ScHoolboy Q

ScHoolBoy Q gained popularity after his major-label debut studio album "Oxymoron" bowed at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Now, he's ready to be back with his highly-anticipated new album "Blank Face LP", which is due to hit the stores on July 8.

In support of his fourth studio album, he will launch "Groovy Tony Pit Stops". The eight-show tour will open on July 9 in San Fransisco before heading to Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, DC, Atlanta, Dallas and Houston.

ScHoolBoy Q recently previewed "Blank Face LP" in a listening session for the album hosted by Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg in New York City. "When I was making [my first album] 'Setbacks', I wasn't who I am now," he said, "I had to work with what I've got. ['Blank Face Lp'], I got everything I wanted, worked with exactly who I wanted and did the best of my ability on this album with the street shit, getting back to my old roots."

Unlike his albums released under TDE, "Blank Face LP" will only have one album version, consisting of 17 songs with a total running time of an hour and 12 minutes. "I don't have a deluxe album. I don't have that standard album - it's all one album," the rapper explained, "I'm over that s**t. I'm over singles. I'm here to make good music, I'm here for y'all to listen to it and I'm here for y'all to like it."

ScHoolBoy Q has released some tracks from his fourth studio album, including "Groovy Tony", "THat Part" featuring Kanye West and "Tookie Knows II". "THat Part" debuted at No. 92 on Billboard Hot 100 chart and climbed to No. 69.
