'Justice League' Coming Back to Life?

After months of going in and out of shelves, "" has been reported to be put on the back burner last April. Contrary to that, however, a new report concerning the movie about a group of superheroes from the DC Comics' universe suggested that the comic book adaptation maybe back on.

On the speculation, Moviehole.net noted that in an interview with The Daily Telegraph, director George Miller unveiled the movie was only stalled but it is still very much alive. Hinting further on the project, the helmer insisted that the film just won't be shot in Australia like what has been planned previously due to the tax revenue's problem. Nevertheless, there are no confirmation on the truth of this report yet.

Following the earlier news stating that "" has been shelved for the second time, the updated report on the matter got even grimmer as many suggested that it is not unlikely that the superheroes flick may never see a light again. Sources close to the film allegedly claimed that the George Miller's action adventure is "dead".

Reporting on the news, IESB stated that when they were looking for confirmation on the delaying of the movie based on the Marvel comic, a movie executive working close to the film let out suggestive statement saying, "yes, it's dead." Supporting that, a report came from Superman Homepage noted that an anonymous source implied the same tone. "It's a pity, there was a lot of good stuff in it - stuff that would've been fairly new to the screen...but also some not so good stuff... so who knows...," so claimed the source.

Long reported to be facing one problem after another, "" apparently can't get rid of the cancellation's speculation as the Warner Bros. Pictures' superhero flick is once again said to be shelved. The current circulating words about the movie suggested that the film has been postponed.

The delaying of the George Miller-directed film allegedly has been announced by producer Joel Silver who noted to CHUD.com that "Justice League" has been "tabled". By saying "tabled", the producer didn't immediately mean that the film is canceled, instead the production of it will be held up. In Chud's article, it is further speculated that if the movie is brought up again, it will possibly get a new cast line-up.

Apparently, troubles still refuse to shy away from "Justice League of America". The superhero flick, which is said to be titled "", has been faced with another problem that is jeopardizing the film's production. According to Sydney Morning Herald, the George Miller-directed action adventure film is more likely to leave the Australian production studios due to financial problem.

SMH further reported that there are 90% chance that the filming won't be done in Australia because the film's director George Miller was enraged with the Australian Federal Government's decision on refusing to give out the 40% refundable tax compensation. "A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the Australian film industry is being frittered away because of very lazy thinking," Miller commented on the decision. "If that's going to be the final decision, they're throwing away hundreds of millions of dollars of investment that the rest of the world is competing for and, much more significantly, highly skilled creative jobs."

Said to be back on track, the action hero flick "Justice League of America" brings in another blow for fans as it was reported that the film version won't feature Batman as well as Superman. According to Blockbuster.com, the synopsis of the film revealed that the two favorite superheroes are not going to appear in the George Miller-directed film.

On its reports, the movie site claimed that a casting agent has sent the film's synopsis which contains spoiler. Rapper has been set to portray John Steward or known also as Green Lantern in the superhero flick "Justice League of America". According to MTV News, the hip-hop artist who has long rumored to be joining the cast of the action film has confirmed that he is indeed signed to star in it.

Having an uncertain status on its pre-production for weeks because of the on-going writers' strike, "Justice League of America" is officially put on hold. According to IESB.net, the news of the delay in the production was outed by their trusted source in Australia.
