'Family Guy' Shocking Death Explained

One of the most shocking TV events happened on Sunday, November 24 when "Family Guy" decided to eliminate a major character for good. [Spoiler Warning] Brian the family dog was hit by a car in the episode called "Life of Brian" and died. Producers thought "it could be a fun way to shake things up."

The episode began with Stewie destroying his time machine, meaning he didn't have a chance to save his best friend. There was not much time to grieve the death of Brian for it occurred within the first 20 minutes and the Griffins have adopted a new pet by the end of the episode.

Jamie Lynn Spears has premiered her debut single called "How Could I Want More". The 22-year-old singer made the announcement on Twitter, writing, "SURPRISE! My first single is available NOW on iTunes." She attached the link to the song on iTunes as well as the single artwork.

"How Could I Want More" is a country song that finds Jamie Lynn singing about how a perfect relationship should be. "All he does is love me/ Swears that's what he's here for/ So how could I want more?" asks the younger sister of pop superstar Britney Spears.

Sutton Foster Will Return to Broadway With 'Violet'

Sutton Foster is ready to get back to her root. The two-time Tony-winning star has nabbed a lead role in The Roundabout Theatre Company's production of "Violet", which is scheduled to start next spring.

Foster will play the title character after first portraying it in the special one-night concert presented in July by City Centers Encores!, which the Broadway musical is based on. The Hollywood Reporter describes her as "a facially disfigured North Carolina girl in the mid-1960s, who dreams of having flawless Hollywood-style looks and believes an Oklahoma televangelist is her ticket to wish fulfillment."

Charlie Sheen Donates $25,000 to Help Victims of Typhoon in the Philippines

Charlie Sheen has used more of his fortune for good cause. The actor has contributed to Philippine typhoon relief efforts by making a $25,000 donation to People's Recovery Empowerment Development Assistance (Preda) Foundation, TMZ reports.

Donation made via the organization will be used to find children who went missing during the typhoon which caused 5,200 people dead and thousands others losing their homes. The donation will also be used to provide shelters and foods to the victims.

Pitbull and Ke$ha Debut 'Timber' Music Video

Pitbull and Ke$ha have unveiled the official music video for their collaboration, "Timber". The new clip arrived on Sunday, November 24 via Facebook. "Exclusive to my Facebook fans... here it is! My video with Kesha for #Timber off #GlobalWarmingMeltdown...," Pitbull wrote.

"Timber" video becomes another project by a major artist that's released on the popular social networking. It follows the footsteps of Jay-Z's "Holy Grail" and Bruno Mars' "Gorilla" clips, which were debuted earlier this year.

Mick Jagger's Daughter Confirms Rocker Will Be a Great-Grandfather

Mick Jagger is going to become a great grandfather next year. Mick's daughter Jade told U.K.'s The Sunday Times that her 21-year-old daughter Assisi would give birth in a few months. The jewelry designer, however, added that the idea of having a great-grandchild apparently was "no longer particularly fascinating" for the member of The Rolling Stones as he had some grandchildren.

Assisi additionally talked about her pregnancy in an interview with Hello magazine, saying that having children at young age runs in the family. "The women in our family just tend to have children young, it runs in the genes," she said, as quoted by Daily Mail. "I grew up quite quickly and wouldn't have considered having a child if I was doing what my friends are doing at this stage, messing around. I don't drink, I don't smoke and I'm very settled."

'Homeland' 3.10 Preview: Mission Goes Awry

With his life at stake, Brody has to make a decision if he's going to risk himself to continue the mission.

Portrayed by Xander Berkeley, the character was strangled to death by Jane after admitting he was sorry for killing Jane's family and he was afraid to die.

After giving birth to her first child, Lily Allen visited a surgeon to get liposuction. She was later advised to have an extensive plastic surgery to reshape her thighs, belly, ankles, back and knees. "Nobody's immune to the pressure to look thin," she recently told Observer Magazine.

Allen canceled the surgery four days before it was scheduled to happen after finding out that she was pregnant with her second child. The canceled surgery then inspired the music video for "Hard Out Here", her first new music since 2009.

Giada De Laurentiis had a bloody cooking incident while filming a Thanksgiving Live special on Food Network, Saturday, November 23. The TV chef was slicing a turkey roll she had just made on the live TV broadcast when her knife slipped and she accidentally cut her finger.

"She seemed to go pale and got very quiet putting pressure on it and whispering to Ina (Garten) that it was bad," an eyewitness tells Radar Online. "She looked like she was about to faint." The show then cut to commercial break as De Laurentiis got medical attention, but she returned 15 minutes later with her finger bandaged.

Lady GaGa has been named as the face of Versace for the company's Spring/Summer 2014 campaign. The Italian fashion house confirmed the news in a Twitter post. "#Versace proudly confirms @LadyGaga as the face of SS14 campaign shot by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott #VersaceLovesGaga," the announcement read. Ads featuring the singer will appear in magazines in January.

In addition to confirming the partnership, Versace shared first photo of the pop star for the campaign. In the photo, the Mother Monster can be seen wearing a light purple dress. Her long blond hair is styled loose as she lounges on a couch. She also wears some rings to complete the look.

'Catching Fire' Wins on Box Office, Posts Biggest November Debut Ever

Expected to open big on the box office, "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" did not disappoint. The second installment of the "Hunger Games" series played in 4,163 locations in North America and garnered $161.1 million at its first domestic weekend box office. It becomes one of the biggest hits this year and the biggest November debut ever.

"It's really become a phenomenon," said David Spitz, head of distribution for Lionsgate. "We've established now a better opening than the first, and now we're entering into the Thanksgiving and Christmas period, which is very, very lucrative."
