Autumn Reeser Gives Birth to Second Child and Shares First Pic

Former "The O.C." star Autumn Reeser gave birth to her second child, another boy on Monday, November 25. She announced the birth and gave the world a sneak peek of her newborn via Twitter.

Reeser, who was due on Sunday, gave birth at home with the help of midwives at Gracefull Birthing. "After a swift home birth, Dashiell Ford Warren joined our family at 2:45 a.m. this morning," the actress happily tweeted. "We are SO thrilled!!!"

Film & television writer/director J.J. Abrams was hailed at the 41st International Emmy Awards. The executive producer of TV series "Revolution" and co-creator of "Almost Human" was honored with International Emmy Founders Award which was handed out by presenter Zachary Quinto.

"I feel unworthy," the "Star Trek Into Darkness" helmer said when accepting the trophy. "Why would the Academy make this choice?" He then jokingly said that his father threatened now Intl. Emmy President and CEO Bruce L. Paisner when Paisner fell into the sea in Cannes in 1993 because his father "desperately wanted to see his son up here tonight."

Pink and Carey Hart Sued by Paparazzo Over June Clash

Pink and her husband Carey Hart are being sued by a paparazzo over a clash in June. The photographer, Boris Issaei, claimed that he was beaten by Hart's friends and accused Hart of calling him a pedophile during the incident.

Back in June, Issaei tried to get photos of Pink who was changing her daughter's diaper in a playground at the Malibu Country Mart. According to TMZ, Hart got angry when he knew Issaei was trying to take pictures and called the paparazzo, "You f***ing c**t ... You f***ing pedophile." Pink reportedly added, "You're photographing my baby naked."

Miranda Lambert said she lost weight in a healthy way. The "Baggage Claim" singer took to her official site to shoot down recent tabloid reports that suggested her getting surgery to lose weight as she appeared slimmer at the 47th annual Country Music Association Awards in Nashville earlier this month.

"Though I NEVER care what the tabloids have to say about me... I wanted to address this certain story they are running this week and set the record straight," she wrote on Monday, November 25. "I DID NOT have surgery to lose weight. That is ridiculous. I lost my weight the healthy and good old fashioned way. Watching what I eat and working out with my trainer Bill Crutchfield."

The 'Maltese Falcon' Statue Fetches $4 Million at Auction

"The Maltese Falcon" figure was sold for a huge amount at auction on Monday, November 25. According to Madison Ave. Bonham's auction house, a bidder who placed a bid over the phone paid $4,085,000 for the bird statuette featured in the classic 1941 detective thriller directed by John Huston.

The 45-pound, 12-inch-tall black statue has a Warner Bros. inventory number etched into the base and bears the name of the movie. It has a bent right tail feather, a damage which was incurred when actress Lee Patrick, who played secretary to Humphrey Bogart's private investigator character Spade, dropped it while handing it to Bogart during the filming of the movie.

Brittany Murphy's Mother Rejects 'Absurd' Poison Claims

Brittany Murphy's mother, Sharon, has written an open letter to address a recent claim made by the actress' father which suggested that their daughter passed away because of poisoning. The "Just Married" star's father, Angelo Bertolotti, recently said that he sent hair, blood and tissues for independent testing and the lab result allegedly showed "heavy metals/toxic elements" which were commonly found in rat poison, pesticides, insecticides etc.

In a letter sent to The Hollywood Reporter, Sharon called the poison claim "absurd" and she believed that her daughter died of pneumonia and anemia as concluded by the Los Angeles Coroner's office. "I have no choice now but to come forward in the face of inexcusable efforts to smear my daughter's memory by a man who may be her biological father but was never a real father to her in her lifetime," Sharon wrote, adding that "his claims are based on the most flimsy of evidence."

Another main role in "Star Wars Episode 7" may have been revealed. The Hollywood Reporter gets a scoop from an insider that the filmmakers, following the script rewrite by J.J. Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan, are now in search for the right actor to play a new role of "a 40-something military man a la Matt Damon in 'Elysium'."

Previously, "X-Men: First Class" actor Jason Flemyng, 47, was rumored auditioning for the movie after he posted on Instagram a script, which he claimed to be a screenplay from the movie. Another English star Matt Smith ("Doctor Who") also has reportedly gone in for a meeting regarding an unspecified role in the film.

The recent death on "Family Guy" is not accepted well by fans. After 11 seasons, it's apparently hard for fans to bid farewell [SPOILER ALERT!] to the Griffins' pet dog, Brian, as they petition against the talking dog's death.

Since it was created on early Monday, November 25, the Change.org petition has collected more than 19,000 signatures. Petition organizer Aaron Thompson of Tuscaloosa wrote, "Brian Griffin was an important part of our viewing experince. He added a witty and sophisticated element to the show. Family Guy and Fox Broadcasting will lose viewers if Brian Griffin is not brought back to the show."
