Based on real life intelligence operative Kathi Lynn Austin. The film will have Angelina as Austin facing off against a fictional arms dealer also inspired by a real life figure, a Russian weapons trafficker named Victor Bout, the shadowy Russian who is considered one of the world's most prolific dealers in illegal munitions.
