The character played by SRK loses his first love (K Kaif) in a tragic accident - a terrorist attack and is mourning her seriously when he meets the A Sharma character. He finally learns to put the past behind him and once again finds love and happiness in the character played by A Sharma. What are the odds that Yash Chopra will acknowledge that this film is a copy of another Indian film ? What about patent rights and royalties ?
