Hulk Hogan Fires Off Cease and Desist Letter Over Sex Tape Pictures

Hulk Hogan has yet to shake off the sex tape scandal hitting him in early March. Less than two months after the tape featuring him and an unidentified brunette woman was being shopped around, the WWE Hall of Famer is forced to take legal action to stop the spreading of the video's screengrabs on the Internet.

According to TMZ, the 58-year-old has through his lawyer sent a cease and desist letter to TheDirty.com editor Nik Richie to take down the photos. "As you know, should a sex tape or photographs of Mr. Bollea exist, they were taken without his consent and therefore the same would constitute a felony in the State of Florida," so the lawyer reportedly wrote.

Kevin Feige Responds to Complaints That 'Avengers' Is 'Too Comedic'

Marvel Studios President of Production Kevin Feige has responded to some early reviews which suggested that "The Avengers" is "too comedic" for a superhero movie. Admitting that he hasn't read about the criticisms, Feige explained that the Earth's Mightiest Heroes movie was indeed created to make people laugh.

"I think it's very important. We want to see the audience wrapped in laughter, cheers," Feige told Italian site Comicus, as translated by Comic Book Movie. "That's why we made the movie. I haven't read those complaints yet but we have always wanted this movie to have a particular sense of humor."

Al Pacino has had an accident while working on the set of "Stand Up Guys" in Los Angeles. On Monday, April 23, the "Scarface" actor injured his left eye during the shooting of a gunfight scene with Christopher Walken.

Instead of creating a hologram image a la Tupac Shakur, the crew make human-like puppets from their corpses, but those are not good enough. The replacement figures are then upgraded to androids whose movements and voices are controlled by remote devices.

Wiz Khalifa has apparently run into trouble in Nashville, Tennessee over the weekend. The "Work Hard, Play Hard" rapper, who has made no secret of his marijuana usage, was busted for possession of a controlled substance in his room at a Holiday Inn hotel this past Saturday, April 21, but walked away only with a citation.

The police report, obtained by TMZ, uncovered that Metro Nashville Police visited Khalifa's hotel room after receiving complaints about a strong marijuana odor from the room. It was alleged that the 24-year-old MC tried to hide the weed by throwing a "marijuana cigarette" out of the window when officers arrived.

A very first teaser trailer for highly anticipated James Bond film "Skyfall" has been screened at the 2012 CinemaCon in Las Vegas. During a Sony Pictures panel on Wednesday, April 25, Sony's President of Worldwide Distribution Rory Bruer presented the exclusive sneak peek which sees agent 007 in an interrogation session.

The video opens with the interrogation scene where Daniel Craig's Bond is looking at the city of London. Then, there is someone speaking on the voiceover, "Country", to which Bond replies, "England." It seems like the agent is playing some sort of word association game. Then, the other man says, "Gun", while Bond responds, "Shot." The next words is "Agent" to which Bond responds, "Provocateur", as well as "Murder" to which the agent answers, "Employment."

On Wednesday, April 25, Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz granted co-conservatorship of the "Hold It Against Me" singer to Jason Trawick.
