Kim Kardashian Gets Back at Detractors With 50-Pound Weight Loss

It was her first big interview since becoming a mom and getting engaged to Kanye West, so host Jay Leno made sure to cover everything about his Wednesday episode guest Kim Kardashian. From her daughter North West to her wedding plans, the recently-engaged celebrity openly spoke to Leno, including of course her visible weight loss after her pregnancy that she showed off in a white lace see-through dress.

With proper exercise and the Atkins diet, Kim revealed she has since lost 50 pounds, a redemption of sorts for what she experienced during her pregnancy, when some very hurtful comments from the media about her weight gain "really did affect" her, saying, "It really hurt my soul." But she was wise enough to adjust her life so as to avoid all the negativity around her, trying to stay more at home and out of the public eye.

"I am a lucky lucky man. Blessed 2 feel the way I do with @NickyWhelan! I hope each of u feels the same in ur world!" he captioned the black-and-white snap. The Australian actress wrote back, "ALL MY LOVE." The actor's representative has not replied request for comment.

After canceling their tour and deleting their official Twitter account, Jonas Brothers finally announced their break-up on Tuesday, October 29. On the following day, brothers Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas appeared on "Good Morning America" to explain the reason behind their split.

Nick told host Robin Roberts that he was the brother who initiated the split talks. "I was actually the one that initiated the conversation," Nick said. "You know, we're family first and that's always been our main priority and so honesty within what we do as a group was really important."

Wishing you only good fortune, love and light and watching @theview," the 59-year-old TV personality tweeted the morning after McCarthy's appearance on "Watch What Happens Live". The 40-year old co-host of "The View" had said the night before, "I'm sure there's probably a lot of people on her s**t list. I'm probably number four."

Titled "Street Soldier", the event series is based on the book "Street Soldier: My Life as an Enforcer" by former boxer and drug dealer Eddie MacKenzie, who was a member of Bulger's gang.

"I feel like we made a mistake putting it on the air," he told the small group.

The comedian later stepped outside to apologize to the crowd holding the signs which read, "Fire Jimmy Kimmel," and, "[Jimmy Kimmel] Promote racial genocide." "I did not mean to upset you," he said, before adding, "I feel bad you did not take it as a joke." He also promised that it would never happen again.

Robert Zemeckis to Direct 'Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane' Film Adaptation

Before he became an Oscar-winning director for the 1994 Tom Hanks starrer "Forrest Gump", Robert Zemeckis first came into the public eye for the 1988 Academy Award-winning live-action/ animation movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit". Now with his new directorial project, "The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane", the 62-year-old filmmaker is set to go back into the world of animation, wherein incidentally, he will find himself working again on a rabbit character.

This time it's not about Roger Rabbit but the porcelain rabbit whose adventures author Kate DiCamillo writes about in her best-selling children's book. The feature film adaptation of the novel will also reunite Zemeckis with "Forrest Gump" producer Wendy Finerman as they try to recreate the magic they brought to that epic production.

"Will Mary move on? What's in store for Edith? Who is Cousin Rose kissing? What new secrets and scandals are on the horizon?" are the questions attached to the 30-second snippet. Those questions will be answered when the show returns on January 5, 2014 on PBS.

Fieri's manager, who was also in the vehicle at the time of the fight, hopped off and took Ramirez home by taxi.

According to sources, the physical fight grew out of an argument about nothing, just "dudes being dudes." Fieri's representative said it was just a case of "a bunch of guys... messing around" that just "got a little out of hand," reassuring everyone that "they're all good now." Apparently, the group had been drinking on a flight prior to landing at the San Francisco International airport where they had a car service drive them off.

Spike Lee in Talks to Direct Justin Timberlake in 'Spinning Gold' Biopic

Oscar-nominated director Spike Lee is in early negotiations to helm Foresight Unlimited's "Spinning Gold". It's a biopic of iconic music producer Neil Bogart where Justin Timberlake will take on the key role. The late record executive's son, Timothy Scott Bogart, writes the script and co-produces the project with Timberlake.

The film is set to tell the rags-to-riches story of a poor kid from Brooklyn who went on to become the man who defined the pop music culture of his time. Bogart, who died at age 39, is credited with discovering, launching and nurturing the careers of a generation of music superstars during the '60s and '70s including Curtis Mayfield, Bill Withers, Gladys Knight, KISS, Parliament, Donna Summer and The Village People among many others.

Electronic music producer and singer James Blake won this year's Barclaycard Mercury Prize for his sophomore album "Overgrown". 'Evil Dead' Director and Writer Drop Out of Sequel

Despite his initial hope to make a second "Evil Dead" movie, director Fede Alvarez won't return for the sequel and neither will his writing partner Rodo Sayagues. "I am sorry to tell you this but that movie won't happen. 'Evil Dead 2' is not going to happen, at least not with us involved," Sayagues says.

"We left that project many months ago because we preferred to put our energies on other things," the writer continues in his interview with Gorosito.tv. "I don't know if the producers still have intentions of making it. But what I can tell you is that we are not part of that project."

Chris Brown's Halloween Parties Canceled as He Enters Rehab

Chris Brown has been confirmed not being able to attend two scheduled events because he checked into rehab. According to TMZ, he was set to host a Halloween party at the Conga Room in L.A. on Thursday, October 31 and another bash with Karrueche Tran at Haze club in Las Vegas the next day, but the clubs said that the events were canceled.

"Chris Brown's scheduled Halloween Costume Party at L.A. LIVE's Conga Room has been cancelled," reads an announcement on the Conga Room's website. Tran reportedly also bowed out of the Las Vegas event.

Katy Perry's "Prism" has found its way out to No. 1 on Billboard 200. Nielsen SoundScan reports that the album has sold 286,000 copies in its first week, giving the pop singer her best sales week to date.

"Prism" marks Perry's second No.1 album on the chart with her 2010 effort, "Teenage Dream", being the first. The "Roar" hitmaker's new release also manages to surpass Miley Cyrus' "Bangerz", which opened at No. 1 earlier this month with 270,000 copies, for this year's biggest sales week among female artists.
