Former Korn Drummer David Silveria Arrested for DUI

A former drummer for rock band Korn has found himself arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. TMZ has brought up the report that David Silveria, who played with the band from 1993 until 2006, was taken into police custody in Huntington Beach, California after his car was pulled over at 10:45 A.M. on Sunday, March 25.

No other details regarding the 39-year-old rocker's arrest were released. He, however, wasn't the only musician who got in trouble with the law recently. Whitney Houston's ex-husband Bobby Brown was also booked for DUI on Monday, March 26 afternoon after being pulled over for talking on his cell phone.

Sugarland visited "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday, March 27 to make a live performance before the first elimination was announced. Introduced by hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke, the country music duo teamed up with Matt Nathanson to deliver "Run" together. Tristan MacManus and Peta Murgatroyd danced a rumba to the song.

After joining forces with Matt, Kristian Bush and Jennifer Nettles returned to the stage once again for another performance. This time around, they sang a more fast-paced song called "Find the Beat Again" with Sasha Farber taking the dance floor with three female companions Oksana Dmytrenko, Sharna Burgess and Emma Slater.

"Omg my first outing in a week and I hit @AlisiaLeibel in the eye with a shrimp tail! Cant take me anywhere! Lord help me!" the 24-year-old first tweeted. Less than an hour later, she followed it up with another one that read, "1st outing complete with no tears!Made it home early...just in time to feed Luca.figuring this motherhood thing out!Yay! A grown up din;)"

How James Franco will look like as a drug dealer in "Spring Breakers" has been unveiled in an on-set photo that was shared on Twitter by Selena Gomez. Instead of sporting a fierce look like a usual portrayal of a mob boss, Franco channels a rapper style complete with a braided hair.

The "127 Hours" actor is featured is featured behind the wheel of a white convertible with bikini-clad girls, including Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens, surrounding him. He is seen donning a colorful Hawaiian shirt and sunglasses while Gomez strikes a pose beside him. Along with the photo, the 19-year-old former Disney princess tweeted, "This is where the trouble begins."

Vulture has learned that the actor-turned-director is one step closer to replace Jack Bender, who recently bailed out of the long-gestating project due to scheduling conflict.

The yet-to-be-titled movie has long been put on a hold reportedly due to creative differences between Paramount execs, lead actor Chris Pine and producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura. Before exiting the project, Bender was said to be tired of the endless disagreements between the three parties over the direction of the film.

In the wake of Trayvon Martin shooting case, 20th Century Fox has decided to pull off the first teaser poster and teaser trailer of "Neighborhood Watch" from theaters in Florida last week. Considering the bad timing, the studio stated that it yanked the promotional materials out of deference to the tragedy.

A representative for Fox told The Hollywood Reporter of the decision, "We are very sensitive to the Trayyon Martin case, but our film is a broad alien-invasion comedy and bears absolutely no relation to the tragic events in Florida." The studio claimed that it will not change the movie's July 27 release date in the U.S.
