Hilarious 'The Rocker' First Trailer Premiered Online

A new comedy movie from the 20th Century Fox, "The Rocker", has debuted its first trailer on the net. Taking more than two minutes of showing time, the compilation of clips brings comedy lovers a first look into the rocker wannabe movie starring "The Office" star Rainn Wilson and "Anchorman" beauty Christina Applegate.

Opened with a dinner table conversation of Robert "Fish" Fishman's family, the trailer offers muany comedic scenes and at the same time gives out the story to the film. The earlier footage let out the background story when Fish being kicked out from his band which latter became extremely famous and his hilarious efforts to demand explanation from his bandmates. Then, as the trailer, which can be seen below, develops, it can be seen Fish's overrated act when he tries once again to live up his dream through his nephew's band.

Christina Applegate Dates a "Rocker"

Finally making her way to be the lead again since her stint in "Surviving Christmas", Christina Applegate has landed a starring slot in Fox Atomic's new comedy "The Rocker" that the studio is developing in association with 21 Laps Entertainment.

Apart from the actress, the flick has also added a handful of other actors in the cast lineup. Names submitted include Jeff Garlin, Emma Stone, Jason Sudeikis, Jane Lynch, Demetri Martin, and musician-actor Teddy Geiger.

i went to go se the rocker on friday night with some friends. the guys i went with are in a band therefore they were laughing their asses off and they each resembled an actor. it was hilarious..they seriously know how to make a girl laugh.. they're dumb gummies and life savers!! haha... i recommend that movie

i went to see the rocker last night with a couple of my work buddies and we laughed and just has soo much fun .the music is making me crazy trying to find it i love it sooooo much and i totally loved the chicks style she is like me all the way all stars

the rocker was one of the best rock and roll movies i have seen. it was funny, had a slight love story, and had great music. and an unexpected twist at the end
