Three-month-old Prince George was christened in the Chapel Royal at St James's Palace on Wednesday, October 23. The future king arrived at the palace wearing a replica of Queen Victoria's daughter's christening robe at 02:30 P.M. The Duchess of Cambridge wore a cream-colored Alexander McQueen dress and was all smile as she posed for pictures with her son and husband Prince William.
The ceremony was attended by 23 people including the Queen, Prince Philip, Prince Harry and Prince Charles, and Kate's family. According to sources, Prince George was on his best behavior during the 35-minute long service. A royal aide told Daily Mail that there was not "even a peep" out of Prince George during the event. "He went in smiling, came out smiling and, as far as we are aware, smiled throughout," another source added. Prince William also said similar thing, telling media, "It's the first time he's been quiet all day."
