Lindsay Lohan remains on the path to her full sobriety, so her representative claims. The rep speaks up after speculation arose that she relapsed following the release of a new picture which showed her seemingly reaching for bottle of half empty red wine.

The rep tells Extra that the 27-year-old actres/singer "continues to succeed in her recovery," adding that "the photo does not show Lindsay consuming alcohol, and could easily be misleading as her purse was also in the photo, and she may have been reaching for it."

Paul McCartney Drops Star-Studded Music Video for 'Queenie Eye'

Paul McCartney has released the music video for his new track "Queenie Eye". The 4-minute clip, which was released on Thursday, October 24, shows the singer entering a recording booth and starting to sing. While McCartney is playing piano and singing, Johnny Depp appears on screen. He sits on the floor and listens to the song while bobbing his head along the catchy beat.

Following Depp's appearance, other actors show up on screen. At one point, the studio is full of people listening to McCartney's singing. Actress Meryl Streep can be seen dancing to the song a bit. Kate Moss strikes sexy pose while being surrounded by many people. After the song ends, McCartney is alone again in the booth as if the people are never there.

The 40-year-old former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star reveals money is in fact so tight nowadays, that she and 46-year-old actor husband Dean McDermott can't even afford a vasectomy right now.

Spelling's business manager advised against the procedure at this time considering that the couple's budget may not be able to accommodate it following the cancellation of their reality TV series last year. "We don't have a series on the air right now, so we have to be more restrictive of what we can spend, just like anyone who doesn't currently have a steady job," she says.

Juno Temple and Frank Grillo Pass On 'Fifty Shades of Grey' Roles

Producers and casting directors for the much-talked about film adaptation of "Fifty Shades of Grey" may have solved a big problem when Jamie Dornan signed on to replace Charlie Hunnam who had recently backed out of the project. However, there are still a few more roles to fill, after "The Dark Knight Rises" actress Juno Temple and "The Grey" star Frank Grillo passed on the chance to work on the Sam Taylor-Wood-directed film.

English actress Temple had been approached to play the best friend of Anastasia, a role that went to Dakota Johnson, but the BFF role will eventually be going to someone else as Temple declined the offer. Meanwhile, 48-year-old Grillo had been asked to portray the role of Grey's bodyguard but he won't be working with Dornan on the project as he also turned down the opportunity to work on the forthcoming drama.

'Breaking Bad': Walter White Tombstone to Be Relocated

Following protests and petition signed by families whose relatives are burried at the Sunset Memorial Park cemetery in Albuquerque, a fake gravesite for "Breaking Bad" character Walter White will be removed. Cemetery officials had promised before that they would get rid of the headstone if it attracted many tourists.

The headstone and burial vault to commemorate the fictional meth dealer will be relocated to the Village Shops at Los Ranchos, the home of local restaurant Vernon's Steakhouse that organized the fake funeral on Saturday, October 19.

In a video obtained by TMZ, Saban can be seen saying, "Twenty years ago I got a call from England from a then very unknown Simon Cowell who wanted to do a version of Power Rangers, a disco version. Lindsay Lohan Sued Over 2012 Pacific Coast Highway Car Crash

For allegedly having caused "great physical, mental, and nervous pain and suffering" to the driver of the truck that she rammed her Porsche into last year as she drove along the Pacific Coast Highway, Lindsay Lohan is now facing a lawsuit filed against her by crash victim James Johnson on Wednesday, October 23 with the Los Angeles Superior Court. Johnson is seeking punitive damages for the injuries he sustained.

The lawsuit comes after criminal charges that have been previously filed against Lohan over the crash, including reckless driving and lying to a police officer for claiming she wasn't the one driving and then trying to pin down the person who was with her at the time of the accident as the culprit. For those charges, Lohan entered a plea deal that required her to undergo 90 days rehab, which she completed last July at the Cliffside facility in Malibu.

A much longer sneak peek video for "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" has just been unearthed in anticipation of the official teaser trailer due Thursday, October 24. While the previous preview only offered short glimpses of the main characters, this new one courtesy of Entertainment Tonight features a lot more footage.

The Cap getting into a fight with Winter Soldier, gun-toting Black Widow kicking some ass, and Falcon spreading his wings out as he's being chased by jets are some of the action scenes shown in the video. While the titular hero seems to fend off his opponents just fine, he finds it difficult to understand the morally murky world post "The Avengers".

Tom Cruise Eying Ford and Ferrari Racing Drama 'Go Like Hell'

Rumor has it, Tom Cruise is in talks to star in Fox's "Go Like Hell", a movie about real-life rivalry between Ford and Ferrari. The "Jack Reacher" actor is expected to reunite with Joseph Kosinski who directed him in post-apocalyptic sci-fi "Oblivion" already coming out in April this year.

The film is based on A.J. Baime's 2009 book "Go Like Hell: Ford, Ferrari, and their Battle for Speed and Glory at Le Mans." It revolves around the two's battle for dominance in the sports car marketplace which led to Ford challenging Ferrari at the 1966 Le Mans race using a car designed by Carroll Shelby.

"Fifty Shades of Grey" has found its new male lead. According to Variety, Jamie Dornan has been picked to replace Charlie Hunnam to take on the role as Bondage enthusiast Christian Grey. He reportedly won the part over Billy Magnussen after a screen test on Friday, October 18.

The likes of Alexander Skarsgard, Francois Arnaud, Luke Bracey, Theo James, Clint Eastwood, and Christian Cooke were rumored considered for the key part as well. But by Wednesday morning, no one else, besides Dornan and Magnussen, was brought in for audition.

Prince George Is Christened in London

Three-month-old Prince George was christened in the Chapel Royal at St James's Palace on Wednesday, October 23. The future king arrived at the palace wearing a replica of Queen Victoria's daughter's christening robe at 02:30 P.M. The Duchess of Cambridge wore a cream-colored Alexander McQueen dress and was all smile as she posed for pictures with her son and husband Prince William.

The ceremony was attended by 23 people including the Queen, Prince Philip, Prince Harry and Prince Charles, and Kate's family. According to sources, Prince George was on his best behavior during the 35-minute long service. A royal aide told Daily Mail that there was not "even a peep" out of Prince George during the event. "He went in smiling, came out smiling and, as far as we are aware, smiled throughout," another source added. Prince William also said similar thing, telling media, "It's the first time he's been quiet all day."

Clint Eastwood's Wife Dina Files for Divorce

Dina Eastwood is taking one step closer to officially end her 17-year marriage to Clint Eastwood. After previously withdrawing her papers for legal separation just two days after filing it, now Dina has served the actor/director with divorce papers.

The former E! reality TV star filed the documents early this week in Monterey County Superior Court in Carmel, California. She cites irreconcilable differences and seeks full physical and joint legal custody of their minor daughter, 16-year-old Morgan.
