Avril Lavigne Gets Animated in 'Rock N Roll' Music Video

In less than a month after filming in Palmdale, California, pop-rock star Avril Lavigne comes out with the music video for her forthcoming new music video "Rock N Roll". The Max Martin-produced track, co-written by Lavigne's new hubby Chad Kroeger of Nickelback, is the second single off her upcoming fifth studio album set to be released later this year.

The five-minute clip features Lavigne as the animated character Tank Girl, dressed in an army green corset top, heavily-buckled platform boots and an army helmet and wearing strings of bullets around her torso and on her waist. Playing her sidekick is erstwhile teen star Danica McKellar who is best known for her role in "The Wonder Years".

The Aaron Hotchner depicter was previously reported being catfished by a woman he met on Twitter who claimed that she came from North Dakota. Two years ago, she started writing to the actor on Twitter, saying that she was a big fan of him. The woman used a picture of a scantily-clad woman.

Jay-Z Set to Perform at Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

It has just been announced that Jay-Z will headline the Yasalam After-Race Concert at the du Arena on Yas Island on Friday, November 1. The performance will be a part of the final evening of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend in the United Arab Emirates.

"Jay-Z is the biggest rap mogul and music icon on this planet," Flash Entertainment Vice President Mike Fairburn said of Jay-Z's upcoming appearance. "He was an obvious choice. Booking artists of high calibre is important since Abu Dhabi is one of the top circuits in the world."

Kim Zolciak Announces She's Expecting Twins

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak has revealed that she and husband, NFL player Kroy Biermann, are expecting twins from her latest pregnancy. The 35-year-old reality TV star and the Atlanta Falcons defensive end will be adding two more kids to their current brood of four, two of whom are from their own marriage while the first two are from Zolciak's previous relationships, but were already adopted by Biermann.

"I'm having twins and I couldn't be more excited. I was completely shocked. I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised," Zolciak said in an interview with E! News. "I can't believe I am going to be a mom to six children. It's going to be very busy but it's a dream come true."

'The Grandmasters' New Trailer Gets Music Treatment From RZA

"The Grandmasters" presents a unique collaboration between kung fu and hip-hop music in its new trailer which has made its way out online via Yahoo! Movies. RZA's "Rivers of Blood", which blares as a backsound, gives more dramatic effect to every action scene featured in the video.

The film, which became the opener of the Berlin Film Festival earlier this year, is about the legendary kung fu master Ip Man. From the trailer, it is easy to tell from whom the late Bruce Lee had his deadly fighting skills as his teacher, played by Tony Leung, is seen easily beating out thugs only with his bare hands.

Justin Timberlake will reportedly reunite with boyband NSYNC at MTV Video Music Awards. According to Page Six, the "Mirrors" singer is set to perform with former bandmates J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick for the first time in more than a decade.

The site also reported that the band members were spotted enjoying Timberlake and Jay-Z's joint "Legend of the Summer" concert at Miami's Sun Life Stadium last week. The boys joined Timberlake's wife Jessica Biel and his mom Lynn Harless in the VIP section.

The website, which had received the nude pics via email, has chosen not to expose the explicit images. The source, however, might still be peddling the photos to other news outlets or websites.

The racy photos reveal a dark-haired female who looks identical to Lovato in some uncompromising positions like in one where she is seen naked in a bathtub and in another where she appears topless in bed. It was unverified if the woman in the pictures was actually the pop star, although she apparently has the same distinct tattoos as that of the "Made in the USA" singer.

Raz B's Manager Denies Coma Reports

Singer Raz B has fallen victim to a false report suggesting that he slipped into coma following a bottle attack in a Chinese club. His manager confirms that Raz was hurt, but the injuries were not serious. "The comments about Raz being in a coma did not come from his official representative," Raz's manager Elayne Rivers told CNN on Monday, August 19.

Raz's brother Ricky Romance also sent a statement after reports of his brother's condition were widely spread. Ricky said, "I was unfortunately unable to contact my brother at the time and then panicked. I then alerted as many people of this information hoping to gather facts... Since the source that gave me this information was what I thought to be legitimately reliable I didn't question I just believed."

The rapper, returning the favor for the PBR'n'B singer's appearance at his OVO Fest earlier this month, drops a verse in the XO label artist's new track.

"Live For", a song about living the fast life, is their latest collaboration after "Crew Love" and "The Ride" which were both included in Drake's 2011 album "Take Care". It is one of ten tracks that will be in The Weeknd's forthcoming "Kiss Land" album due out September 10.

Man Found Dead in Olivia Newton-John's Florida House

A dead body has been found in the house of Grammy-winning singer Olivia Newton-John at the Jupiter Inlet Colony, Florida. According to Palm Beach Post, the police went to the house on Monday, August 19, after receiving report of the body discovery.

The Jupiter Police Department said that the man, who died of a gunshot wound, was employed as a contractor for the residents. Police's spokesman Sgt. Scott Pascarella added that the man did not live in the house. Both Olivia and her husband John Easterling were away during the incident.

The 2013 New York Film Festival has announced its full line-up on its official website. Among titles that have already been a hit at several other prestigious festivals, Paul Greengrass' "Captain Phillips", a Tom Hanks starrer based on true story of a 2009 cargo ship hijacking, gets the honor to kick off the event, which runs from September 27 - October 13.

Three pics opening to rave reviews at Cannes are also selected by the Film Society of Lincoln Center. The aforementioned movies include Palme d'Or winner "Blue Is the Warmest Color", "All Is Lost" with Robert Redford as the only cast member and Alexander Payne's directorial effort, "Nebraska".

Lady GaGa has dropped the visuals for "Applause", her newest single which she rush-released due to a leak. The Inez & Vinoodh-directed clip was premiered on "Good Morning America" on Monday, August 19. Donning a white dress, GaGa appeared on the show to introduce the video and participate in her first television interview in months.

Mostly filmed in black and white, the video gives several looks at GaGa dressing up as a skeleton, writhing on her bed in black lingerie and transforming into a swan. She is also seen dancing in several racy ensembles, including a black bra that resembles two cupping hands and a clam shell bra which she wears as she poses like Botticelli's "The Birth of Venus".

Aerosmith Cancels Festival Performances in China and Taiwan

Rock legend Aerosmith has canceled their scheduled performances in the 2013 Sonic Shanghai Music Festival on August 21 and in "Rock Sonic Day in Kaohsiung" at the 55,000-capacity Kaohsiung National Stadium in Taiwan on August 24. The Bad Boys from Boston have called off the gigs due to the failure of the local promoter to "meet contractual obligations."

"We are extremely upset to have disappointed our dedicated fans," frontman Steven Tyler said in a statement posted on the band's website. "They have welcomed us into their country and due to uncontrollable circumstances we will not be able to perform. We were so excited to share our music with them and look forward to one day returning and giving them the show they deserve."

Dick Van Dyke Rescued From Burning Car on Los Angeles Freeway

Veteran actor Dick Van Dyke was involved in a scary incident on Monday, August 19, in which his Jaguar sedan was engulfed in flames. The actor, who was behind the wheel, sustained no injuries after a group of people who were passing by gave him assistance. One of the motorists Jason Pennington, who apparently is an off-duty firefighter, pulled him out of the vehicle.

"They thought I had passed out so they yanked me out of the car," Van Dyke told TMZ with a laugh. "It just started making a noise, and I thought I had a flat at first, then it started to smoke, then it burned to a crisp," the actor recalled the incident which took place on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles, adding that he initially did not notice that his car was burning.

Birdman, B.o.B, T.I. and Young Dro Premiere 'Kemosabe' Video

Grand Hustle's T.I., Doe B., Young Dro and B.o.B along with Cash Money Records CEO Birdman drop a music video of their collaboration track "Kemosabe". The almost five-minute T.I. and Philly Fly Boy-directed clip features the gang surrounded by their colorful rides and women covered only in body paint.

The track, heavily influenced by the Hot Boys, first appeared on the compilation mixtape G.D.O.D. (Get Dough or Die Young) that came out in May. It was initially intended to be a solo record for the 22-year-old Doe B. but when T.I., Young Dro and B.o.B heard it, they wanted to join in.
