It's Official: Ian Holm Returns as Bilbo Baggins in 'The Hobbit'

Ian Holm will reprise his "Lord of the Rings" role in "The Hobbit". Although Martin Freeman has taken the lead role of Bilbo Baggins in the adventure fantasy movie, director Peter Jackson has confirmed via his Facebook account that Holm will still make an appearance in the film as the elder version of Baggins.

"One comment that came up from the recent video blog was the Bilbo voice at the end - many of you assumed it was Sir Ian Holm," the post read. "Whilst Ian will be returning as the older Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit, that recording was actually Martin Freeman's voice, taken from a script read through we recorded when the cast first arrived. I have to admit, I wasn't sure who it was when I first heard it, either. Cheers, Peter J".

Sam and Dean are not too happy when seeing Mary Winchester (Samantha Smith) again in an upcoming episode of "Supernatural". The Winchester brothers have to face an evil creature using the face of their mother when Eve brings her back as a demon.

After traveling back to 1861 Wyoming in "Frontierland", next week Sam and Dean along with Bobby and Castiel travel to a small town in Oregon to track down The Mother of All. The guys discover the townspeople have been converted to demons, but surprisingly, they all appear to be dying. The finally meet Eve face to face as a waitress in a diner.

Jennifer Lawrence's 'House at the End of the Street' Gets Release Date

"House at the End of the Street" is getting closer to box office income. After landing a distributor, the horror thriller starring Jennifer Lawrence has found a release date. Relativity Media announced on Friday, April 22 that the film is set to be released in theaters February 3 next year.

"House at the End of the Street" centers around a teen girl (Lawrence) who moves with her mom to a new town and learns that their home is across the street from a house where a double murder took place. Complications ensue when the teen befriends the massacre's sole surviving son.

On Friday afternoon, April 22, the "Waiting for Forever" actress was spotted in a skimpy black two-piece as she and her on-and-off boyfriend Hayden Christensen hit the beach and took a dip in the ocean.

Photos of the beach outing capture the 29-year-old beauty going make-up free with her hair being tied up in a loose bun. Her 30-year-old boyfriend was spotted wearing a pair of black board shorts as he joined her in soaking up the sun. Daily Mail reported that he was swimming around her when they were in the water.

Nicki Minaj is ready for another studio album. The raptress recently talked to KIIS FM's JoJo about the follow-up to her critically-acclaimed debut effort "Pink Friday", hinting when she's going to reveal details of the sophomore set.

"You'll get another album within 12 months," Minaj spilled the beans in the radio interview. "You'll get the announcement for the next album in - and I'm saying the announcement - that you'll get the announcement in September. That's all."

'Californication' Gets RZA as Apocalypse

RZA will join David Duchovny as the cast of "Californication". The Wu-Tang Clan leader has been tapped to take a major recurring role when the show returns for its fifth season. According to TVLine, his character is tentatively called Apocalypse and is described as a slightly dangerous hip-hop mogul whom Duchovny's Hank considers writing a movie for.

RZA, whose real name is Robert Fitzgerald Diggs, has previously appeared in some films such "Due Date" and "The Next Three Days". The Grammy winning hip hop pioneer also played a wrongly convicted felon in the pilot episode of NBC's short-lived series "Outlaw". He is additionally on board to serve as a director for "The Man With an Iron Fist" which stars Russell Crowe and himself among others.

Big Boi has just made public a music video for his latest single "Be Still". In this newly-released video, the OutKast takes over the city, taking a stroll around the town and stopping by for a jam session with his featured guest Janelle Monae on one of the cityscapes' rooftop.

This is not the first time Big Boi shares screen with Janelle. Last September, he tagged the soul/indie pop singer to make a cameo in his "Train Pt. 2" video along with Sleepy Brown. Later this year, they are going to bring their duet to the live stage of Glastonbury festival.

'Harry Potter' Stars Up for 'Great Expectations'

Ralph Fiennes and Helena Bonham Carter will allegedly team up once again in "Great Expectations". The two "Harry Potter" stars are up to take the roles of Abel Magwitch and Miss Havisham respectively in the film adaptation of Charles Dickens' novel.

According to U.K.'s Daily Mail, Carter has a bigger chance to make an appearance in the drama as her schedule is more likely to allow her shooting the film. In the meantime, Fiennes apparently needs more slot on his schedule as he has already been set to play Prospero in Trevor Nunn's version of "The Tempest" at the Theatre Royal Haymarket.

NO 'Real Housewives' of Las Vegas or Arizona

Those expecting a new batch of "Real Housewives" may be disappointed. Bravo's head Andy Cohen had clarified that there will be no new franchise in near future, particularly that of Las Vegas and Scottsdale, Arizona although camera crews were spotted in the areas earlier this month.

"Bravo is not shooting or casting for Las Vegas or Arizona. It is not true, and we have no association to either project," Cohen said in his tweet Friday, April 22. And when asked by one follower whether he would talk about the Arizona spin-off, Cohen replied, "there is nothing to discuss!"

Spreading the happy news, Rhett told People magazine, "LeAnn and Eddie were happily married today surrounded by their closest family and friends." The rep added, "They thank everyone for their well wishes."

The actress who starred in "Caprica" and "Sons of Anarchy" has nabbed the role of Katniss and Prim's mother who, in the grief of her husband's death, was living in fear that her daughters are taking part in the deadly Hunger Games.

At the same time, it is reported that John C. Reilly is touted to play the role of Haymitch Abernathy. The character as described in the novel is an alcoholic who used to a mentor for the District 12 Tributes. The role is particularly significant because Haymitch is the one helping Katniss and Peeta in the hunger games.

Amidst the audience booing, the Oscar winner shows up on the stage to criticize that there is too much praise on the show. "You don't inflate a malfunctioning ego. No, you eliminate him. Permanently," he declares.

Confirmed: Ali Landry's Pregnant With Second Child

Model/actress Ali Landry is going to add another member to her family of three. The 37-year-old beauty has just confirmed to Life & Style that she and her director husband Alejandro Monteverde are expecting their second child. She is currently three-and-a-half months along.

Lil Wayne Delays 'Tha Carter IV', Joins J.Lo in 'I'm Into You' Video Shoot

Lil Wayne decided to push back his upcoming studio album "Tha Carter IV" from its original date on May 16 to a new one on June 21. The delay was made to allow the rap mogul to add finishing touches on the effort, according to Young Money president Mack Maine.

"He's still perfecting a few things, he's a perfectionist ... changing a few lines," Maine shared to MTV in a recent interview. "We also have a huge record that wasn't done yet. We're in L.A. right now. We have a little studio time and it should be done probably by Monday."

Masi Oka Develops 'Inception-esque' Pilot for Syfy

Masi Oka apparently still wants to explore Hiro Nakamura's power on "Heroes" although the series had been canceled by NBC. The actor is teaming up with "The Art of Cool" writer Alex Sabeti to develop "The Correctors" which has a cross ability of time-travel and "Inception".

The series which pilot is picked up by Syfy follows two agents of the Exceptions Bureau who are dispatched to a parallel universe where they inhabit the bodies of their identical selves in order to stop events from occurring. Script is written by Sabeti with Oka executive producing and possibly starring.

New 'Priest' Clip Features Maggie Q in Action

New clip for "Priest" has arrived online. This video, obtained via Yahoo!, shows an action scene where Maggie Q's Priestess is trying to save her life by throwing a motorbike to a rider.

The thriller film follows the title character (Paul Bettany) who has to break his sacred vows and ventures out to find his niece (Lily Collins), who is kidnapped by vampires. Having lived in walled-in dystopian cities controlled by the Church, he was stripped out of the order as he breaks the swear.

Rep: Rupert Grint Not the Guy in Bong Photo

Contrary to earlier speculation, Rupert Grint is not the man pictured smoking pot from a bong. As the photo, which was reportedly taken at a "Harry Potter" cast party, made its round online on Thursday, April 21, a representative for the Ron Weasley of the boy wizard series immediately reached out to E! News and offered clarification to the false rumor.

"This is categorically NOT Rupert Grint. It is an impersonator/lookalike," Rupert's rep said. The rep also stated that the 22-year-old's camp are working to get the photo removed from Perez Hilton's blog, where the photo first came out. In shooting down the speculation, E! also noted that the red-haired man in the photo boasts built arms, while the actor is known for his lanky look.

Tyler Perry is making a new TV show which is based on one of his movies "Why Did I Get Married?". Appearing on "Conan" to promote his new movie "Madea's Big Happy Family", the actor/filmmaker announced the project will be called "For Better or Worse".

Oliver Stone has reportedly added a cast member to his film "Savages". Variety reports that Emile Hirsch has signed on for an unspecified character in the big screen version of Don Winslow's bestselling novel.

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 120 Days in Jail for Violating Probation

Lindsay Lohan is going back to jail. On Good Friday afternoon, April 22, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that the troubled actress has violated her 2007 DUI probation stemming from her alleged necklace theft back in January, and thus sentenced her to120 days in jail.

Judge Sautner also ordered 24-year-old Lindsay to serve 480 hours of community service, including 360 hours at a downtown Los Angeles women's center where, the judge said, "perhaps then she will see women who are truly needy and might change her behavior". Additionally, she is required complete another 120 hours of community service at the Los Angeles County morgue.

Foo Fighters Studio Session Turned Into Mini Nirvana Reunion

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl recruited his old pal, Krist Novoselic to record a new song for his group's latest album, "Wasting Light", in December. The track was produced by another Nirvana collaborator, Butch Vig, while guitarist Pat Smear, who joined the "Nevermind" rockers on tour in 1993, was also invited into the studio as a Foo Fighters regular.

Judge Rules Lindsay Lohan Violated Probation, Sets Trial Date
