'Old Dogs' Hits Los Angeles for Premiere
November 10, 2009 04:11:42Though "Old Dogs" will not open wide in U.S. theaters until November 25, Walt Disney Pictures has rolled out a red carpet for its Los Angeles premiere. On Monday night, November 9, the cast and crew for the film have been snapped attending the event, which took place at El Capitan Theater in Hollywood.
John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston, who star as Charlie and Vicky in the movie, were spotted coming the premiere with their daughter Ella Bleu Travolta, who joins the cast ensemble as Marley Greer. Meanwhile, Robin Williams who plays Dan was seen posing alongside the Chairman of Walt Disney Studio, Rich Ross, before entering the venue.

The father of two young children gets to see first hand the side effects of wrong medication after his kids mess up his pill planner.
Dan is a divorcee, his best friend Charlie is a fun-loving bachelor, and they are on the verge of the biggest business deal of their lives. But, little that they knew, their lives are about to be turned upside down. When Dan's ex-wife, Vicki, suddenly shows up, she puts Dan in charge with the care of their young twins, leading them to one debacle after another and perhaps to a new-found understanding of what's really important in life.

The first trailer of the forthcoming family comedy serves as an introduction of the two main men, Dan played by Robin Williams and Charlie portrayed by John Travolta. It also provides glimpses at the chaos the two business partners face when they are put in charge of six-year-old twins' care.
Opened with a footage showing Dan and Charlie in an important meeting, the trailer moves on to display how clumsy Dan is around kids and what Charlie's real interest aside from his work is. Then, Vicky comes along with one big surprise for Dan, telling him that he has twins. Since then on, the lives of the two bachelors are thrown into disarray.

Here the actor, known for his role of Scott Evil in "Austin Powers" series, will portray an executive with the global marketing firm run by Travolta and Williams' characters. "Wild Hogs" Duo to Reunite in "Old Dogs"

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Becker has already landed deals to direct the project while Travolta is still in negotiations for a lead role. It is also said that the "Grease" star is hoping to get his wife Kelly Preston and daughter Ella Blue submitted into the cast as well.

Hey dont listen to the critics they need drugs or something anyway, I totally got an ab workout laughing so much, and yet it was very touching at times. . . loved the movie
