They DID remake Labyrinth! Ever heard of Pans Labyrinth? He did the second hell boy movie too. It's basically re-set, but it took me a while to realize it's the same situation. Evil guy has the baby, sister realizes she loves and MUST save her little brother with her own life, and is rewarded. This is like re-making Pretty in pink or Mystic pizza. It's not something I want to see, but of course I WILL because I'm an 80's addict(I'm 22).

I don't think it's a good idea to remake this movie at all!!! Especially making it some Disney pop star type thing. There's no way to recapture the 'magick' of the original. It would be like if they remade The Labyrinth, which would also be a disaster. Why don't try to come up with a part two instead of remaking it?

I am very excited about this...Ashley Tisdale would not be my first choice for louise but I can think of worse..she is getting better...I have loved this movie my whole life and cannot wait to see "The most popular girl" come out all over again!!!
