'Frozen' Poised to Open Big at Thanksgiving Box Office Weekend

With good reviews coming its way, "Frozen (2013)" is expected to open big at Thanksgiving weekend. The Disney Pictures animation is predicted to make $70 million over five days in its first weekend in wide release, but it is unlikely to beat "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" in the domestic box office.

"Frozen" had been introduced at El Capitan Theater in Hollywood last week and garnered more than $243,000. Critics have also given favorable reviews to the 3D animation. Rotten Tomatoes noted 87 percent of them said it's among the "fresh."

Neil Patrick Harris and Bella Thorne once again took part in L.A. Mission's Annual Thanksgiving for the Homeless. On Wednesday, November 27, the twosome and hundreds of other volunteers put on the red aprons as they helped serve hot meals for the homeless.

Donning a white shirt topped with a gray vest and a black tie, Harris was preparing the turkey in the kitchen. "Prepping the turkey for @TheLAMission 's annual thanksgiving meal. A wonderful organization. #thankful," he enthusiastically tweeted. The Barney of "How I Met Your Mother" added later, "Super grateful to @MVoltaggio and all the other amazing chefs for lending their time and brawn. I was honored to be included. @TheLAMission."

Bruce Springsteen's 'Born to Run' Manuscript to Be Auctioned

The manuscript of Bruce Springsteen's 1975 hit called "Born to Run" will be offered at an auction on December 5. The manuscript has a pre-sale estimate of $70,000 to $100,000, according to auction house Sotheby's.

The seller was not revealed, but Sotheby's said the document used to be in the collection of Springsteen's former manager, Mike Appel. Most of the lines in this manuscript, which were written in 1974 in Long Branch, New Jersey, are said to be unpublished and unrecorded. However, the manuscript does feature a "nearly perfected chorus."

Nicki struck a different pose in the second photo as she tilted her head a bit. Her chest is in full view. In the third photo, the "American Idol" judge gave fans a bird view of her Hello Kitty slippers. The cute slippers, however, can barely be spotted. "Hello kitty slippers," she captioned the photo. This year marks the special joint holiday Thanksgivukkah, in which the American holiday of Thanksgiving falls during the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. To celebrate the "one-in-a-lifetime occasion" which won't happen again in approximately 79,000 years, Jimmy Kimmel invited the Shepard Hill Elementary School Players to reenact the first Hanukkah Thanksgiving on his ABC talk show.

The play began as a Jewish couple got lost and bumped into two Indians who were picking corn for the harvest feast. The Indians invited the Jews to join their Thanksgiving feast, but then they realized that that they didn't have a turkey. The Jews also forgot their Menorah. Just when they thought the holiday was ruined, a "menurkey" came out and saved the holiday. The kids ended it with a rendition of "Oy Vey Gobble Gobble".

Black Flag reunion may not be a good idea after all. On November 27, vocalist Ron Reyes took to his Facebook page to blast his former bandmates for firing him onstage during a show in Perth, Australia on November 24.

In the lengthy post, Reyes said that he was in the middle of performing when skateboarder/musician Mike Vallely took his mic and told him to get off the stage. "With two songs left in the set Mike V comes on stage stares me down, takes my mic and says 'You're done, party's over get off it's over...' " Reyes wrote.

Blake Lively's Father Undergoes Heart Procedure

Blake Lively's father, Ernie Lively, has undergone a unique heart procedure following a major heart attack in 2003. The retired actor successfully underwent the first retrograde heart procedure on November 7 which was carried out by Dr. Amit Patel of the University of Utah School of Medicine.

"I woke up this morning and told my wife, 'I haven't felt this good in years.' I moved to Utah because of the snow, but I haven't been able to ski. I literally didn't have the heart to do it. Now, I'm excited about living the rest of my life instead of sitting around," said Lively, who became the first patient in the world to undergo the procedure. Lively is now no longer envious when watching people skiing because he is able to carry out more active lifestyle.

BBC America Renews 'Atlantis' for Season 2 After Big Debut

BBC America has given a vote of confidence to "Atlantis". The cable channel has ordered a second season of the freshmen drama after airing only one episode of it. This, however, comes as no surprise since the show debuted to 838,000 viewers on November 23, thanks to the strong "Doctor Who" lead-in, marking the highest-rated series debut for the network's Supernatural Saturday block.

"Atlantis is off to a fantastic start and is the centerpiece of our Saturday nights for the next 12 weeks," says BBC America's senior vp programming Richard De Croce. "We're committed to bringing our viewers even more entertaining episodes inspired by Greek mythology from Howard and the talented team in season two."

Justin Bieber has once again taken his graffiti skills to the wrong place. The pop superstar recently showed off "a piece of art" which he left on QT Hotel in Surfers Paradise during his stay Down Under, but the picture of cartoon characters he painted on the hotel wall won't be there for long.

Mayor of Gold Coast Tom Tait says the council will be ordering the hotel to remove the graffiti that the "All Around the World" singer and his entourage painted on an external wall on November 26. "It might be on private land but it's in prominent public view," a council spokesman explains to AAP. "The mayor will be contacting our compliance officers today to have a notice issued to the hotel to clean it up."

"Glee" allows fans to choose which songs to be featured in its 100th episode. To help celebrate the show's milestone, Gleeks can pick their favorite songs from the past five seasons that will be sung in the upcoming outing.

Eminem's 'MMLP2' Returns to No. 1 on Billboard 200

Eminem's "MMLP2" has made its way back to the top slot of Billboard 200. Nielsen SoundScan reports that the Detroit rapper's latest studio effort has sold additional 120,000 copies, outselling last week's first placer Lady GaGa's "ARTPOP" which plunges to No. 8 with 46,000.

Earlier this month, the second installment of 2000's "The Marshall Mathers LP" debuted on the chart at No. 1 with 792,000 copies, the second-largest opening week this year. Last week, it fell to No. 2 when the Mother Monster's new set sold 258,000 copies in its first week.
