KISS lead singer Paul Stanley is father again at 59. His attorney wife Erin gave birth to the couple's third child on Tuesday, August 9 in Los Angeles. A baby girl named Emily Grace Stanley weighed 7 lbs., 10 oz when she was born.

"Erin and I are once again blessed with the addition of Emily Grace to our family. I'm not sure she can sing but her first screams let me know she's definitely Daddy's girl," the rocker told People. Emily joins older sister Sarah Brianna, older brother Colin Michael and stepbrother Evan Shane from Stanley's previous relationship.

Kiowa Gordon, who plays werewolf Embry Call in "Twilight" movies, was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under Influence in Mesa, Arizona on Monday, August 8. Turns out, the 21-year-old already has an active warrant for his arrest for drug paraphernalia possession and supplying alcohol to minors.

According to Hollywood Life, the actor is held on $1,000 bail and is still in custody. His court appearance is scheduled to take place at Mesa on August 18 at 8:30 A.M. He previously skipped a court order on February 9, 2010 for the drug possession and liquor supply case.

Pictures announced on Tuesday, August 9 that the final installment of the wizard boy film franchise has earned the highest grossing movie of 2011 in all categories, including domestic box office, international box office and worldwide box office in less than a month of release.

As of August 8, "Deathly Hallows: Part II" has earned $344.8 million in domestic box office, beating "Transformers: Dark of the Moon". The replacement of Chief Webber on "Grey's Anatomy" has been revealed. Dr. Owen Hunt, who was previously enlisted to pick the new Chief Resident, will become the new Chief of Surgery at Seattle Grace Hospital as soon as season 8 begins, replacing Dr. Richard Webber.

"He's as surprised as anybody else about this. And he's nervous about it," Kevin McKidd, who portrays Owen, dished on his character's reaction. "He's a man of action, really, and the head of trauma surgery - that's what he knows. Suddenly, he's in a more administrative position. Former rapper Christopher Reid has got himself arrested on Tuesday, August 9. The "Kid" of '90s hip-hop duo Kid 'n Play was taken into custody by LAPD at his Los Angeles home on a warrant after missing a scheduled court hearing stemming from his 2010 drunk driving conviction.

Patricia Kelly, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Superior Court, said that a warrant for the 47-year-old's arrest was issued on August 2 after he skipped out on a July 25 hearing to prove completion of his probation requirements. Two old works are going to get a new touch from CBS and NBC. According to Variety, the former has ordered a script for a remake of comedy series "Bewitched", while the latter has ordered a drama script for a modern take on classic character Frankenstein.

Charlie Sheen has a reason why he would sit in front of TV next month to watch the first episode of "Two and a Half Men" without his character.
