Russell Brand Admits to Having Sex With Model Before Dating Jemima Khan

Russell Brand wants to make it clear that he is not a cheater. The British comedian revealed during a High Court session on Monday, December 23 that he indeed had sex with glamour model Sophie Coady but that was before he was dating Jemima Khan.

Brand is suing British newspaper The Sun over its accusations he slept with Coady while dating Khan earlier this year. He wrote a complaint against the tabloid in an editorial post published by The Guardian. "We know the Sun is not trustworthy and so does he," Brand said of owner Rupert Murdoch. "He uses the word 'trusted' deliberately. Hitler was trusted, it transpired he was not trustworthy."

The 23-year-old actress wore simple clothing which consisted of checkered shirt and black pants during her visit. She also had natural-looking make up. The Oscar-winning actress can be seen in many photos with the children, bringing smiles to their faces. She posed with children beside their beds and joined staff members in a black-and-white snap.

"The Expendables" producers file lawsuit against David Callaham. Nu Image, Millennium Films and Alta Vista Productions accuse the scribe of "subterfuge" by withholding key evidence before the WGA tribunal during their secret screenwriting credit arbitration four years ago.

The said evidence is Callaham's emails that supposedly revealed his intention to distance himself from the movie. In one of the emails, he reportedly wrote that "The Expendables" script "is F***ING AWFUL... I am ASTOUNDED at how bad this is. I want you to know that it's nothing like what I wrote."

The plan to make a third "Clash of the Titans" movie is scrapped. The project which was supposed to be a follow-up to "Wrath of the Titans" is put to sleep following the second movie which failed to do better than the first one and got equally panned by critics.

"Not at this point, but you never know," producer Basil Iwanyk says to IGN of the threequel. "In terms of Clash of the Titans 3, it's one of those situations where we've seen it a million times; a movie will kind of float away and then come back when it's supposed to come back."

Grammy-winning musician Ricky Lawson has died. The drummer, who collaborated with popular singers such as Michael Jackson, Eric Clapton, Phil Collins and Whitney Houston, passed away at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center in Long Beach, Calif. He was 59.

The Detroit-born drummer passed away on Monday, December 23. His uncle Paul Riser told The Associated Press that the musician was diagnosed with brain aneurysm and was removed from life support 10 days after the diagnosis.

Arsenio Hall was involved in a minor car accident two days before Christmas. According to TMZ, the actor-turned-talk show host was driving in the West San Fernando Valley on Monday night, December 23, when he lost control of his brand new Porsche Cayenne.

Law enforcement officers who responded to the report ordered the star to take a field sobriety test, but the test showed that he was not under influence of alcohol or drugs during the accident. Controversy arises regarding "12 Years a Slave" posters released for its marketing campaign in Italy. While Chiwetel Ejiofor who plays the lead role is featured prominently in the American poster, Brad Pitt and Michael Fassbender who have smaller roles take up the most space in the Italian poster with Ejiofor's picture being shoved to the corner.

The issue came to attention after a picture of the poster was uploaded on the internet by a Tumblr user. "REALLY? I don't remember Brad Pitt being the protagonist of the film or having such a pivotal role in the story to stay in the middle of the poster...I sure don't know anything about marketing strategy to appeal audiences but isn't this going too far?" the user wrote.
