Three Days Grace were formed in Norwood, Ontario, Canada in 1992 under the moniker Groundswell. After a 1995 breakup, they reformed in 1997 a new line-up; Adam Gontier on vocal, Neil Sanderson on drum and Brad Walst on bass. The name Three Days Grace was picked up from the question: "If you had three days to change something in your life, could you do it?".
