I have read this book to my class every year for the 5th year in a row. I have always wanted it to be a movie. It is the most exciting book, and I appauld you for making this a movie for all of us to enjoy. BRAVO

(Which is very unaturral for me, to Love a story which is NOT romance) I'm in year 8 and we are reading this in class, and I couldn't get enough of it so I just HAD to borrow it and finish reading before I went mad with curriosity. I cant wait until the movie. I jus love how Avi wrote the story, It was as If I could feel the feeling Charlotte was having and I was experiencing it all with her. Anyway... It is great to read about a female character who is about the same age as many of my students, struggling internally about who she is and what she wants to do in life. Many students of this age are dealing with the same issue...trying to please their parents, but also trying to be happy with their lives. It is required reading, so they all appreciate the time period and the conflict Charlotte has in "finding herself." It is interesting for them to realize that their conflicts are the same as teens who lived that long ago in a totally different type of society.
