Brad Pitt Reportedly Neglects His Grandmother for Years

Although he's looking out for his broods well, Brad Pitt reportedly has been neglecting his grandmother who lives in a sub-standard nursing home in Oklahoma. Betty Russell, who is approaching her 90th birthday, had made a public plea through Pitt's great-aunt Mary Ann Lanier who said the actor has not seen Russell for over four years.

"Betty misses him. He doesn't write, he doesn't seem to stay in contact with her," Lanier told The Sun, adding Pitt used to send his grandmother flowers every month and called to check on her. Russell's room reportedly is covered in pictures of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, mostly the Jolie-Pitts clan.

Though it has been long gestated, "Deadpool" movie is apparently still in the works. Lead actor Ryan Reynolds has recently shared a few updates on the anti-superhero movie projects, explaining that the plot is no longer connected to "X-Men Origins: Wolverine".

Reynolds, who played Deadpool a.k.a Wade Wilson in the 2009 "X-Men" movie, claimed that the spin-off film will not be related to the origin of Wolverine. He told IGN, "[Deadpool] will actually have no connection to the one that was in 'Wolverine'."

"I've had a lot of dreams come true, and not all of them have been very savory, but this is definitely one of them. Gorillaz - Andre - James Murphy. It's a perfect cocktail, complete with its own little umbrella," Gorillaz's Murdoc said. "I like the whole Three Artists. One Song idea. In a recent interview with HorrorHound magazine, the British filmmaker opened up that he wanted the film to be "as human" as possible.

Burton explained that he wouldn't put too much special effects in "Dark Shadows" just like what he did in "Alice in Wonderland". He stated, "I want to rely on the characters... We were trying to keep it as human and personal as possible. Every effect should not seem like an effect."

Target is pulling greeting card that makes fun of the late Whitney Houston off its stores' shelves. The retail giant releases a statement announcing its decision to remove the card just weeks after the "It's Not Right but It's Okay" singer was found dead in the bathtub of her Beverly Hills hotel room.

"The card was in our stores prior to Ms. Houston's death," a representative for the retailer explained in a statement. "As soon as this was brought to our attention, we began the process of removing the card from all applicable stores." The rep also said, "It is never our intent to offend guests with the products we offer, and we take feedback from guests very seriously."

Brazilian Man Arrested After Using Fake Jack Nicholson ID to Open Bank Account

Jack Nicholson has come close to falling victim to identity theft. A Brazilian man got himself arrested in the northeast city of Recife on Tuesday, February 28 after he used a fake ID that bears a photo of the "Something's Gotta Give" star when trying to open a bank account, according to a report by CNN.

The impostor has been identified as Ricardo Sergio Freire de Barros, and while he used Nicholson's photo on his forged identification card, the 41-year-old reportedly signed the ID as Joao Pedro dos Santos. Prior to his Tuesday arrest, he had been monitored by the police for three months, police chief Erivaldo Guerra said.

Lionsgate Films has debuted a new TV spot for "The Hunger Games". Instead of centering on scenes in the sophisticated Capitol, the 60-second dramatic snippet puts its focus on the modest life in Katniss Everdeen's hometown, District 12.

With Taylor Swift's "Safe and Sound" playing as the background music, the advertisement also unveils some fresh footage, including the one that sees baker's son Peeta Mellark secretly throwing a bread to Katniss who sits in hunger in the middle of the rain.
