The list is divided into two parts with the first part featuring the much talked-about films from action and fantasy genres. Such intense movies as "White House Down", "The Wolverine" and "World War Z" are ready to entertain high-octane movie lovers, while the likes of "Man of Steel", "Pacific Rim" and "Oblivion" will let people indulge in their crave for adventurous stories with fantasy tones.

Hip-hop artist and mega record producer Timbaland has just released a new track from his free music initiative "Timbaland Thursday". Entitled "The Party Anthem", the track was first recorded in 2012 but got released only now, through his SoundCloud page and via Twitter under the #TimboGiftBag series.

Timbaland's frequent collaborator, the five-time Grammy Award-winner Missy Elliott, appears on this track, which also features fellow hip-hop artist/rapper Lil Wayne and hip-hop/R'n'B artist and record producer T-Pain. With such big names in the industry appearing on this track, it could have been the perfect carrier single for his upcoming "Shock Value III" album.

Jenelle Evans is not separating from husband Courtland Rogers. Amid swirling reports that the young couple is heading to splitville, Rogers set the record straight by publicly claiming that he and the "Teen Mom 2" star are fine and still "happily married."

"For the record I never broke up with jenelle we took a day break with our families to enjoy time with them I love her with all my heart," so Rogers tweeted on Tuesday, January 1. "Jenelle and I are happily married I don't know why the news said we were officially getting a divorce when clearly we are together lol."

After welcoming his and husband David Miller's first child on Christmas Eve, Ryan Murphy introduced their baby boy on New Year's Day. The TV writer, who created such popular shows as "Nip/Tuck" and "Glee", shared the first photo of baby Logan on Twitter right after midnight.

"Thanks to everyone for the kind wishes. Logan is one week old and doing great. Happy new year!" he tweeted. Along with the message, he posted the image of the adorable little boy, who wore a white shirt and lied under a blue blanket.

Cannibal Queen Ke$ha and British bombshell Rita Ora brought some wild party vibe Monday night, December 31 as they performed their hits for MTV's Club NYE 2013. Ke$ha chose to rock the crowd with her latest single "C'mon", while Ora got the audience pumpin' with her rendition of the upbeat track "How We Do (Party)". The show, which took place at New York City's Times Square, also saw performances from Conor Maynard, Sean Kingston, and R'n'B star Ne-Yo.

Ke$ha's new track is a fitting anthem to kick off the New Year. It talks about having fun, enjoying, and living for the moment and one-night stands. This is certainly a much welcome theme as the singer tries to turn her back from her previous hit "Die Young", which made controversy after the Sandy Hook Shooting tragedy.

Miranda Kerr sparked marriage split rumors once again after posting a picture of her ring-less ring finger. The 29-year-old Victoria's Secret model and wife of Orlando Bloom tweeted the said image on December 31 which showed her left hand without her wedding ring. She captioned the photo with the lines, "Good morning xxx."

The post caused another online frenzy about the couple's marriage, which reportedly was on the rocks. Five months ago, the two celebrities were photographed with bare ring fingers, which started reports that they had separated. Then just last month, as reported by Digital Spy U.K., the pair denied the split rumors and said that they were not taking a break from their married life.

When "The Good Wife" returns with a new episode next Sunday, Michael J. Fox is also back only to bring more challenge to the attorneys at Stern, Lockhart & Gardner. Will is handling a case which could net the firm millions, but it hangs in the balance as Louis Canning tries to delay a deposition crucial to Will's argument.

Alicia navigates Louis' attempts that could inflict a financial loss on the firm, exchanging snarky comments when they encounter each other again. Meanwhile, Democratic strategist Frank Landau forces Eli to work with a second campaign manager, the savvy Jordan Karahalios.

As Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin sang "Auld Lang Syne", Jay-Z went up the stage at close to midnight to ring in the New Year during their double-billed show in Brooklyn, New York. After exchanging hugs with Martin, Jay took over the stage from Coldplay, who had a riot of a performance with lots of color and movement, in contrast to the rapper who was alone on stage and was mostly standing throughout his performance as he spit his rhymes.

Coldplay kicked off the concert at 10 P.M. and played a 15-song set, to the delight of a packed Barclays Center. The venue lit up as fans were each given bracelets that had multi-colored lights that blinked in step. The crowd sang along with the band as they dished out their hits "The Scientist" and "Paradise", as confetti canons and world map beach balls were rolled out. Rihanna appeared in the screens put up around the arena as the band performed "Princess of China".

Russell Crowe seems to have no hard feelings on Adam Lambert, who slammed actors in "Les Miserables" for "pretending to be singers." Instead of firing back at the "American Idol" alum, the Inspector Javert depicter said he agreed with the singer's opinion.

When a fan tweeted him, "Not sure if you saw @adamlambert's comments about Les Miserables. He was pretty opinionated," Crowe decided to respond to it nicely. "I don't disagree with Adam," he wrote, "sure it could have been sweetened, [director Tom] Hooper wanted it raw and real, that's how it is."

Beliebers had a blast during "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" as their idol Justin Bieber rocked the annual TV special with three hits from his latest album, "Believe". Dressed in an all-black ensemble of a leather vest and his trademark hoodie plus red sneakers, the pop superstar repeatedly wished fans "Happy New Year" as he headlined ABC's broadcast from the west coast.

The 18-year-old singer dished out three of his most popular hits from his most recent studio effort released in June 2012. With a lone acoustic guitar player serving as his back-up, Bieber sang a stripped-down version of "Boyfriend", perhaps as a preview to his upcoming "Believe Acoustic" album.

Hannah Storm is back on small screen just three weeks after she was burned in a propane gas grill accident at her home in Connecticut. On Tuesday morning, January 1, she hosted ABC's coverage of the 2013 Rose Parade with Josh Elliott of "Good Morning America".

Storm still had a bandage covering her left hand during her first on-air appearance post-the incident. She also wore extensions for the two-hour show, gushing that she "wanted to kiss" a makeup artist who brushed on her first eyebrow.

A car accident took place while a paparazzo chased Justin Bieber's white Ferrari on Tuesday evening, January 1. The fancy car was pulled over by California Highway Patrol for a routine traffic stop on Sepulveda Blvd near the Getty Center in Los Angeles, TMZ reports.

The photographer, who was following the Biebs' car, was attempting to take pictures of the stop until officers advised the photog to move back because the situation was unsafe. The photog was then struck by another car and killed.

Kris Allen got into an accident in early 2013. The winner of "American Idol" season eight and his wife Katy were involved in a car accident on Tuesday, January 1. The head-on collision caused him to suffer a lot of pain and break his arm, but thankfully, the singer is fine.

Giving updates on Kris' condition is his mom Kimberly who tweets, "From Kris: he's in a lot of pain, arm broke, may not play guitar for a while. Prayers welcome please! #headoncollision." She later posts a photo of her son, looking kind of shocked while clutching his wounded arm in the hospital.

Jaden Smith has released a new track titled "Higher Up", which features a collaboration with rapper Kid Cudi. The new rap single contains rhymes from the young son of the Fresh Prince Will Smith and actress Jada Pinkett Smith which are delivered over the instrumental track from Cudi's 2009 song. The 14-year-old Jaden presents a chilled-out R'n'B beat and some lyrics dedicated to his famous set of parents.

The track opens with a gentle piano playing along a relaxed percussion beat. Jaden's deep voice, which was very different from how his vocals sounded in his cameo for Justin Bieber's "Never Say Never", surprises at the very start of the song. Kid joins the rhymes during the familiar hook, singing the line, "Who's all ready to go higher up?"

ABC welcomed a new year with a victory. The network won New Year's Eve ratings, thanks to it's "New Year's Rockin' Eve" special. The program topped other new year's eve programs and encores with a total of 13.3 million viewers and a 4.1 rating in adults 18-49 demo, marking its largest audience since 2000.

The program kicked off with "New Year's Rockin' Eve Celebrates Dick Clark" at 8 P.M., which ran until 10 P.M. It averaged a 2.6 rating in the coveted demo and 9.4 million viewers. It was immediately followed by "Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest".

Shortly after her pregnancy news broke and became a major headline, Kim Kardashian opened up about her first experience of being a mom-to-be. Being three-month-old pregnant with Kanye West's baby, Kim admitted that she had yet to suffer from morning sickness so far, but claimed that she's still adjusting herself to her new body.

The racial controversy surrounding Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained" still continues. After Spike Lee openly criticized the movie over the repeated use of the N-word, which was deemed offensive by some African-American filmmakers, director Antoine Fuqua weighed in on the issue. He defended Tarantino and claimed that the "Pulp Fiction" helmer didn't mean to offend anyone.

"I don't think Quentin Tarantino has a racist bone in his body," said Fuqua at recent 17th Capri, Hollywood Film Festival. "Besides, I'm good friends with ['Django' star] Jamie Foxx and he wouldn't have anything to do with a film that had anything racist to it."

Len Goodman, the popular judge of the high-rating reality TV show "Dancing with the Stars", welcomed 2013 with a bang that surprised fans as news broke out that he got hitched again, this time in a secret wedding. The 68-year-old Goodman wed his longtime girlfriend, dance teacher Sue Barrett, last Sunday, December 30 in London in a tightly-guarded secret ceremony, according to Daily Mail.

Disguised as an intimate lunch, the couple both dressed in blue, and invited only 30 family members and friends to the wedding ceremony. They all enjoyed a five-course meal and champagne reception after the swapping of vows administered by Westminster superintendent Alison Cathcart.

Rihanna and Chris Brown keep giving out evidence of their reunion despite never officially confirming it. The "Diamonds" singer and the "Don't Wake Me Up" hitmaker appeared to be spending New Year's Day in bed together as hinted by their pictures.

On Tuesday, January 1, RiRi tweeted, "Good morning! Still haven't slept lol #hello2013," while sharing a photo of her lying on a bed and cuddling under a black-and-white polka dot sheet. The same sheet appeared in Breezy's Instagram picture posted under a caption, "Mornings."

Apparently Samuel L. Jackson was not really amused by the way Steven Spielberg concluded the story in "Lincoln". The Nick Fury of "The Avengers" slammed the ending of the highly-praised history movie, stating that he was disappointed by the final moment in the film.

"I don't understand why it didn't just end when Lincoln is [SPOILER ALERT!] walking down the hall and the butler gives him his hat," said the Hollywood veteran told Los Angeles Times. "Why did I need to see him dying on the bed? I have no idea what Spielberg was trying to do."

In an interview with The Independent, U2 frontman Bono revealed that the group's busy working on their next album which they might title "10 Reasons to Exist". After the ball dropped on New York's Times Square, Cooper cut to correspondent Gary Tuchman who reported from Eastport, Maine about the town's custom to kiss a sculpture of an eight-foot sardine after it was lowered from a building.

Snooki welcomed 2013 by adding another tattoo on her skin. The "Jersey Shore" star just took to her personal Celebuzz blog to give a first look at the new ink on her left arm, revealing a "fierce" image of a leopard with a crown and wings. "I haven't mentioned or showed anyone besides Jionni this tattoo!" she wrote about her sixth body art.

"I got this last week when we shot our final Jersey Shore reunion. My fierce leopard tattoo," she shared. "I wanted to get this because to me it represents being a strong independent woman, and obviously I love leopards/leopard print!"

Taylor Swift got to count down the new year with her boyfriend Harry Styles at Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest and their romantic moment was caught on a video taped by a fan. The twosome shared a smooch at the stroke of midnight surrounded by crowds who flocked to New York's Times Square.

Taylor was one of the performers at the New Year's Rockin' Eve, singing "I Knew You Were Trouble" on the stage. Harry was reportedly attending Jay-Z and Coldplay's New Year's Eve Concert at the Barclays Center before heading to Times Square to catch his girlfriend's performance.

"Monsters University" unleashes a new TV spot during the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day. Instead of highlighting Sulley and Mike's story, the promo video sees the titular university and the study environment there. "Your future is knocking. Open the door," so the narrator says, promoting the college for an open recruitment.

The prequel to "Monsters Inc." brings back Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan who are an inseparable pair, though that wasn't always the case.
