One Direction Reveal Cover Art and Release Date of 'Take Me Home'

After Louis Tomlinson's recent revelation regarding the working title of One Direction's upcoming album, the group unveil the cover art of their CD "Take Me Home". At the same time, they announce the exact day their fans can get hold of the album.

The artwork features the fine-looking members fooling around the phone booth. Depicting the happy and free boys, the photo gives 60's vibes without necessarily being vintage. The sophomore album will be available for purchase on November 13 under Syco/Sony Music.

First Footage of 'NCIS' Season 10 Reveals Team's Fate After the Blast

The first sneak-peek video of "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" season 10 has made its way out via Entertainment Tonight. It shows Ducky lying on a bed and having trouble breathing, while asking Palmer if Gibbs and the other NCIS team at the headquarter survive the explosion.

Meanwhile at the headquarter, Gibbs and Gabby seemingly don't suffer serious injuries, but Ziva and Tony are trapped in an elevator. Gibbs gets emotional when investigating the case and hunting down the man responsible for the blast, while McGee is not seen in the video.

Little Blue was seen snuggling comfortably on her daddy's chest, rocking a cute Watch the Throne onesie and protective headphones. The first-time dad looked very protective towards his little girl and kept hiding her face from the cameramen.

Jennie Garth and Luke Perry are reuniting for a new show. The co-stars of "Beverly Hills, 90210" have been "spending a lot of time together recently because the two are working on developing a TV sitcom together," so a representative for the actress told RumorFix.

Lil Wayne's "Dedication 4" was supposed to be released on August 30, but it didn't come out as scheduled. It turns out that the new mixtape, a collaboration with DJ Drama, has been postponed for a second time.

While Weezy promises on his official website to have the street album "coming soon," Drama is more willing to reveal when exactly fans will be able to download the mixtape. "Sep. 3rd. #d4 .....," the disc jockey tweets the new release date.

A new sneak peek at "Spring Breakers" has landed online. Taken from the teaser for the 2012 Venice Film Festival opening ceremony, the clip focuses on James Franco as he gushes about his wealth to Vanessa Hudgens and the gang. "Look at my s***, I got shorts, every f***ing color, I got designer t-shirts, I got gold bullets...," so he says while showing off his treasures to the scantily-clad girl gang.

In the Harmony Korine-directed draama, Franco stars as a hip-hop drug and arms dealer who bails Hudgens, Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson and Rachel Korine out of jail and entices them to kill his rival. The rebellious girl gang themselves previously decided to rob fast food joint so they can afford to go on spring break in Florida.

LeAnn Rimes is taking legal action against two women Kimberly Smiley and her daughter Lexi for secretly taping their phone chat. In her lawsuit, the 30-year-old country/pop singer describes the defendants supporters of Brandi Glanville, the ex-wife of her current husband Eddie Cibrian.

She accuses them of recording her phone call without permission, which is illegal under California law. She is seeking more than $25,000 in damages for the recorded conversation that ended up online and led to people cyber-bullying her. She is also asking to block the tape from spreading further.

The 2012 Telluride Film Festival has announced its lineup. Highlighting the event, which will kick off on Friday, August 31, are such films as Roger Michell's "Hyde Park on Hudson", Ariel Vromen's "The Iceman", and Jacques Audiard's "Rust & Bone".

"Hyde Park" is a Bill Murray-starring dramedy about President Franklin Delano Roosevelt as he hosted the King and Queen of England in his house in June 1939. "Iceman" stars Michael Shannon as real life assassin Richard Kuklinski who has killed more than 250 people, while "Rust & Bone" is a family drama starring Marion Cotillard.

Sage Stallone Died of Heart Attack, Not Drug Overdose

The cause of Sage Stallone's death was officially announced, more than a month after he was found dead. Contrary to rumors that he died of drug overdose, it's revealed that the son of Sylvester Stallone died of heart attack as a result of coronary heart disease caused by atherosclerosis.

According to a toxicology report released by the L.A. County Coroner, there was no drug found in Sage's body except for "a sub-therapeutic level of hydrocodone." Lt. Fred Corral from the coroner's investigative division said, "There were no signs of an overdose. It was just a natural death."

The Academy Approves Five-Nominee Rule for Original Song Category

Another rule has been readjusted for the 2013 Academy Awards. This time around, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has agreed to change the regulation for the Original Song, announcing that next year, there will be five nominees in the category.

Robin Roberts Leaving 'GMA' to Have Bone Marrow Transplant

Robin Roberts is taking a medical leave from "Good Morning America". Her co-host Josh Elliott helped her to announce the news, saying "You're the team captain and the team is going to run in your absence but you're never really going to be gone."

Roberts, who successfully battled breasts cancer five years ago, will have a bone marrow transplant next week. She has myelodysplastic syndrome, a disease of the blood and bone marrow. Eddie Van Halen's Emergency Surgery Postpones Tour Dates

Van Halen's guitarist Eddie Van Halen went through an emergency surgery for severe bout of Diverticulitis, forcing the band to postpone their Japanese tour. A statement on the band's website said that Eddie is expected to make a recovery within four to six months.

"Van Halen's scheduled November 2012 tour of Japan is currently being rescheduled and the band looks forward to seeing and playing for their fans in 2013," a statement on the band's site said. The band have postponed some U.S. dates earlier this summer but gave no reason. Many believed it was the rising tension between returning frontman David Lee Roth and the rest of the band members.

LeAnn Rimes Enters Rehab but Not for Eating Disorder

LeAnn Rimes announced through her representative that she is entering a rehab but made a strong note that she is not seeking help for substance abuse or eating disorder. Pariseau added, "While there will be speculation regarding her treatment, she is simply there to learn and develop coping mechanisms. While privacy isn't expected, it's certainly appreciated." This is further clarified by Rimes who said, "This is just a time for me to emotionally check out for a second and take care of myself and come back in 30 days as the best 30-year-old woman I can be."

Farewell Programs Will Accompany the End of 'Jersey Shore'

"Jersey Shore" fans prepare to say goodbye because MTV is ending the reality show. With Snooki embracing motherhood and some of the cast members having their own projects including spin-offs, "Jersey Shore" will close the door at the end of season six.

Production of the final season recently wrapped up on a beach at Seaside Heights. Onlookers said the gang were joined by about 50 of their friends and family at the beach party that lasted from about 6 P.M. until 1 A.M.
