Story Plans for 'Tintin' Sequel Discussed

The first film of the "Tintin" planned trilogy, "The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn", is still years away from its theatrical release, but its producer has already talked about story plans for the second installment. During the promotion for "District 9", Peter Jackson has shared to MTV on which books may be used for "Tintin 2".

"I'm partial to 'The Seven Crystal Balls' [and] 'Prisoners of the Sun,' that was always one of my favorites," Jackson who is set to direct the film's sequel teased. "I love 'The Black Island,' as well." Noting that nothing has been set in stone just yet, the filmmaker added, "I'm keeping my options open. We haven't nailed it down just yet. I'm going to reread all the Tintin books again."
