Adam Lambert's Second Album Finds Release Date

The second album from Adam Lambert will be released on May 15 via RCA Records and 19 Recordings, it has been announced personally by the former "American Idol" runner-up on his Twitter. "Trespassing", which is the follow-up to 2009's "For Your Entertainment", is available for pre-order on Amazon and his official website.

Speaking of the sophomore effort, Lambert said it is "an exciting journey through the past two years of my life. It's been a transformative period and I really wanted to make music from what I've experienced. All these songs honestly explore the ups and downs of my reality."

Ray J Denied He Supplied Whitney Houston With Cocaine

Ray J continues to fight allegations about him and Whitney Houston, one of which came from Bobby Brown's sister Leolah Brown. The former sister-in-law of Whitney told Dr. Drew Pinsky on his HLN show that Ray J could have been the one who supplied the late singer with cocaine that contributed to her death on February 11.

In a statement released by his lawyer, Ray J said, "Though Leolah Brown was nowhere near the Beverly Hilton hotel on the day Whitney Houston died, [HLN's parent company] CNN proceeded to broadcast an interview with Ms. Brown in which she falsely claimed that Ray J was at the hotel and contributed to Whitney Houston's death."

Carrie Underwood Unveils 'Blown Away' Tracklisting, to Perform at ACM Awards

Carrie Underwood has revealed what songs that are going to appear in her upcoming studio album "Blown Away". The winner of "American Idol" season 4 lists a total of fourteen tracks in the new CD which is due in the U.S. on May 1.

The song selection includes "See You Again" and "Wine After Whiskey". The former reportedly was co-written by Carrie as part of her sessions for "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader", while the latter was co-penned by her for 2009's "Play On".

As the clock is ticking closer to the release date of the highly anticipated "The Hunger Games", Lenny Kravitz took some time to discuss his role as Cinna in the Gary Ross-directed movie. The singer-turned-actor opened up to MTV News that he will portray the kind-hearted designer as a "subdued" person despite the fact that the character is described as a flamboyant man in Suzanne Collins' novel.

"One of my first questions to Gary Ross was, 'How far do you want to go with this' and at the end of our conversation, we both agreed that it would be more interesting to make him more subdued, to play him more like Yves Saint Laurent or Tom Ford, more classic," Lenny said. "[Cinna] wears his waistcoats and his flats, and all his expression comes out in his creations. He's got his little bit of gold eye shadow, but yeah, he's pretty subdued."

Nicki Minaj and Scotty McCreery is coming to "American Idol" next week. The Young Money female rapper is scheduled to perform her latest chart-busting single "Starships", while the winner of "Idol" season 10 will return to the singing competition to deliver his single "Water Tower Town".

The nine remaining contestants, DeAndre Brackensick, Hollie Cavanagh, Colton Dixon, Heejun Han, Skylar Laine, Joshua Ledet, Phillip Phillips, Jessica Sanchez and Elise Testone, are required to perform songs from their own idols. Rumor has it, "Idol" alum Kelly Clarkson will also be there to tape a performance for a later airing.

Gene Simmons said that the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has become "a joke" because some people inducted were not in rock and roll genre. So, how to fix it? The bassist/co-vocalist who's known as The Demon offered his solution, "We've been thinking about it and the answer is simply, 'We'll just buy it and fire everybody'."

First 'Wrath of the Titans' Clip: Hades Heartlessly Attacks His Brother Zeus

In anticipation of the U.S. release of "Wrath of the Titans", Warner Bros. Pictures unveils a first clip from the Greek myth epic film. The intense snippet sees Liam Neeson's Zeus offering a coalition with his brother Hades, played by Ralph Fiennes. He, however, gets ruthlessly attacked by the God of Underworld with the help of Ares, who is portrayed by Edgar Ramirez.

This sequel to 2010's "Clash of the Titans" takes place a decade after Zeus' son, Perseus, defeated the Kraken. As the hero attempts to live a new life as a fisherman and a father to 10-year-old Helius, a struggle for supremacy rages between the gods and the Titans. Weakened by humanity's lack of devotion, the gods are losing control of the imprisoned Titans and their ferocious leader, Kronos.

Scarlett Johansson's Naked Photo Hacker Has Agreed to Plead Guilty

Christopher Chaney, who is accused of hacking into the e-mail accounts of numerous celebrities, including Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera and Mila Kunis, has finally agreed to plead guilty to federal charges. Four months after initially pleading not guilty, the Florida man struck a deal with federal prosecutors in exchange for a lighter sentence.

A plea agreement has been filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles on Thursday, March 22. It states that Chaney will plead guilty to nine criminal counts, including identity theft, wiretapping, and unauthorized access and damage to a protected computer. The 35-year-old is now facing up to 60 years in prison.

Hot on the heels of the news that Walt Disney Pictures has booked a loss on "John Carter", another studio has confirmed to suffering a "modest loss" on its major film. On Thursday, March 22, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer announced that it expects to lose money on David Fincher's "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (2011)".

The studio claimed that grossing $231 million worldwide was not enough to turn a profit on the movie adaptation of Stieg Larson's acclaimed novel. The thriller film itself was made on a budget of $100 million. The movie starring Rooney Mara and Daniel Craig needs to collect about 10% more revenue in order to break even.

Two of "Jersey Shore" stars have landed in hot water because of dyed dogs. Snooki and JWoww were blasted by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) after they were spotted walking JWoww's pink and purple canines while filming their new reality show in Jersey City on Wednesday, March 21.

"Dyeing a companion animal's fur causes the animal stress and can lead to complications or allergic reactions that endanger the animal's health," a representative for the animal rights organization told Celebuzz. "Our dogs and cats love us regardless of how we look; we should extend the same kindness to them." None of the two reality stars have responded to PETA's statement.

El DeBarge Escapes Charges From Drug Possession Arrest

First 'The Host' Teaser Describes an Alien-Dominated Futuristic World

"The Host (2013)" has officially released its first teaser trailer. Narrated by Saoirse Ronan's Melanie Stryder, the sneak peek doesn't reveal too much, but puts its focus on the description of a futuristic world where people of various ages and races sport the same blue circle around their pupil that marks the invasion of alien race called the Souls.

Based on a novel by "Twilight Saga" author Stephenie Meyer, this thriller revolves around Melanie's life as one of the last humans who puts up a fight against the Souls. Those parasites invade human bodies, taking over their consciousness and systematically erase their personalities. Melanie herself is implanted by one of the Souls called Wanderer.

Whitney Houston's Family Sad to Learn Cocaine Contributed to Her Death

The official cause of Whitney Houston's death has finally been released, and her family has shared their reaction. As it was uncovered that cocaine was a contributing factor to the "Heartbreak Hotel" singer's death, sister-in-law and former manager Patricia Houston said in a statement, "We are saddened to learn of the toxicology results, although we are glad to now have closure."

On Thursday, March 22, the Los Angeles County Department of Coroner revealed that Houston died from accidental drowning with atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use being the contributing factors. The toxicology tests also showed traces of marijuana, the anti-anxiety drug Xanax, the muscle relaxant Flexeril and the allergy medicine Benadryl, but they did not contribute to her death.
