. "That doesn't mean it will or should be told, but I do think there's one story left. Whether it ever happens is a whole other situation. But there's four girls, and those girls are still in my mind. There are other stories to tell and characters that haven't even been written yet."

'Wolf of Wall Street' Sued for $25M Over Alleged Defamation

Andrew Greene files lawsuit against Paramount Pictures, the producers of "The Wolf of Wall Street", and director Martin Scorsese. The former executive at Jordan Belfort's now-defunct Long Island brokerage firm, Stratton Oakmont, is seeking $25 million in a defamation suit and asking that the movie be removed from theaters.

In his legal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of New York, Greene believes the toupee-wearing character Nicky "Rugrat" Koskoff played by P.J. Byrne in the hedonistic black comedy is based on him. In real-life, the lawyer is nicknamed "Wigman" because he often wears a hairpiece like Rugrat.
