i am darryl in the movie and my wife is melissa a i wanted to let you guys know i have move back home to indiana but i thank god for kk and joe because alot of people live on skidrow but we was getting ready to have our son so to be in a movie was a once in a life time for me and my wife.and for just a pice of my poetry to be on screen for life.was a true blessing.kk was my son's godfather he will be truly missed

I loved this movie The music reached inside of me and took me away for awhile. I cried and I was very moved by the torment he felt and lived by on a daily base.

this was the greatest time of my life and no matter what is said and done we had the chance to experience show business,acting,behind the scenes,the finest of foods and snacks,kindness, caring, we laughed and cried together,we put in our all and these producers, directors,crew,actors,gave us all they had to give. I dont see anyone else asking me are you okay? or can i help you with something. I now have a family of friends and a good network thanks for all of you being there for us we love you Mr Joe Wright, Gary Foster,and Thomas Napper,god blessed us with you.MS.Detroit showbusiness,caring,exchanging war stories, eating the finest of food and treats,having someone to listen to us.... hell i dont see anyone else coming to give us a moment of comfort, leave the crew,diretors,actors and producers alone they gave us all that they had to give and then some thank you from my heart detroie

it is sad that these people are really on skid row,and they lost a dear friend kk and now they have no careers and still some are homeless ca u help any of them Mr.Joe Wright, someone has to have a good ending ti this crazy illness

all of the sctors from skid row were entertaining why didnt we see more of them and im a fan of the charactor named detroit she was funny with that one liner do i need angermangment to you

Absolutely amazing! I loved the story line of it all. The whole film was very insightful and really got you into the mind of someone who has a mental illness. It was brilliant!

Inventive combination of classical music and a strikingly real story and theme. Its good to hear music of value combined integrated with the gift of insight. Larger than life and simultaneously life like.
