REVIEWS BY CRITICS

“..don't work until the end - and by then the whole thing has amassed less weight than Cage's shadow..”
by Peter Howell [Toronto Star]
“..Outcast feels sort of like a Chinese pseudo-historical soap opera that's been crashed by a couple of white dudes, forcing everyone to speak English with vaguely British accents. But it lacks even the self-aware zaniness of those shows..”
by Steve Tilley [Toronto Sun]
“..aiming to be an A-list blockbuster with exotic locales and dim star power, "Outcast" barely stands up straight under Powell's watch, slumping to a conclusion of shredded honor that doesn't retain its intended meaning..”
by Brian Orndorf [Blu-ray.com]
