Katharine McPhee's life is spiraling down now that she is no longer together with the man who broke two marriages. The former "American Idol" finalist has split from Michael Morris, married director who directed her in the now-canceled series "Smash".

McPhee and Morris were photographed locking lips on October 22 when they were both still married to their respective spouses. Morris reportedly got kicked out of the house by actress wife Mary McCormack after she learned about the photos. Meanwhile, McPhee's marriage to producer Nick Cokas was allegedly over half a year ago.

Bieber has been criticized for treating the flag carelessly. Beside sparking public outrage, the act could be a crime punishable by four years in prison according to Argentinean law. The singer took it to Twitter on Wednesday after the video went viral, saying he meant no harm.

The Weinstein Co.'s campaign to get the Motion Picture Association of America to change their mind regarding the R rating slapped on "Philomena" paid off. The British drama starring Judi Dench and Steve Coogan is now rated PG-13 after previously falling into restricted category due to using F-word twice.

"We owe this victory to Barbara Broccoli, producer of the James Bond series, Daniel Craig and Sam Mendes who because of their relationship with Judi Dench gave permission to spoof the ratings system using the M character," Harvey Weinstein says referring to the Funny Or Die video they made ahead of the rating appeal. "We know that went a long way into shedding light on the themes of the movie and the fact that the PG-13 rating was correct."

NBC Kept Jonathan Rhys-Meyers' 'Dracula' Salary Until Production Completed

Jonathan Rhys-Meyers did not get his money until he completed the first season production of "Dracula". It has been reported that NBC kept the 36-year-old actor's salary and pay him small dispensations instead due to his history of going in an out of rehab.

Per THR, Rhys-Meyers is paid $100,000 per episode but substantial part of it was only delivered to him at the end of the season 1 production, which has been wrapped up in Budapest in summer. Rumor has it the star quietly returned to London while filming "Dracula" after a meltdown. He was hospitalized for a short time but managed to deliver all the 10 seasons.
