Story

Rascal Raccoon, created by Brendan Hay and Justin Wagner, is set in the a place called Toonie Terrace, where good-natured Toonies rambunctiously and without fail outwit the Meanies, who are trying to do them in. The story is set in motion when Rascal Raccoon finally and unexpectedly kills his longtime nemesis, Jumpin' Jackalope. Needing a new target, he sets his sights on the animator who created him.
