Avenged Sevenfold Drops 'Hail to the King' Music Video

Avenged Sevenfold has released a music video for "Hail to the King". Directed by Syndrome, the black-and-white video sees M. Shadows and his bandmates performing the powerful track. The video also gives flashes of medieval imagery, such as a sword being drawn from its sheath, a monk waving a lamp and a knight on a horse.

"Hail to the King" is the title track taken from Avenged Sevenfold's sixth studio album of the same name. Produced by Mike Elizondo, the album will follow up the band's 2010 release, "Nightmare", which debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart.

Video: Luke Bryan Performs on 'Today'

Luke Bryan performed on "Today" show on Friday, August 16. The 37-year-old country singer treated fans at the Rockefeller Plaza in New York with songs that included "Crash My Party", "That's My Kind of Night" and "Drunk on You".

He also performed "Country Girl (Shake It for Me)", a song which was chosen by fans who joined the online voting on the show's website. During an interview, Bryan expressed his excitement to be able to perform on "Today".

Big Sean Premieres 'Beware' Video Ft. Lil Wayne and Jhene Aiko

After releasing the Miley Cyrus co-starred music video of his track "Fire", G.O.O.D. Music label rapper Big Sean premieres another visually creative and colorful clip, this time for the lead single entitled "Beware" of his forthcoming album "Hall of Fame". The Key Wane-produced track features rap superstar Lil Wayne and R'n'B singer Jhene Aiko, who also both appear on the video.

Unlike in his "Fire" video where only a burning photo of the rapper was sparsely inserted within the clip, the four-minute visuals of "Beware" features more of the Detroit-based MC but as seen in technicolor. Big Sean's videos continue to be refreshingly different in comparison to the usual hip-hop videos, making creative use of graphics and unconventional themes.

Donald Faison Welcomes Baby Boy With Wife CaCee Cobb

Former "Scrubs" star Donald Faison has just welcomed a new addition to his family. His wife CaCee Cobb gave birth to a baby boy Thursday, August 15. It's the first child for Cobb and the fifth for her actor husband.

"Yesterday @caceecobb and I welcomed the most amazing little boy into our lives! Oh Happy Day!!" Faison tweeted Friday. The new mom re-tweeted her husband's message before blissfully adding, "The happiest day of my life."

Michael Jackson and Justin Bieber Collaboration Track Surfaces Online

Four years after the untimely death of King of Pop Michael Jackson, the music icon is brought back to life through his music by way of a new version of his unreleased song "Slave to the Rhythm". Recorded shortly before his death in 2009 and first heard back in 2010, the song gets remixed with a heavier dance beat and vocals from this generation's pop superstar Justin Bieber.

The new version surfaced online today, with MJ's vocals and lyrics intact but improved with Bieber's verse and an amplified beat. The 2010 original was produced by Tricky Stewart who worked with Bieber on his mega-hit "Baby". There is no word yet as to whether the remix will be officially released since it could just be a fan production but Bieber's Twitter messages appear to say it was legitimate.

More sneak peeks of "Radioactive", the upcoming last episode of "True Blood" sixth season, have been unleashed in the form of two clips. One focuses on Sookie and Alcide, while the other sees Jason's new vampire friend has a surprising greeting for his telepathic sister when she shows up.

Sookie and Alcide walk back from Terry's funeral with the hunk comforting the southern belle not to worry about Jason too much because her brother is a survivor. After another wise word from him, she's happy to tell the werewolf that he has surprised her, which she says rarely happens.

Seth MacFarlane Reveals 'Ted 2' Release Date

The release date for the highly-anticipated "Ted 2" has been announced by Seth MacFarlane, the writer and the voice of the swearing teddy bear. In response to a Twitter follower's question about it, the "American Dad!" co-creator writes, "We're aiming for a 2015 Passover release date."

While MacFarlane specifically tells fans that the sequel will grace big screens on April 3, 2015, Universal Pictures only confirms to ScreenCrush that it is indeed slated for April 2015. Thus, it is safe to say that the movie might not be up on that exact day.

Amanda Bynes Continues Treatment in UCLA Psychiatric Facility

Amanda Bynes apparently continues her psychiatric treatment in UCLA Medical Center after she was put on an involuntary 5150 psychiatric hold in late July. TMZ reported that the "Easy A" star left Hillman Psychiatric Center in Ventura County, which previously treated her, on Thursday, August 15.

Amanda was taken from the facility in a black SUV. She stepped out for the first time since the 5150 psychiatric hold with a white sheet covering her body. She also wore an apparent blue wig and socks as she walked to the waiting car.

Tina Fey's Collegiate Comedy Lands at FOX With Series Commitment

FOX has just scored a new hot sitcom from "30 Rock" trio after competitive bidding wars among broadcast networks, The Hollywood Reporter says. The project gets a straight-to-series order, completely bypassing the pilot process like "Hannibal" and "Under the Dome".

The multicamera comedy comes from "30 Rock" co-executive producer Matt Hubbard, creator/co-showrunner/actress Tina Fey, and another co-showrunner Robert Carlock. Hubbard will write the script with Fey, Carlock and 3 Arts' David Miner joining him as executive producers.

"Muscle Shoals", a music documentary from Greg "Freddy" Camalier, tells a story of one legendary recording studio of the same name that has lured many famous names in music industry. Located in a small town alongside the Tennessee River in Alabama, the studio has been the place where many chart-topping classic hits have been produced.

Through a trailer for the doc from Magnolia Pictures, it is revealed that the movie will feature interviews with several musicians who give testimonials to the magic of the studio. Making appearances in the movie are Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Gregg Allman, Alicia Keys, Bono, Aretha Franklin and more.

'Free Willy' Actor August Schellenberg Loses Battle With Cancer

Actor August Schellenberg, who is mostly remembered for his role as Jesse's native American mentor Randolph in three "Free Williy" movies, has passed away at his home in Dallas. He was 77.

Schellenberg's agent Jamie Levitt told Associated Press that the actor died on Thursday, August 15, surrounded by his family. He suffered from lung cancer prior to his death.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis Perform on 'Good Morning America'

The funky pair of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis is the latest featured artist to grace the Central Park stage of "Good Morning America" Summer Concert Series. The rap duo performed three tracks from their highly successful debut album "The Heist", namely the chart-topping "Thrift Shop", "Cant' Hold Us" and "White Walls".

In contrast to previous live performances of "Thrift Shop" where he wore some eye-grabbing outfits, Macklemore was in a more casual, laid-back get-up for their daytime gig as Ryan Lewis commanded the crowd from behind the DJ's station with featured artist Wanz singing from one side of the stage. Macklemore continued to get the crowd jumping with "Can't Hold Us" featuring R'n'B/gospel singer Ray Dalton and "White Walls", all performed with lively back-up dancers and a funky brass section.

'Once Upon a Time in Wonderland' Promo Introduces Naveen Andrews as Jafar

A new promo for the upcoming "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" has just arrived ahead of its October 10 premiere. Dubbed "Twilight Games", it gives a first look at "Lost" actor Naveen Andrews as Sayid Jafar better known as Aladdin's villain. "I have very special plans for her," so he says, leading to speculation that he's talking about Alice (Sophie Lowe).

Set in Victorian London, the new series will follow the young and beautiful Alice as she tells a tale of a strange new land that exists on the other side of a rabbit hole. An invisible cat, a hookah-smoking caterpillar and playing cards that talk are just some of the fantastic things she's seen during this impossible adventure.

Drake's 'Nothing Was the Same' to Feature Jay-Z and Lil Wayne

Drake has enlisted at least two rap moguls for his "Nothing Was the Same". In an interview with Rolling Stone, Drake confirmed that his forthcoming third album would feature guest appearances from Roc Nation founder Jay-Z and Young Money boss Lil Wayne.

Superstar producer and member of TNGHT Hudson Mohawke will also contribute to the album. The Scottish DJ previously worked in Kanye West's "Yeezus" and helped produce "Cruel Summer", a compilation album from West's G.O.O.D. Music label.

The CW Develops Lauren Graham's Novel Adaptation

Lauren Graham is back on The CW, five years after "Gilmore Girls" ended its run on the network. A new series based on "Someday, Someday, Maybe", a New York Times best-selling novel written by the Lorelai Gilmore depicter, is currently in development.

Released in April, the book is a fictionalized story of Graham's own experience acting during the 1990s. It centers on a young woman with six months left on her three-year plan to make a career as an actress in New York City.

Pop/R'n'B diva Rihanna has just unveiled her latest Budweiser commercial, set to the tune of her track "Right Now" off album "Unapologetic" and featuring footage taken from her "Diamonds" world tour. Entitled "Dreams Are Made Together", it is the second 30-second TV spot that the Barbadian recording artist released for the popular alcoholic beverage maker's "Made for Music" global campaign.

"No one makes it overnight. 'Dreams Are Made Together' chronicles Rihanna's relentless pursuit towards making it day in and day out, all over the globe" is how the new commercial is described. From the music to the images and the short but insightful messages, it looks quite similar to the first "Dreams Are Made" TV ad, which made its debut last month.

Singer Raz B Is in Coma After Bottle Attack in Chinese Club

R'n'B singer Raz B is in serious condition after a glass bottle was smashed in his face. The singer reportedly is placed on life support as he slips in and out of consciousness. Raz's publicist Toy Jones gives update on his condition to TMZ. "He is in a coma and needs as many prayers as possible," Jones says.

Raz, who has been living in China for three years, was performing in a club in Zhejiang when he saw a fistfight in the crowd. He wanted to break the fight, but someone hit him in the face with a glass bottle. The attack caused deep cuts around his lips.

Earlier this year, Bradley Cooper denied that he would take part in a Lance Armstrong biopic that has J.J. Abrams as its producer and is developed at Paramount Pictures. Now, according to Deadline, the Eddie Morra of "Limitless" is ready to jump aboard a project about the disgraced cyclist that apparently is not the aforementioned one.

Cooper enters talks to produce "Red Blooded American" for Warner Bros. The leading man in "The Hangover" and its two follow-ups is also eyeing a chance to star as one of two lead characters in the film to be directed by Jay Roach. One of them is Armstrong, while the other is his ex-teammate Tyler Hamilton, who revealed Armstrong's doping in a "60 Minutes" segment.

Robin Thicke, Pharrell Williams and T.I. are taking legal action in order to protect "Blurred Lines", which they composed together. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the trio are battling back the claims which suggest that their summer hit has too many similarities to Marvin Gaye's "Got to Give It Up" and Funkadelic's "Sexy Ways".

The lawsuit was filed in California federal court on Thursday, August 15. Thicke, Williams and Clifford Harris Jr. a.k.a. T.I. preemptively sued the late soul legend Gaye's family and the owner of some Funkadelic's music Bridgeport Music.

Hugh Jackman, as it turns out, did not receive a massive $100M deal from 20th Century Fox to reprise his iconic role as Wolverine in four more movies. The Aussie actor, who is currently filming "X-Men: Days of Future Past" in Montreal, Canada, tells Entertainment Weekly that the report from National Enquirer is false.

"No it's not true," says Jackman. "I would never do that. I've never done that mainly because, for the fans and for me, each time I've gone around there's been a really good reason to do it and I don't know what that reason is from here. I'm in the middle of making this and I just promoted the other and I'm really happy with the way 'The Wolverine' came out."

Chris Brown Ordered to Perform 1,000 hours of Community Service

Chris Brown has been given a new sentence to perform 1,000 hours of community labor Friday, August 16. Judge James Brandlin ordered him to do the court-mandated work in Los Angeles County and to report to a probation officer within the next 48 hours.

Brown was sentenced to 180 days of community labor (1,440 hours) as part of his probation after pleading guilty to assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Last year, he was accused of faking his community service reports that claimed he had completed his mandatory work.

'Spider-Man' Broadway Show Will Resume Despite Actor's Injury

The production of Broadway hit "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" will continue despite an accident on Thursday, August 15. A spokesman for the $75 million show, Rick Miramontez, made a statement on Friday to confirm it as well as to give updates on Daniel Curry, the actor who sustained "a serious leg injury" during the performance, which was immediately halted.

"Following last night's accident at 'Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark', Daniel Curry remains in the hospital in stable condition having sustained an injury to his foot," Miramontez said. "Tonight's performance will go on as scheduled. The technical elements of the show are all in good working order, and we can confirm that equipment malfunction was not a factor in the incident.
