Report: Beyonce Knowles to Perform at Jay-Z's Made in America Festival

Beyonce Knowles may perform at Made in America Festival in Pennsylvania later this fall. It seems to make sense since the music festivity is held by her rap mogul husband Jay-Z. The gig will be documented in a movie.

"Beyonce will hit the stage in a surprise performance at her hubby's festival next weekend in [Pennsylvania]," a source tells Huffington Post. "The performance is top secret but it will be filmed for Jay's documentary about the event. It's going to be epic."

Taylor Swift's 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' Video Gets Premiere Date

When Taylor Swift's music video for new single "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" will premiere has been revealed. The video will launch on Thursday, August 30 at 7:49 P.M. EST as part of "MTV First: Taylor Swift", which will simulcast on MTV, CMT, TeenNick and VH1.

During the special broadcast, Taylor will be accompanied by MTV News' Sway Calloway as he will introduce the video to the public. After the video showing, she will stay for about 15 minutes more for an MTV.com interview.

Nigel Lythgoe Developing 'Fame' Series Reboot

Nigel Lythgoe and MGM Television are joining forces to revive "Fame". The "American Idol" executive producer and the studio are planning a scripted series based on 1980's film of the same title which was later adapted into a TV series that ran from 1982 to 1987.

Like the original movie and show, the remake project will follow the lives of a group of students paying their dues on the road to success. Though so, the story will now be set "against the backdrop of today's unprecedented access to the world of celebrity," Deadline reports.

Venice Film Festival 2012 Trims Number of Movies to Focus on Artistic Roots

This year's Venice Film Festival would seemingly be less starry than the previous years. The organizers for the world's oldest film festival have decided to trim the number of movies set to be screened at the event, which will open this Wednesday, August 29.

The festival would only include 18 features in competition for the coveted Golden Lion awards. Explaining the reason to make such decision, the organizers claimed that they wanted to focus on the artistic roots instead of courting famed filmmakers and flashy Hollywood blockbusters.

Snooki Leaves Hospital With Lorenzo, Tweets Picture of Nursery Room

Snooki is back home, just a few days after giving birth to her baby boy on Sunday, August 26 morning. The "Jersey Shore" star was caught on camera leaving St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey in a wheelchair while holding her dark-haired newly-born son in her arms.

Snooki was followed by a group of cameramen presumably a crew of her reality TV show "Snooki & JWoww". She wore a red spaghetti midi dress, a pair of sunglasses propped up on her head, and a pair of chunky high-heel sandals. Little Lorenzo was bundled up in a blue blanket.

Showtime Debuts New Episodes of 'Dexter' Web Series

Before showing how Dexter will solve his problem with Debra in the upcoming season, the show takes fans to look back at the serial killer's past in new episodes of "Dexter Early Cuts". Subtitled "All in the Family", the new season of the animated web series has so far released two chapters.

It follows Dexter who hunts a New Year's Eve killer back in 2000 with Michael C. Hall returning to narrate the blood spatter pattern analyst's dark story. A new episode will be posted online every week leading to the seventh season premiere Sunday, September 30 at 9:00 P.M. on Showtime.

Blake's impression of Cee-Lo goes without saying as he moves his head back in a mock snooze. The country music crooner later gives a blank expression when mimicking Adam. The Maroon 5 frontman, meanwhile, imitates Blake's trademark line, "Damn it, Christina!"

Robin Williams was seen getting into character as President Eisenhower on the set of "The Butler". In an on-set photo that has recently made its way out online, the "Patch Adams" actor was featured getting a Dwight Eisenhower makeover, completed with the iconic figure's bald head.

Putting on a bald cap, Williams was seen stepping on the set in New Orleans without a full costume. He was seen rocking a black shirt and denims that he paired with rubber boots as he walked on a muddy terrain in Louisiana, where the Lee Daniels-directed biopic was shot.

The music video begins with a heartbeat and nature chirping sound, giving a more solemn treatment in the silent of the night. Then, the next segment shows the band playing in the woods covered by different strings of colored-lightning effects.

LL Cool J Home Intruder Enters Not Guilty Plea

The man, who broke into LL Cool J's home in Sherman Oaks, California, claimed innocent. Jonathan A. Kirby was slapped with first-degree burglary with a person present. If convicted, he could face up to 38 years to life in prison due to his lengthy criminal record.

Kirby previously had at least two convictions in California. In 1988, he was also found guilty of manslaughter in Dallas and sentenced to six years in jail before being released on parole the next year. If he was convicted in this new case, it would be a "third strike" under California law.

"The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" has unveiled two more photos that give new look at Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. Making their way out via MTV, the stills present different settings in two different seasons. One of them shows Pattinson, Stewart and some actors who play the Cullens' allies standing together in the woods. The other one, meanwhile, shows Pattinson's Edward walking alone in the middle of the snow.

Along with the release of the new images, MTV sat down with director Bill Condon to discuss several updates on the final installment of the "Twilight Saga" film series. "We're at the stage of mixing and doing color timing and adding that last big bunch of visual effects shots," said the Oscar-winning filmmaker.

Almost three decades after the first "Beverly Hills Cop" film hit theaters, Eddie Murphy is planning to turn it into a TV show. The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed the news first reported by Vulture that the actor/comedian, "The Shield" creator Shawn Ryan and Sony Pictures Television are working on the small-screen version of the action comedy film franchise.

Murphy and Ryan have reportedly begun pitching the project to broadcast networks. The upcoming series is said to be "a buddy cop show" and will be an hour-long crime procedural with comedic elements.

Black Eyed Peas' frontman will.i.am made history when his latest single "Reach for the Stars" premiered on live broadcast from a remote traveler on planet Mars. The educational breakthrough took place via Curiosity Rover to a news forum held at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. It lasted for 4 minutes and 24 seconds.

NASA's associate administrator for education, Leland Melvin, said "Reach for the Stars" was the first song to beam down to earth from the surface of another planet. It was played when the team members who landed the Mars Curiosity Rover had a question and answer session with students about the mission and the knowledge behind it.

The documents allegedly unveiled that the CIA public information office was apparently aware of Bigelow's hunt for Bin Laden project.

While it's unclear if the documents proved that the government gave access to confidential information about the Bin Laden hunt to Bigelow and Boal, it was uncovered that the CIA was enthusiastic about the project. It was revealed that the CIA public affairs office joked with Boal about getting tickets for the film's premiere.

Lindsay Lohan Accuses Suge Knight's Son of Stealing the Jewelry

Lindsay Lohan is playing the blaming game on the case of jewelry theft. The actress has accused Suge Knight's son, Andrew, of framing her, saying he is the real culprit. The cops investigating the case do not believe her story though.

As previously reported, Lohan and her assistant Gavin Doyle are suspects in the missing watches and sunglasses worth $100,000. Her good friend Sam Magid reported the theft which occurred at his lavish home.
