Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel Host Pre-Wedding Beach Party in Italy

Counting down to their wedding ceremony, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel conducted a pre-wedding beach bash attended by 50 guests in Puglia, Italy, on Wednesday, October 17. According to US Weekly, the bash was attended by Justin's "D**k in a Box" co-star Andy Samberg and music manager Johnny Wright, who arrived at around 8:30 P.M.

Music was played continuously during the party, including Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On". A source said, "The group took in a beautiful 10-minute fireworks show. Everyone also dined on everything from pasta with clams and shellfish to octopus and vegetables."

Lebanon Considers to Sue 'Homeland'

Lebanon government is considering to take a legal action against "Homeland" after the country's capital Beirut was portrayed as a city swarmed with terrorists. Upset with the "serious misrepresentation," Lebanon's minister of tourism Fady Abboud said, "We are following the case legally."

"I raised this at the cabinet meeting and the president asked the minister for justice and the minister of communications to see what can be done," he added. "I am calling on all young Lebanese adults to do what they need to do; to write blogs, to call the BBC and CNN to try to raise awareness that Beirut is not a city of Kalashnikov and war."

New 'RoboCop' Set Videos Show the Motorbike's Attraction

How Alex Murphy and his new "RoboCycle" will get in action in "RoboCop" has been teased in some new on-set videos for the upcoming reboot movie. Taken during a filming session on Thursday, October 18, the clips give a clear look at the titular cyborg as he storms the streets on his new all-black futuristic bike.

Looking fierce in a black metallic armor, RoboCop rides the motorbike at a high speed on the streets in downtown Toronto. In one footage, the character played by Joel Kinnaman is seen falling from his bike when riding in a narrow alley.

Insisting that not all her songs were about bitter split, the country music beauty dished on how she was inspired by certain guys when penning two of her hit songs "Ours" and "Love Story".

During a jamming session on "VH1 Storytellers", Taylor revealed that she wrote her 2010 song "Ours" for "a guy nobody thought I should be with." Without mentioning who the man was, the blond beauty went on, "I wrote this song specifically just to play it for him, just to show him, 'I don't care what anyone says. I don't care that you have tattoos. I don't care that you have a gap between your teeth. I love you for who you are'."

First Clip of 'Life of Pi' Sees Human and Tiger Fighting Over Fish

Ang Lee introduces the first ever clip from his upcoming film "Life of Pi". Presented in 2D, the snippet teases some beautiful sequences which will be featured in 3D when the film hits the big screen. In the clip, main protagonist Pi Patel is seen fighting over fish with a Bengal tiger that's left adrift with him on a lifeboat.

At first, the tiger won't give up a blue fin tuna fish that strands on their boat. However, Pi manages to show that he is the real master by continuously counter-attacking the big cat with a spear. Eventually, the big mammal surrenders and decides to have a bunch of tiny flying fish for meal.

Damon, on the other hand, boasts that he's going to find the hunter and eat him. With Dr. Fell's help, Damon and Klaus question Connor, but the confrontation takes a lethal turn.

'Project Runway' Crowns Season 10 Winner

It was down to four designers in the "Project Runway" season 10 finale which saw the remaining contestants took part in Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Fabio Costa, Melissa Fleis, Christopher Palu and Dmitry Sholokov were the ones vying for the winning title and the grand prize, but only one of them would be declared the victor.

Leading to the final runway, the four finalists were challenged to improve their designs. Fabio had to make his collections look more luxurious, Dmitry's works shouldn't cros into matron territory, Christopher had to be restyled, and Melissa needed to show more colors.

It didn't take too long for Michael Bay to fire back at Hugo Weaving's recent cynical comment on his work in the "Transformers" film series. Calling his stint as the voicer of Megatron "meaningless", Weaving also claimed that he's never even met Bay when working for the autobot war movie franchise. Responding to the comment, Bay stated that he actually got "sick" by the actor.

"Do you ever get sick of actors that make $15 million a picture, or even $200,000 for voiceover work that took a brisk one hour and 43 minutes to complete, and then complain about their jobs?" so the L.A.-born helmer wrote on his blog without mentioning Weaving's name.

Convictions Against Anna Nicole Smith's Manager Reinstated

Howard K. Stern is yet to be cleared of all charges in conspiracy that led to Anna Nicole Smith's death. L.A. Superior Court Judge Robert Perry previously vacated two convictions against the lawyer and manager of the Playboy Playmate, but the Second District Court of Appeal overturned the decision on Thursday, October 18.

A three-judge panel didn't agree with Perry's decision, stating that there's enough evidence to support the conspiracy convictions. "His knowledge and involvement was such the jury could reasonably conclude Mr. Stern, a lawyer, knowingly participated in the ongoing illegal practice of securing illegal prescriptions," Presiding Justice Paul Turner wrote in a collective ruling.

Kicking off the movie award season, the 2012 Gotham Independent Film Awards announced its nominees on Thursday, October 18 in New York City. Among the critically-acclaimed indie films that are competing for the coveted Best Feature gong are P.T. Anderson's "The Master", Wes Anderson's "Moonrise Kingdom" and Richard Linklater's "Bernie".

NBC Cancels 'Animal Practice', PETA Rejoices

NBC's "Animal Practice" isn't going to run for a long time. The network has decided to pull the plug on the new sitcom after airing only 7 episodes of it since it kept struggling in ratings. The series will continue to air on Wednesdays at 8/7c until the second season of "Whitney" premieres on November 14. The sophomore comedy was previously pushed back from its October 19 return date.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), which protested against "Animal Practice", is now overjoyed with the cancellation. "PETA's staff are celebrating today in response to news that NBC's 'Animal Practice' has been canceled," the organization says in a statement.

A knowledgeable person close to the production of the "JLA" movie reveals that the project is targeted to kick off filming in 2013 and Warners is hoping to unleash it in theaters Stateside in the summer of 2015. Furthermore, the insider says that though the no director[s] or actors have been attached to the project, the studio already has the script in the works from scribe Will Beall.

"The Boys" is the lead single from the re-release of Minaj's second studio album, "Pink Friday Roman Reloaded: The Re-Up". The song takes origins from a song originally by Cassie called "Money on Love". "The Boys" has been made available to download in the U.S. and will be released in the U.K. in the near future.

Ewan McGregor and Kate Hudson Pair Up for 'Born to Be King'

Ewan McGregor will be paired with Kate Hudson in a romantic comedy titled "Born to Be King". Written and directed by "Driven" star Peter Capaldi, the film puts McGregor in the role of a movie extra who bears uncanny resemblance to a movie star and Hudson in the role of a Hollywood starlet falling in love with the extra.

While McGregor has signed up for the film, Hudson is still in negotiations to play the female lead. Film shooting will begin in January at Pinewood Studios in the United Kingdom.
