KISS' Paul Stanley Is Father Again at 59

KISS lead singer Paul Stanley is father again at 59. His attorney wife Erin gave birth to the couple's third child on Tuesday, August 9 in Los Angeles. A baby girl named Emily Grace Stanley weighed 7 lbs., 10 oz when she was born.

"Erin and I are once again blessed with the addition of Emily Grace to our family. I'm not sure she can sing but her first screams let me know she's definitely Daddy's girl," the rocker told People. Emily joins older sister Sarah Brianna, older brother Colin Michael and stepbrother Evan Shane from Stanley's previous relationship.

'Twilight' Actor Arrested for DUI and Active Warrant

Kiowa Gordon, who plays werewolf Embry Call in "Twilight" movies, was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under Influence in Mesa, Arizona on Monday, August 8. Turns out, the 21-year-old already has an active warrant for his arrest for drug paraphernalia possession and supplying alcohol to minors.

According to Hollywood Life, the actor is held on $1,000 bail and is still in custody. His court appearance is scheduled to take place at Mesa on August 18 at 8:30 A.M. He previously skipped a court order on February 9, 2010 for the drug possession and liquor supply case.

'Deathly Hallows 2' Is Biggest Movie in 2011, Third on All-Time Chart

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" is slated as the biggest movie in 2011. Warner Bros. Pictures announced on Tuesday, August 9 that the final installment of the wizard boy film franchise has earned the highest grossing movie of 2011 in all categories, including domestic box office, international box office and worldwide box office in less than a month of release.

As of August 8, "Deathly Hallows: Part II" has earned $344.8 million in domestic box office, beating "Transformers: Dark of the Moon". The movie has also totaled $801.5 million in international box office, surpassing "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides". Meanwhile, for the worldwide box office, the film has grossed $1.146 billion, trailing behind James Cameron's "Avatar" and "Titanic" on the all-time charts.

New Chief of Surgery on 'Grey's Anatomy' Season 8 Unveiled

The replacement of Chief Webber on "Grey's Anatomy" has been revealed. Dr. Owen Hunt, who was previously enlisted to pick the new Chief Resident, will become the new Chief of Surgery at Seattle Grace Hospital as soon as season 8 begins, replacing Dr. Richard Webber.

"He's as surprised as anybody else about this. And he's nervous about it," Kevin McKidd, who portrays Owen, dished on his character's reaction. "He's a man of action, really, and the head of trauma surgery - that's what he knows. Suddenly, he's in a more administrative position. I think the way he deals with that is going to be interesting."

The footage, obtained by TMZ, was taken at Katy Perry's gig at Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday night, August 7, and sees Russell Brand standing next to Tom and Katie. While the video is only seconds long, the gossip site reported that the "Rock of Ages" actor kept his hand on his wife's ass for most of the performance.

Gavin DeGraw Cancels Two Concerts and 'Regis and Kelly' Appearance

Gavin DeGraw is still recovering from the injuries he sustained after being viciously attacked by a group of thugs. He has to scrap two scheduled concerts in the U.S. and pull the plug on his "Live with Regis and Kelly" appearance to give him the much-needed time to recuperate.

The 34-year-old New Yorker was supposed to open for Maroon 5 and Train in Wantagh, NY on August 12 and in Mansfield, MA on August 13. Prior to those two gigs, he was initially set to visit Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa on August 10.

Samantha Ronson Formally Charged With Misdemeanors After DUI Arrest

Around a week after she got arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, Samantha Ronson stares down two misdemeanor counts. The San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office has confirmed that the ex-girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan has been charged with driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or above.

If she's found guilty on both counts, the younger sister of music producer Mark Ronson faces a maximum of 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine. First-time offenders, however, almost always walk away with probation. The celebrity DJ is due in court for arraignment on September 23.

'World War Z' Set for December 2012 Release, Up Against 'Lone Ranger'

"World War Z" has been added to the line up of movies to be released at the end of 2012. Paramount Pictures have locked December 21 as the release date for the post-apocalyptic horror film starring Brad Pitt. The date put it to be in competition with Johnny Depp-starring adventure movie "The Lone Ranger".

The Marc Forster-directed film will also have to compete against two other movies, Ang Lee's "Life of Pi" and Phillip Noyce's "Hunter Killer", on the scheduled date. It should also be noted that the date placed this zombie war movie to come out just a week after "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" hits theaters across the United States.

Christopher Reid of Kid 'n Play Arrested for Missing DUI Court Dates

Former rapper Christopher Reid has got himself arrested on Tuesday, August 9. The "Kid" of '90s hip-hop duo Kid 'n Play was taken into custody by LAPD at his Los Angeles home on a warrant after missing a scheduled court hearing stemming from his 2010 drunk driving conviction.

Patricia Kelly, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Superior Court, said that a warrant for the 47-year-old's arrest was issued on August 2 after he skipped out on a July 25 hearing to prove completion of his probation requirements. He is currently still in custody with his bail set at $26,000. TMZ, who was first to report the arrest, noted that he was "very cooperative" with the cops.

CBS Remakes 'Bewitched', NBC Revives 'Frankenstein'

Two old works are going to get a new touch from CBS and NBC. According to Variety, the former has ordered a script for a remake of comedy series "Bewitched", while the latter has ordered a drama script for a modern take on classic character Frankenstein.

Providing the script for the "Bewitched" remake will be "Did You Hear About the Morgans?" director/scribe Marc Lawrence. He will also serve as an executive producer alongside Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher.

Titled "Justin and Selena as One", the life size portrait presents the "Baby" hitmaker and his songstress girlfriend as a 21st Century Adam and Eve. To be unveiled at Dallas' New Fine Arts, it features them conjoined at the torso with Selena appearing to lead Justin toward "Eden". In front of them are a Canada goose and Texas armadillo.

Charlie Sheen: Ashton Kutcher Is Gonna Kill It

Charlie Sheen has a reason why he would sit in front of TV next month to watch the first episode of "Two and a Half Men" without his character. The actor, who was sacked from the sitcom, said that he is just as curious as everyone else and he thinks his replacement Ashton Kutcher is "gonna kill it".
