New Invasion Extended Clip Lands on the Net

Not satisfied yet with the recent four TV spots launched for Warner Bros. Pictures' forthcoming "The Invasion"? No need to be sulky for MTV has delightfully brought an exclusive extended sneak peek for the movie online by now.

Clip depicts the scene in which Carol Bennell, played by Nicole Kidman, tries to fling bad guys from her car and out-drive the police.

The opening date for Warner Bros. Pictures' The Invasion is drawing near yet moviegoers appear to still have more to look at the flick as the company has delightfully brought alive not only one but four TV spots for sci-fi thriller action on the web.

All showing some new footage, the TV spots can be watched in either Windows Media Player or QuickTime formats, both providing low up to super high resolutions. Do click here to view all of them.

"The Invasion" May Have Great Change in Content

It's no secret that Warner Bros. Pictures was not quite satisfied with the work of Oliver Hirschbiegel in its sci-fi horror "The Invasion" and ordered re-shoots on the flick that took place sometime between October 2006 and February 2007. What's new now is that the re-shoots surprisingly turn out to have large tendency in change the film far more substantially than everyone has assumed.

Collider.com has provided an interesting tidbit saying Larry and Andy Wachowski, who got assigned to re-write the script, actually re-worked on over 2/3rd of the picture which sure will bring a different look on the project in turn. The site also revealed that both Warner Bros. and producer Joel Silver seemed to be pretty content with the revision the brothers have made, feeling they have a more commercially viable product on their hands.

"The Invasion" Led Nicole Kidman to Car Crash

Seems that productions on the recent film projects have been full of risks lately. After an explosion on the set of "Charlie Wilson's War", a car accident involving Nicole Kidman unexpectedly occured during downtown shooting of Warner Bros. Pictures' "The Invasion" yesterday, January 25.

The crash was reported to happen in the middle of an escape scene take when the Jaguar Kidman was seating in got towed by a camera rig that skidded while taking a corner and hit a pole on West Sixth Street.
