New Trailer for Kristen Stewart's 'The Yellow Handkerchief' Arrives
November 07, 2009 11:11:15A look into the indie film starring Kristen Stewart, "The Yellow Handkerchief", has been shared in the form of a brand new trailer. Coming out courtesy of Apple, the two-minute sneak peek takes its focus on "a love lost in the past" and "a love struggling for a future" with glimpses of the "Twilight" star and her co-stars.
The romantic drama follows troubled teenager Martine, her new ride Gordy and recently free jailbird Brett Hanson as they embark on a journey through the lush green byways of rural Louisiana. With Martine yearning to escape her family, Gordy hoping to get closer to her and Brett having to decide whether he wants to return to the uncertainty of the life and the woman he left behind, what sets out to be a common road trip turns into an exploration of the possibility of second chances.

February 13, 2007 03:02:50Completing Kristen Stewart's previous statement about her involvement in "The Yellow Handkerchief", here have come several details provided by Variety about the drama project.
"Brothers in Trouble" helmer Udayan Prasad is on board to direct with Chris Menges and Robin Simmerly serving as the cinematographer and art department coordinator, respectively while Arthur Cohn is set to produce. Production is scheduled to begin on March 22 in New Orleans, Louisiana instead of in April as Stewart remarked.

Stars Waving "Yellow Handkerchief"
February 01, 2007 01:02:30Openly discussing about what project she will next jump into, Kristen Stewart, known for her role as Jodie Foster's daughter in "Panic Room", has told MTV that she is slated to film a big screen feature entitled "The Yellow Handkerchief."
Also stating that William Hurt and Maria Bello are both joining her in the cast, the starlet said that the project is about two "amazing love stories" which follow "three very unlikely characters who come together ... out of need."
