Victor Willis Suing Village People Again

Village People star Victor Willis is heading back to court once again after suing his former bandmates for $1.5 million (GBP890,000) in royalties. The singer, who played the cop role in the camp group, left the line-up in 1979, but claims he is owed a larger slice of the proceeds because he helped to write hits including "Y.M.C.A.", "Macho Man" and "In the Navy".

He filed his lawsuit in federal court in California last week (ends May 1). Stewart Levy, a lawyer for Can't Stop Productions, which now owns the rights to the tracks, insisted Willis' legal action is "without merit".

'Amazing Race' Recap: Eliminated Kent and Vyxsin Argue Over Their Mistakes

Kent and Vyxsin have become the latest team sent home on "The Amazing Race". In the May 1 episode, all contestants faced one of the toughest legs as they went on an adventure amid the freezing weather in Switzerland. First, the teams headed to the air rescue helicopter port in Zermatt where they boarded on helicopter that departed in five minute intervals.

From Zermatt, they went to a mountain next to the Matterhorn where they had to choose between Search or Rescue for detour. In Search, teams had to locate a training dummy that was buried somewhere on the mountain. Meanwhile in Rescue, teams were required to use a device and rescued a mountaineer by repelling down a crevice.

Nick Cannon is clearly delighted by the arrival of his newborn twins. The "America's Got Talent" host officially became a first-time dad after wife Mariah Carey gave birth to their first children last Saturday, April 30. He has since made use of his Twitter to share his excitement about the arrival of the babies.

Since the birth of the twins coincided with the couple's fourth wedding anniversary, the 30-year-old tweeted on Saturday, "My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life! I won't ever be able to top this!" He continued to express his joy the next day by writing, "I'm in the happiest place I've ever been in my life. I never had more amazing things happening. I am humbled by God's Favor!!"

Rihanna has flown to Jamaica, over the weekend to shoot a music video for her next single "Man Down". She tweeted, "WELCOME TA JAMROCK!!! #projectmandown." Several pictures have been posted on Twitter to give the first look at the upcoming video.

One picture shows RiRi riding a bike in Portland, a parish located on the island's northeast coast. The red-haired singer is snapped wearing a skimpy white top, purple skirt, green socks, and headband. Rumor has it, Anthony Mandler serves as director.

Prince William Refuses to Sign Pre-nup Agreement

Prince William refused to sign a prenuptial agreement before he and Kate Middleton said "I will" last Friday, April 29. The Telegraph has come out with the report that the British royal, who now goes with the title of Duke of Cambridge, did not make any sort of legal agreement with Kate before their wedding.

"William was advised that some sort of legal agreement might be a good idea," shared one of William's friends, before explaining the reason why he decided otherwise. "But he loves Kate and trusts her implicitly, and was adamant that no agreement was necessary," so claimed the pal.

"Fast Five" arrival on theaters has forced last-week champ "Rio" to hand over the reign. The animation, which revolves around a rare macaw who thinks he is the last of his kind, slips to the second place and dips 43.8% for $14.8 million.

The royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton drew huge ratings Stateside. The event, which was aired live by 11 U.S. networks between 6 and 7:15 A.M. EST on Friday, April 29, drew a total 22.8 million viewers and 18.6 million households, according to Nielsen Media Research.

As it had been predicted, the figure is higher than that of Prince Charles and Princess Diana's (Prince William's parents) wedding, which drew 14.2 million households in 1981. However, the ratings are not close to set a national TV record.

The James Bond star Daniel Craig will narrate a number of new film features intended for international audiences and cinema-viewing, including "One Life", which uses footage from Sir David Attenborough's acclaimed Life TV series which he has hosted since 1979.

Daniel Craig admits he feels "very proud" to be following in the footsteps of Attenborough, brother of Oscar-winning actor Richard Attenborough.
