Five New 'The Ruins' Clips Come Out!

In supports of the upcoming horror thriller "", five new clips of the DreamWorks' movie have been let out online. Most of the clips run less than one minute, but the fourth clip lasts for a bit more than a minute.

The first clip shows how the lead characters finds the ruins. The clip begins with a shot of the group walking through the dense jungle which lead to an abandoned pyramid. The second clip provides a more intense look into the film as the two leading ladies supposedly go into the pyramid in the dark. Aided by self-made torches, they discover a man's body and a cell phone. Further, the third video footage gives out a scene where one of the girls amidst the dark surroundings cries out for help.

DreamWorks have given horror film fans a treat as they released the restricted trailer of their new horror thriller movie "". The red band video footage that lasts a bit over two minutes seems to be enough to give sample of the terror the characters are facing.

Begins with green canopy scenery, the trailer starts with a promise that the film will be terrifying. The compilations of the film's clips then bring the viewers to the depth of Mexican jungle where the leading characters experience horrifying incidents. Unlike the teaser that has been released earlier, this red band trailer is far darker and gloomier.

Making a follow-up to the inclusion of , filmmakers of "" have added three more talents namely Laura Ramsey, , and Shawn Ashmore to accompany the "" star in the cast lineup, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Based on the Scott B. Smith best-selling novel, the thriller horror concerns a group of friends whose leisurely Mexican holiday takes a turn for the worse when they join a remote archaeological dig in the jungle, where something evil lives among the ruins. Tucker has already been billed to play a guy named Jeff who persuades the group to come along.

An adaptation of the best-selling Scott B. Smith novel, the project will find the actor play a go-getter premed student named Jeff who persuades a group of Americans vacationing in Mexico to come along with him on remote archaeological dig in the jungle. Unbeknownst to them all, something evil is living among the ruins.

Ready to carry out his third directorial effort, Carter B. Smith has given positive sign to helm "", a horror thriller feature set in the Yucatan jungles, which will be released under DreamWorks Pictures banner.

An adaptation of the Scott Smith novel, the flick revolves around four American friends vacationing in Cancun who find themselves lost in the jungle after joining a German tourist to help looking for his missing brother. Names attached to star have not yet been revealed.

Not bad. Ending was obvious, which is why I gave it less of a rating. Good part was it seemed real except for a little exageration where plants can talk??
