The latest Duggar baby has been born. Daughter-in-law Anna Duggar gave birth to her second kid on Wednesday, June 15 just before 6 P.M., sending the total number of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's clan to 19 kids and 2 grandkids.

The New York Police Department have launched a formal investigation into an online posting from convicted felon Dexter Issac who confessed to have shot and robbed late rapper Tupac Shakur in 1994.
