Screen Actors Guild Awards have simultaneously announced two batches of presenters for its 18th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. The event, which will be held on January 29 at Shrine Exposition Center in Los Angeles, officially owns the predicate of having impressive list of presenters.

Berenice Bejo, Glenn Close, Bryan Cranston, Viola Davis and Shailene Woodley are the latest names included in the list. A few hours before, the guild named George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Ben Kingsley, Zoe Saldana, Owen Wilson, Kathy Bates, and Jessica Chastain.

During the chat at the event held at Skylight Studios in Hollywood, DeFer went on explaining, "I was engaged for a long time and this is me being single. I'm totally OK with it, so I'm spreading my love now." She added, "I think sometimes you just realize it's time to move on. So now I'm spreading my love and being single, and it's fine. Really."

Steve-O Slapped With Negligence Lawsuit for Karaoke Injury

Steve-O has found himself on the other end of a lawsuit because of an alleged karaoke injury. The "Jackass" star was on Thursday, January 26 slapped with a negligence suit by Susanne Ohman, who claims she got seriously injured after participating on an upcoming show he hosts, "Killer Karaoke".

In the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Ohman said that on the day she was taping for the show back in October 2011, contestants were sprayed with liquid while they sing as a form of distraction. When she finished her performance, she tried to step off the stage, but slipped since there was no mats, grips or any other method to steady herself.

A few days before his well-reviewed movie "The Grey" opens in the U.S. theaters, Liam Neeson shared his challenging experience in filming the survival thriller on a very "unimaginably inhospitable" set. Speaking to Screen Rant, the 59-year-old actor said that he was nearly "curled up" and dead while shooting the anticipated film.

"I'd curled up and die. Yeah, especially 40 minus degrees, which it was our first week," he recalled. "I remember thinking, 'We're never going to finish this film. It's impossible.' Cameras were malfunctioning and equipment wasn't working, and I thought, 'This is ludicrous'."

"Alcatraz" has just aired for two weeks, but already it gained a cult of viewers. Some tourists have been reported to be trying to stray from their guided tours on the real-life island to find a top secret room, that only exists on the FOX new show.

According to TMZ, National Parks Service rep Alexandra Picavet said the fans tried to sneak into "closed areas" of the former federal prison. The tourists admitted that they were searching for a room that is described as a "bat cave underneath Alcatraz" on the Sarah Jones-starring series.

Shortly after producer Paul Giamatti claimed that David Fincher's comic-adapted film "The Goon" is no longer happening, the comic's creator Eric Powell corrected the statement by revealing that there is still a hope for the movie to hit the theaters. He said that Fincher and Blur Studio are still finding a way to resolve the film's financial problem.

Taking to his Twitter account on Thursday, January 26, Powell wrote, "Last I spoke with Fincher and Blur, they were gearing up for more meetings to try and find financing for the film." He went on stating, "It's not dead until Fincher and Blur come to me and say they are done."

Producers behind B.o.B's hit single "Airplanes" have landed in hot water. Jeremy Dussolliet and Tim Sommers, who work under the moniker Kinetics & One Love, are sued by a songwriter named Christine Dominguez for an alleged copyright infringement over the Grammy-nominated single, according to AllHipHop.

In the lawsuit filed January 23 in District Court of New York, Dominguez claimed she contributed to the co-writing of the single back in 2008. She received credit for her work when an alternate version of the song was released in the producers' 2009 CD entitled "Kinetics & One Love: Fading Back to Normal."

The film was originally slated for a March 16 release, but it is now moved to March 30. Robert Hegyes of "Welcome Back, Kotter" has passed away. The actor, who is best known for his role as Juan Epstein on '70s sitcom, died from an apparent heart attack on Thursday, January 26 morning at his Metuchen, New Jersey home, the Star-Ledger newspaper reports.

A call for medical assistance was made from Robert's home at 9:02 A.M. on Thursday. Police said that the 60-year-old actor was experiencing chest pains and was transported to JFK Medical Center in Edison. Hospital spokesman Steven Weiss, however, said he was in full cardiac arrest when arriving at the emergency room at 9:40 A.M., and was pronounced dead.

DMX Treated for Food Poisoning After Eating Bad Shrimp

DMX made a trip to the hospital on Wednesday, January 25 night after throwing up all the way from Miami to Charlotte, North Carolina. The rapper was flying on a commercial plane after visiting his baby mama's house in Miami in which he ate some "bad shrimp".

DMX told TMZ that he was going back and forth to the lavatory to puke out. He then went straight to Gastonia Memorial Hospital outside of Charlotte by limousine as soon as the plane touched down. He was treated for food poisoning in the emergency room. DMX was released from the hospital four hours later and a friend picked him up. He is expected to make a full recovery.
