Almost three decades after it ended its run, "The Brady Bunch" will get a reboot treatment. It has been confirmed that CBS has given a script commitment to the new comedy project, which has Vince Vaughn serving as the executive producer.

While the original show focused on the blended family of Mike Brady and Carol Ann Martin, the upcoming multicamera comedy project will center on Mike's youngest song Bobby who has now grown up and recently divorced.

Robin Roberts has taken time off from "Good Morning America" earlier than it was planned. The former ESPN reporter left the show in the mid of the Tuesday, July 31 broadcast as telling viewers, "Well, a full disclosure here, I'm not feeling too well."

"In fact, I'm going to leave, and let you all do the rest of the program on your own," she continued her announcement. "I'm going to take a little time off, just to get some vacay. I'll see you in a couple of weeks."

Chris Martin might be struck with the Olympics fever. During a recent Coldplay concert at TD Garden, Boston, the vocalist flubbed the lyrics to the band's hit song "Warning Sign" and he quickly put the blame on the summer games for distracting his concentration.

"Oh f***," the frontman said after failing to remember one of the lines in the "A Rush of Blood to the Head" song. He went on, "I was thinking about the Olympics. I was distracted. I was not in the breakup frame of mind I needed to be in."

Although Michael Phelps had a slow start at the beginning of 2012 London Olympic Games, he redeemed himself in the next competition. "Not pleased with my race tonight at all... But tom is a new day! And a new race!!" the athlete tweeted last Saturday, July 28.

True to his word, Phelps got a gold medal with his teammates in the 4x200 freestyle relay after previously receiving a silver medal in the 200-meter butterfly. It marked his 19th Olympics medal, making him the only athlete to win the most medals in the world-caliber Games.

Jay-Z has convinced a number of various artists to let their songs be featured in "NBA 2K13". Kanye West's "Mercy" and "Amazing", Nas' "The World Is Yours" and U2's "Elevation" are some of the tracks listed in the game's soundtrack.

Also serving as the game's executive producer, Jigga will have his own tracks included in the soundtrack, such as "Run This Town" and "Pump It Up (Freestyle)". Some other performers lending their songs for the game are Coldplay, Daft Punk, Puff Daddy a.k.a. P. Diddy, Santigold and Meek Mill.

A new rumor just emerged, suggesting that Robert Pattinson hid in Reese Witherspoon's vacation house after Kristen Stewart's scandal with Rupert Sanders was revealed. According to Us Weekly, Rob stayed in his "Water for Elephants" co-star's ranch in Ojai, Calif, the same place where she got married to Jim Toth in March 2011.

A source told the publication that the Edward Cullen of "Twilight Saga" movie series was "a total mess." The insider claimed, "He's questioning everything," while another friend testified that the heartbroken actor "doesn't know what to do." Kristen, meanwhile, was rumored calling and sending texts to him. "She's dying to save the relationship," a different source said.

Amid his busy schedule filming "The Wolverine", Hugh Jackman plans another movie project with director Lee Daniels. Courtesy of Los Angeles Times' 24 Frames, the "Real Steel" hunk will team up with Daniels in "Orders to Kill", which chronicles the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr.

The movie project, which is developed at Millennium Films, is said to tell "an alternative version of the King shooting." The story reportedly will be told from the perspective of an activist named William Pepper, who will be portrayed by Jackman.

While the girls continue to seek the truth in "A's" game, they may not expect to hear a shocking confession by Caleb. In a preview to the next episode of "Pretty Little Liars", Caleb tells Hanna, "I'm 'A'," but it's likely that he hasn't finished the line. Hanna also gets another text from "A" about Caleb, before the pair is seen kissing in another scene.

Meanwhile, Aria and Spencer try to get some answers from Jenna by playing a game of "Truth" at the Kahn brothers' party. The game soon becomes intense as Jenna demands the girls to give up some of their "truths" before she shares her secret.

Events that include a tribute concert are being planned by Katherine Jackson to commemorate the day that would have been Michael Jackson's 54th birthday. The family matriarch will hold the celebratory gig in his hometown of Indiana.

A representative of Katherine announces Paris Jackson, Prince and Blanket will attend the events. Dubbed "Goin' Back to Indiana: Can You Feel It?", the gig will take place on August 29 outside the family's house in Gary.

While Katie Holmes preferred to take Suri to art museum and zoo, her estranged husband Tom Cruise chose Disney World to have bonding time with his little girl. The father-daughter duo was caught on camera visiting the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida.

Tom donned a button-down shirt, jeans and sneakers during the Monday, July 30 outing, while Suri dressed up as mermaid. The 6-year-old girl hit the Happiest Place on Earth in a purple top and green ruffle skirt. A picture of the twosome was uploaded by a Twitter user, Alex Feoli.

Snoop Dogg has debuted a trailer for his documentary film "Reincarnated". In the sneak peek, the rapper-turned-reggae artist shares the story behind the making of his new album of the same name and his transformation into Snoop Lion. "F*** Snoop Dogg... All that s*** be out here. Rastafari called me," so he says of his trip to Jamaica which inspires him to become his new Reggae persona.

In the video, Snoop states that he is the reincarnation of Bob Marley as claiming, "I always said I was Bob Marley reincarnated." Explaining that he's already tired of rapping, the 40-year-old artist meets a high priest in Jamaica to get a spiritual enlightenment. "No more. You are the light; you are the lion," so the priest tells him.

NBC is not sending Hoda Kotb to London as a last-minute aid to save "Today". Through its spokesperson, the network states, "It is well-known that Hoda was traveling to London to participate in the Today show's Olympic coverage because we announced it on our show three weeks ago."

"She planned to spend a few days in London covering fun Olympic stories, and she talked about it on the show several times," the rep adds. "In fact, we started a well-publicized Facebook campaign on July 9 asking viewers for suggestions on what types of stories she should do at the Games."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West ditched high-fashion events they usually attended to go to Mexico for an adventurous vacation. She traded her designer outfits and high heels with a tank top, work gloves, harness and helmet for zip lining.

The outdoor activity was part of a vacation hosted by Joe Francis. Instead of staying at his vacation home, the group rented a private property in different remote area. They toured "through the Mexican jungle flying between trees, spanning rope bridges."

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has found its new president after Tom Sherak left the unpaid position, which he had held since 2009. On Tuesday night, July 31, the organization announced that producer Hawk Koch has been elected by the Academy's Board of Governors to tackle the presiding duty.

This would mark Koch's first term as the president in the office. Before being hailed the new leader, the veteran producer has been a member of the Academy's producers branch since 2004. He was the first vice president of the Academy during the past year. He has also previously served three one-year terms as treasurer.

Michael Douglas and Matt Damon have begun working on "Behind the Candelabra" and the first look at them in characters has popped out. The two were spotted donning 1970s hairdos and butterly-collared outfits when filming the Liberace biopic in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles on Monday, July 30.

In the upcoming HBO movie, Douglas takes the titular role while Damon plays Scott Thorson, who is the flamboyant pianist's younger live-in lover. The story will depict the tempestuous relationship between Liberace and Thorson, who later filed a palimony suit against him.

Arrest warrant was issued for Cuba Gooding Jr. after the actor was involved in an altercation with some bar patrons at the Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street, New Orleans. The 44-year-old actor was wanted by police for misdemeanor battery.

Cuba, who's in town to shoot his new movie "The Butler", reportedly was irritated by some patrons who recognized him and asked to take pictures with him. He allegedly launched expletive rants and shoved a female bartender when she tried to prevent a fight.

Rick Ross follows up the release of his new single "3 Kings" by premiering the accompanying music video. It kicks off with a lot of footage narrating Dr. Dre's fast-rising career as the Doc spits out his verses. At one point, the rapper/producer is joined by a topless lady.

Rozay follows by rapping his own lines while black-and-white montage including shots of Martin Luther King Jr. and President Obama is shown. Jay-Z appears next, delivering his rhymes while lounging with Beyonce Knowles and juggling his multiple works as a performer and businessman.

Selena Gomez has just scored her latest movie role. After wrapping "Spring Breakers" with Vanessa Hudgens, the former "Wizards of Waverly Place" star lands a part in a rock 'n' roll-themed film called "Parental Guidance Suggested".

Per The Hollywood Reporter, Gomez is set to topline the coming-of-age comedy which has Nat Wolff starring as her crush. The former Disney darling will also be joined by Austin Stowell, who will play her overbearing boyfriend.

How Mark Sloan's story arc will end on "Grey's Anatomy" has been possibly spoiled. Patrick Dempsey recently uploaded on his Twitter page two pictures from the set which feature Eric Dane's alter ego lying on a hospital bed and seemingly unconscious. In one of the photos, McSteamy is seen having a tube down his throat, while the other image sees Sara Ramirez's Callie Torres sitting next to him.

"Back on greys all week working with Eric , sad to see him go," so Dempsey wrote on Monday, July 30. The Derek Shepherd depicter later removed the two set photos after tweeting, "I just was told to take photos down ? Abc is watching."

Amid his headline-grabbing romance woe with Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson stays professional by not canceling his duty to promote his new film "Cosmopolis". While it has previously been rumored that Rob has pulled out of the upcoming thriller's press junket, the British actor's representative confirms that the report is fabricated.

Insisting that the "Bel Ami" actor hasn't canceled any of his commitments on the David Cronenberg-directed film, the rep says in a statement, "Cosmopolis is a film that Robert is very proud of and looks forward to supporting." The rep adds, "No confirmed engagements have been canceled. Any reports to the contrary are inaccurate."

"Glee" is welcoming two new girls in the cast ensemble. "Homeland" actress Melissa Benoist and "Wiener & Wiener" star Becca Tobin have been cast as McKinley students Kitty and Marley, who will recur in the forthcoming season 4, TVLine reports.

The competition for the 29th annual MTV Video Music Awards has begun with the nomination announcement. On the lead to bring home the most trophies from the upcoming ceremony are Rihanna and Drake who bag five nods each, including Video of the Year which puts them up against Katy Perry, Gotye and M.I.A.

Riri once again faces off Katy in the race for Best Female Video and Best Visual Effects kudos. They are joined by Beyonce Knowles, Nicki Minaj and Selena Gomez & The Scene in the former category, and compete with David Guetta, Linkin Park and Skrillex for the latter title. Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy have sparked dating rumor. The 22-year-old country music singer and the teen son of Robert Kennedy Jr. were caught on camera getting cozy while enjoying a weekend together at the Kennedy family compound in Massachusetts.

Taylor reportedly arrived at the Hyannis Port in Cape Cod on Friday, July 27. The crooner and Conor, 18, enjoyed pizza with a group of friends. She was seen holding his hand at one point and putting her arm on his back at another. They stayed close to each other, went on a stroll for two, and jumped on a trampoline as well.

Hot on the heels of his stunt of escorting Queen Elizabeth II during the opening ceremony of the Olympic games, James Bond gets back into various life-threatening actions in the newly-released trailer for "Skyfall". In it, the 007 agent can be seen faking his death with the help of M before getting back to life and facing his troublesome enemy, Raoul Silva.

A better look at Javier Bardem as Silva is offered in the fresh trailer. Sporting blond locks, Bardem appears to be channeling past 007 villain Max Zorin who was portrayed by Christopher Walken in "A View to a Kill". In addition to showing tons of gritty action scenes, the trailer reveals the pivotal roles of Q, Mallory, Eve and villainess Severine.
