Nelly Furtado Hits 'Parking Lot' in New Music Video

Nelly Furtado releases a new music video in support of her song "Parking Lot". Reflecting the song's title, the clip features the folk and R&B songstress hitting a parking lot full of customized Mini Coopers. The Canadian artist is seen dancing against the cars' blinking headlights in some scenes, and sitting among stuffed animals in the backseat in some other shots.

"Parking Lot" is the third single of Furtado's fifth studio installment "The Spirit Indestructible", which hits the stores across the United States on September 18. The song was produced by Rodney Jerkins and the accompanying clip was directed by Ray Kay, who has also worked on music videos for such A-listers as Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Lady GaGa and Beyonce Knowles.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon share the joy of being first-time parents by posting a number of pictures featuring their twins Moroccan and Monroe. The photos, some of which were old, show the celebrity couple doting on their babies in everyday activities and during special occasions like Christmas.

"We deliberated for so long about how to reveal the first pictures of our babies to the world. We just didn't want to do the typical thing and display them in a tabloid. (not that there's anything wrong with that :))," the couple said in a statement on an official website dedicated to the adorable twins.

Channing Tatum Will Make Smaller Film Before Directing 'Magic Mike 2'

Recently there have been swirling reports that Channing Tatum might make his directorial debut with "Magic Mike" sequel. Weighing in on the rumor, Channing said that he and producer Reid Carolin had talked about the possibility but stressed that they would start with a small movie first before taking over Steven Soderbergh's place in "Magic Mike 2".

"Reid and I aren't idiots! We're not going to direct our first movie as a sequel to a Steven Soderbergh movie. That's not smart," so the husband of Jenna Dewan told Vulture. "I want to start with something very small ... make a lot of mistakes, make them real early, and then go jump in [on Magic Mike 2]."

A newly-released clip gives a look at Brittany who sings "Hold It Against Me" with other Cheerios members, including newbie Kitty, dancing to the song. From a football field, she later continues the performance on a basketball court.

In the upcoming September 20 outing, Brittany turns to the "I Wanna Go" songstress' music for inspiration when she is in a funk. The episode aptly titled "Britney 2.0" will feature the cast covering "3", "Womanizer" and a mash-up of "Boys" and Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend", which have been made available for listening pleasure on gleethemusic.com.

David Ayer's "End of Watch" threw a star-studded premiere in Los Angeles on Monday night, September 17. Among those who stole the attention on the red carpet rolled out at Regal Cinemas were lead actor Jake Gyllenhaal and his pretty co-star Anna Kendrick.

Sporting bearded face, Jake looked classy in a tailored three-piece navy suit that he paired with a tieless gray shirt and well-polished leather shoes. Kendrick, meanwhile, looked elegant in an Elie Saab black dress with nude-colored accent on the bust.

Rupert Everett Comes Under Fire Due to His Criticism Against Gay Parents

Rupert Everett landed in hot water for making a negative comment about gay parents in his interview with Sunday Times Magazine. The openly-gay actor, who portrayed a gay father opposite Madonna in 2000's movie "The Next Best Thing", was slammed by gay-right activists for saying that gays didn't make good parents.

"I can't think of anything worse than being brought up by two gay dads. Some people might not agree with that. Fine! That's just my opinion," he said. "I'm not speaking on behalf of the gay community. In fact, I don't feel like I'm part of any 'community'. The only community I belong to is humanity and we've got too many children on the planet, so it's good not to have more."

Shaun White was charged with public intoxication and vandalism after being arrested in Nashville on September 16 morning. He's accused of drunkenly ringing a fire alarm at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, forcing all guests to be evacuated while there's nothing to be alarmed about. He also allegedly destroyed a hotel phone.

Police was called to the scene, but the two-time Olympic gold medalist tried to leave before the cops arrived. The snowboarder, 26, kicked a hotel guest who prevented the driver from leaving before he fled on foot. The guest chased him and they collided when he turned around, causing the athlete to fall back and hit his head against a fence.

Deadline shares the words that Wyatt, who helmed 2011's "Rise of the Planet of the Apes", doesn't "feel comfortable" with Fox's decision to release the "Apes" sequel on May 23, 2014. The scheduling issue is similar to the reason why Gary Ross suddenly bowed out of Lionsgate Films' biggest franchise, "The Hunger Games", earlier this year.
