Oliver Queen Attacks His Kidnappers in New 'Arrow' Clip

Oliver Queen engages in a heavy showdown with his kidnappers in a new clip from "Arrow". The billionaire playboy gets tasered by one of the masked guys, but he soon turns the table after managing to remove the chord that ties his hands. He chases down one of his abductors who tries to run away and shows no mercy when he captures the culprit.

"Arrow" follows Oliver who returns home to Starling City after being presumed dead for five years in a violent shipwreck. Determining to fight the ills of society and restore Starling City to its former glory, he moonlights as a vigilante and creates the persona of Arrow.

Red Hot Chili Peppers to Release 'I'm With You' B-Sides Starting August

Red Hot Chili Peppers are about to unveil some new music in the form of singles which will be released starting next month. Frontman Anthony Kiedis and friends plan to make the singles available with two songs each as digital downloads and as seven-inch vinyl pressings.

Drummer Chad Smith explains to Billboard that the band "just wanted them to come out because we just really like them. We didn't want them to get lost, so we're gonna put them out, mainly for our fans." He goes on to say that fans "would've waited for the Warner Bros. box set in, like, 2020, if there's even a record company around then."

Karl Urban Says First 'Star Trek 2' Footage to Come Out Before Comic-Con Ends

When will fans have a chance to see the first footage of J.J. Abrams' "Star Trek" sequel? According to one of its actors Karl Urban, it will happen in a foreseeable future. The Bones depicter spills to Coming Soon that though the sequel is a no-show at the convention, it will screen its first footage before the annual event is over.

"I can promise you that before the end of Comic-Con, some exclusive Star Trek footage, it's going to come out. You're going to find it. It's going to come out," says Urban, who served as the host for the Master of the Web panel on the Day 1 of Comic-Con. He also teases that there will be a "secret" video from "Star Trek 2" on YouTube that is set to be dropped soon.

Charlie Sheen reportedly thinks there's nothing good about Twitter. The former "Two and a Half Men" star, who has more than 7 million followers since joining the social network in early March 2011, will delete his page in a matter of days or hours, so TMZ reports.

Sheen opened an account on Twitter during his "winning" days after being fired from the CBS sitcom. He got huge followers in just 25 hours after signing up, entering Guinness Book of Records as "The Fastest Time to Reach 1 Million Followers."

The video features heavy tribal undertones and is directed by the artist herself. The big-haired beauty appears in various outfits throughout the video which has numerous lighting switches and even a white tiger.

"I wanted it to be an emotional visual art piece, displaying humans as free, powerful animals," she says about the video. "We are all running from something or searching for something; our instincts have been ignored. This is me finally listening to them. This is to finally listening."

Report: Daniel Tosh Wants Rape Jokes to Be Removed From 'Brickleberry' Pilot

Daniel Tosh is apparently trying to avoid repeating his recent mistake. Days after landing on hot water for making a rape joke during his stand-up show, he is now reported to be asking editors and producers of "Brickleberry" to remove any reference to rape in the pilot episode of his new animated series.

According to RumorFix, the crew are just given 24 hours to re-edit the pilot, because it will be shown during Comedy Central's panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, July 13 at 6 o'clock in the afternoon. "Everyone is freaking out, because most of the pilot is about rape," a source claims.

Superman is heading to Comic-Con this Saturday, July 14. It has been confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter that Henry Cavill will be on hand to promote "Man of Steel" during a Warner Bros. Pictures panel in Hall H on the weekend.

Though it's been announced since June that "Man of Steel" will hold a presentation at Comic-Con, it was unclear whether or not the film's leading actor would make an appearance. THR now has the words that the British actor will show up, but unfortunately he won't be joined by co-stars Kevin Costner and Russell Crowe.

The teen star is alleged to have "created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena" as he "climbed into a heart shaped, aluminum/steel gondola and was pulled out over the crowd." He "then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick."

How Ben Whishaw will look like as Q in "Skyfall" has been uncovered in form of a newly released still from the upcoming James Bond film. Sporting a nerdy look, the iconic gadget guru is pictured working with what looks like a briefcase while Daniel Craig's Bond is watching him from behind.

In the Ian Fleming original 007 novels, Q is described as the head of Q Division, a research and development branch of the British Secret Service. The character was last seen in 2002's "Die Another Day" and was portrayed by John Cleese. The actor took over the role from veteran thesp Desmond Llewelyn, who played Q for the previous 36 years.

DreamWorks Animation has shared some good news at Comic-Con on Thursday, July 12. The studio has announced, during its presentation at the Hilton Bayfront's Indigo Ballroom, that it would develop a third "Kung Fu Panda" movie as well as a spin-off to the "Madagascar" film series.

Bill Damaschke, DreamWorks CCO who served as the panel's moderator, confirmed the "Kung Fu Panda 3" project as a follow-up to "Kung Fu Panda 2" which successfully bagged $665 million worldwide in 2011. Nonetheless, Damaschke didn't announce the start date and the release date for the upcoming Jack Black-starring animated film.

Kristin Chenoweth Released From Hospital, Rep Said

Kristin Chenoweth is out of the hospital after getting into an on-set accident. The Broadway star was filming her guest starring appearance on "The Good Wife" on the New York set when a strong gust of wind suddenly blew a piece of lighting equipment which knocked the actress down the concrete.

Chenoweth was taken to hospital on a stretcher and with a neck brace. "Kristin has been released from the hospital and is home recovering," a statement from her representative said. "She thanks everyone for their prayers and well wishes."
